You order from a screen with no opt out for being charged for a bag, and you still have to ask for the bag! Also you only get 2 rashers of bacon in a foot long sub. I call that Sub-standard.

Visited on 23.8.24 at 3.30pm. Two Staff both are very rude. No knowledge of what is in food when asked what is item without onion and garlic. Asked question what is in pattie? They say they don't know. Asked to look at their internal material, not interested. Absolutely no sympathy towards dietary requirements except keep pointing at allergen poster. We wil avoid subway forever.

They have fitted kiosks for ordering here, so you can't speak to who's making your sub! They have put screens to try to stop you watching. We needed a gulten free option and the staff member wasn't going to change gloves.. wait time around 25 mins.. subway ditch the kiosks and go back to what works..

Absolute joke don’t waste your time! Ordered 20mins ago and still not close to my order number. There are no sandwiches coming out they are just really uselessly slow. Replace these useless staff members for some with the capacity to provide a normal service! Never again

New self service ordering system is a joke. What happened to chosing your options. They won't serve you until all the computer orders have been finished. They made a foot long sub instead of a 6 inch by mistake so cut it in half and chucked it in the bin. It wouldn't have hurt to have given that away rather than bin it. Staff didn't really know what they were doing.

Visited today while we was heading away for the weekend. Ordered 4 meal deals. Had to wait an hour for the subs. When we got our sandwiches. 2 of them were wrong. So went back over and said these 2 are wrong. Wasn't very keen to remake them. Eventually did remake them and took another 40 mins to actually give them back to me and they were wrong again. If your stopping at fleet your better off with the burger king or the KFC I'd say.

Of the 2 vegetarian sandwiches offered, was informed the meatless Philly was unavailable, so we ordered 2 footlong Supremos. Not offered any salad or sauce. When it was found that neither sandwich contained Mozzarella, the main ingredient, was told that they didn't have any. £16 for essentially 2 cheese and tomato sauce sandwiches. Very disappointing. Avoid.

Staff do not seem to know what goes into their salads. The grated cheese is red leicester and chedder, not mozzerela. You need both the grated and ball cheese in a Great Goddess salad. Staff dont care even though their rating is already seriously low.

Unacceptable hygiene standards here. Staff moving from opening rolls to pushing order buttons to filling rolls to taking money all with the same dirty glove, then moving onto next customer straight away. In the twenty minutes we queued there was no sign of any hygienic spraying/cleaning of equipment, hands or gloves. Yet they have the audacity to proudly display a 5 star hygiene rating! At other Subways have seen either one member of staff doing till and the other food, or hygienic glove changing process.

Not even worth 1 star! Cannot believe the disgusting service here!! My husband and I decided to have some subway, we normally go with the TLC sub. Firstly, whenever we go subway, we always see the staff changing their gloves but this person whom served us didn't bother changing his gloves. Being vegetarian or even vegans, it seems to be they didn't really care and to those whose allergic, do not come here! When we raised the glove question, in return the guy said "oh we don't change it, it's just easier for us" we said this is a standard procedure to change their gloves for every customer otherwise you defeat the purpose of veganism and he just shrugged and carried on. He did change his gloves but that's after when we questioned him. They don't make your subs probably either, they forget to add cheese in nachos and even forget to toast the nachos! They even charged me on an item I didn't even order! I mean, this complaint is going towards the head office so those ignorant staff working there... they better watch out.

On my travels I had a pit stop at Fleet services! I was delighted to see that there was a Subway. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who I believed was named Jack. He was very polite and was very patient with me when I struggled to make a decision with my sandwich 😆. Overall great experience!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. First time at Subway so unaware of what you could order. The young girl screamed the answers after being asked to repeat. We could not hear due to the noise and she was wearing a mask. Several questions we asked regarding the order, several times she screamed the answer. Totally humiliating, rude and uncalled for. I would like to locate a phone number to take this further. Pay good money at these rip off motorway service stations. Sunday 12 Sept at 1234.

Polite helpful staff, quick service, had to be asked to change gloves to do Veggie sub bit did offer cheese on non-meat side of serving counter. Lots of close places to sit and wide enough aisles to be fully accessible. Cold water available for topping up water bottles.

Next time someone asks for the gloves to be changed... CHANGE THEM, DONT ARGUE! She asked if she had too! Attitude of the service staff behind they counter is disgusting. I'm vegiterian and I watched her use the same gloves for 3 sandwiches. Think of dietary requirements and allergies. Sandwiches are not buch better than the service either.

I do ask him for a blue light discount but he refused me to give any discount. I showed him by blue light card and the website he replied negative and said therr is no discount in this service.
