Shweta was oustanding and food was really great

The burger tasted old and had a weird taste. Onion rings were poor, fries were cold. Liked the Fanta slushie though, and the nuggets were ok.

Delicious and convenient food works recommend.

I rarely get Burger King, but once or twice a year I do just to be reminded of why I should never get it. 4 times the price for what is essentially the same if not slightly worse than the McDonald’s saver menu. I am always blown away by the fact that this chain is still around.

This order was almost 2 hours late I tried to cancel as I had to go to work but it was still delivered , I would like to be fully refunded as this was completely wasted had to source from Another company which was delivered within half an hour

I ordered my food around 2:40 and it didn’t arrive until 3:38, for at least 20 minutes it was just on the same notification saying my order had been excepted. Just a poor amount of time to wait for food as I have ordered from here before and is never this long.

Ordered 2 Angus Beef Meal deal - one burger fine, the other missing items - mainly the crispy onion and pink pickled onions 😞. Shame as normally BK staff get it right.

Food Shows up half an hour late and it’s completely cold, have to had to reheat food in the microwave, which still tastes terrible but better than nothing! Just eat offer an £8 credit note instead of the £33 I’ve paid for this bag of cold cardboard

The delivery driver was really nice but the food was stone cold, ended up throwing the cheesy bites away and most of the fries.

This branch has a tendancy to hire the most miserable possible people ever. Not a smile in sight. Simply rude to customers and delivery drivers! Won’t be stepping foot in here again.

Very poor hygiene in restrooms and station to return trays.

I spent £52 on food for it to turn up cold doesnt help the fact the restrurant puts cold drinks ie ,milkshakes on top of hot food and also the courier having to do multiple stops and not know where he is going a £12 refund dont really match

Aw, no BK. I am so sorry to write this. Been enjoying BK food for decades. Did Just Eat today as I'm full of cold and wanted to stay in. I live in St. Marks. 10 minutes away by car. Played safe. Nuggets and a Whopper Meal. Nuggets much better than the rivals and dips are great. And they WERE! Delicious. That's where the good news ends. Whopper and fries really were completely stone cold! BK, how can this be? It showed on Just Eat that it was 20 mins before my order was even being prepared. I was fine as I assumed, quite wrongly, that they were perhaps cooking a fresh batch and I'm happy to wait for that. I was clearly mistaken and, as the the driver turned up early, I'm trying to understand how fresh food delivered in a hot bag, is completely cold in 12 minutes? The nuggets were not. Please return to the high standard of service and quality food that I loved you for. I'm so disappointed.

Mislead by app, said 30 minutes to 60, however delivery took 2 hours and arrived freezing cold so couldn’t eat it!

The delivery time kept on being extended and food arrived quite cold/luke warm

Order food said it would be here at 5 past 7 and gets here at 8:22!!! Food was freezing cold didn’t even some of it!! I cannot believe how bad it was!! It is terrible!!

I ordered some food for my brother the all told me it had been delivered but my brother hasn’t got it. The driver must not off asked for the code as he’s given it to a stranger.

Driver arrived over 2 hours after ordering - couldn’t walk in a straight line, and fell up out steps. Food bag was opened and food was stone cold. Food was binned and kids ordered from an alternative provider. If we could give 0/10 review, we would!!! Just Eat offered £6 account credit for a £25 inedible meal. Never again!

I have not received my order, but the system shows that it has been delivered to the wrong address. I tried calling the delivery person, but no one answered.

food was cold, does not help when they place cold drinks in the same bag as the food. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

We ordered at 4:46pm and didn’t get our food until 8:10pm

we waited nearly 3 hours for our meal which we live 5 mins away by car. we tried to cancel but could not as we would of still been charged. we waited so long we ended up going somewhere else to get our tea and then when it arrived we threw straight in the bin and can I also say it was cold as well so would of been inedible.

Over an hour late and food freezing cold. No refund offered.

I ORDERED MY FOOD FOR 7:40PM AND IT ARRIVED AT 8:20PM, MY SON HAD ABOUT 7 CHIPS IN HIS ORDER AND THE CHILLI CHEESE BITS ONLY HAD 2 ACTUAL BITES IN THE BOX. REALLY NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Deliveroo order spent loads half of order not arrived. Git hungry kids what a joke. Food which did arrive also freezing cold.

Unfortunately all our meals were lukewarm and none of the drinks ordered were delivered. Our daughter ended up with just 4 nuggets as they missed out her drink and apple slices. Not the best. However the delivery driver was very nice.
