Deliveroo order spent loads half of order not arrived. Git hungry kids what a joke. Food which did arrive also freezing cold.

Unfortunately all our meals were lukewarm and none of the drinks ordered were delivered. Our daughter ended up with just 4 nuggets as they missed out her drink and apple slices. Not the best. However the delivery driver was very nice.

Ordered at 4:20 and got here at 6:10, driver pretended he didn't speak English and was hanging around in town with the other drivers which I see them do all day everyday.

Burger King is the only burger takeaway that we use as it's normally superior to the competition. As we don't have takeaway burgers, it's a treat that we look forward to. However, this is the first time that we used the Cheltenham branch, and the meal was absolutely disappointing: we ordered a chicken royal but received a chicken royal with bacon & cheese but my wife hates smokey bacon & American cheese, so the meal was wasted. I ordered a whoppet with cheese, but it came without cheese. We also paid for two portions of large fries but received standard size fries. The burgers seemed like they had been kept on heat as they were both very dry. This is the first time that I've ever had a bad meal from BK. I'll never use this branch again!

There were absolutley no other customers and still all tables were dirty (we cleaned up a table outselves) and a lot of trash everywhere. The food was as dissappointing as it can get if you compare the pictures with what you get in the end.

ordered the food and took way over an hour to come delivery time kwpt on changing then to top it off food comes freeezinv cold not happy at all

Once again the ice cream did not arrive, the food was luke warm and the cold drink was put in with the same bag as the warm food. We are so disappointed again. Obviously they do not check the order is correct.

Semi warm food, delivery driver took ages and was rude at the door. The bag was weirdly wet and also one of the items missing which isn't the first time.

Went in good food asked for a large meal got a small but was charged a large not good staff chips soggy don't recommend if you want to waste money on poorly cooked food don't come here 1/10

delivery time kept getting later and later and when the food arrived it was all cold, no straws for drinks again either. it's usually very good.

I went in last week to pick up some food on a break from work. Was served by very friendly and helpful staff. I would like to give a mention to the on duty manager; Clive who was very helpful. Will happily come back.

The 3 stars are for the non-veg burgers which are okay. The last eatable veg burger is removed off the menu (bean burger). It’s always unclean & no one seems to bother.

Burger king years ago used to be great but they have seriously gone down hill. I gave them another chance because I had a free birthday whopper and bought some extra loaded fries and variety box to go with. Whopper always tastes nice don't get me wrong that is something they don't do badly but it was still bearly warm as was all the rest of the food. The doritos chicken fries are absolutely nothing like what you would imagine from the pictures endorsing it, my sons love doritos and thought these were "disgusting". The loaded fries they had ran out of ceaser dressing so I opted for bbq honestly wouldn't have made a difference it was just as much of a let down as the doritos fries it's no wonder McDonald's next door is so busy it needs a security guard in the day time. Food on previous occasions has been overcooked, at least I guess I should be thankful it wasn't cold and burnt.

half of my order i paid for was missing they forgot the fanta burger was dry tasted like it had been cook hours before my order came though, no bbq sauce either driver helped himself or slapdash staff didnt read order.

Courier was courteous,food was hot and tasted lovely. Appreciated the staff member notifying me that there was no strawberry milkshake and asked what my preference would be. Highly recommend Burger King,swift and efficient customer service.

happy with the delivery I just can't understand why they pack the cold drinks right next to the hot food in the same bag so the food is cold as I say delivery was fine and on time so no reason why the food should be cold but because cold drinks were right next to the food it made it cold surely this is just common sense to pack the cold drinks separately.

Used to go kfc to get food. Always got served by pala. But now he is at burger king. Great food and fast service. When pala is not around then usually colby or shweta who are just as good. All the staff are friendly and helpful

tomato ketchup in my burger instead of barbecue sauce. had to throw away bacon as covered in ketchup and had to wipe burger with kitchen towel to get ketchup off burger

The food was very unpleasant. The chocolate milkshake did not taste like chocolate, the chips were cold and the burger is pathetic. I have had some really decent food from Burger King and I am very disappointed in this order.

I wasnt delivered and we had to reorder it again not getting a refund

So many times we've ordered from burger King, but nearly every time there is something wrong the order. Missing, incorrect items or cold food. I gave them an hours notice but even then it was still 20 minutes late. Pull your socks up Burger King! We did not get our big tub of ice cream this time so I hope you cough up with the refund.

Quick driver and excellent service

Ordered at the machine and answered yes to a receipt, but the printer was either not working or had no paper in it. I then went to the counter and observed our order number on the prep screen, and it very quickly moved to the ready screen and then disappeared. At least five minutes later, we got our food. Having taken our food upstairs where it was very quiet and calming, we then discovered that our milkshakes were not the right flavour. I took them back to the counter where someone tried to make the correct flavours but discovered that the machine was out of flavour. Long story slightly shorter, Billy stepped in and got the machine working as no one else seemed to be able to manage it. I won't be rushing back here.

Maybe try not putting cold drinks in with the food bag, the food ended up being warm. No straws or napkins provided.

Great place to fulfil your cravings for burgers. That too with the most humble staffs working in Burger King, specially I met a girl named Shweta whose service was extra ordinary with sweet gesture.

Was quite disappointed as my order was delivered wrong to what I ordered.

Delivery driver when back and fourth along the same road for about 20 minutes and then when he eventually arrived at my estate he went down the wrong road adding another 19 minutes making my food stone cold

The food was NOT what I was expecting. The marketing is impressive, but seeing the actual food makes me feel disappointed. Apart from the food, the service was alright and decently efficient, and the atmosphere was peaceful, organised, and so clean.

Food arrived cold and had to be re-heated and Whooper did not have the extra cheese as requested, which was a paid extra. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
