Unfortunately the service is painfully slow- Me and my partner visited 28/09/24 and I ordered from Subway and my partner ordered KFC. In the time it took my partner to order, receive, find a table, and eat an entire box meal, the Subway staff had successfully made TWO orders, none of which were mine. There was only a handful of people waiting for their food at this time so was not a case of it being busy. Another customer who had been waiting longer than me complained about the slow service. There were at least 4 members of staff in subway uniform behind the desk. All in all, to receive a salad and pre-bottled drink it took nearly 25 minutes. The food when I eventually received it was messy but tasted good- hence the 2-star rating. If you value your time, I don’t recommend

An error in taking my order for Black Coffee (providing white instead) resulted in a bad tempered response from the Lady server(no badge) - Clearly, very poor customer service indeed.

**** Very Poor Service **** **** Avoid Buying FOOD from This Shop specially the blue light Card Holder **** There is no manner of this shop service people. I do ask him for a blue light discount but he refused me to give any discount. I showed him by blue light card and the website he replied negative and said therr is no discount in this service. He didn’t fell sorry at all at the end of his service.

The old lady that works here is horrific , I waited 30 mins for rice to be cooked and other dishes to be replenished but she is Just absolutely miserable and looks like she hates working here ?? Really massive let down to the entire chain and franchise as the food is nice of they actually have any of it !!!
