Terrible service so slow in getting food didn't seem to be enough working there for lunch timebon a Saturday

Kentucky fried salt! It's rare I eat in these places. I know back in the day it wasnt healthy either. But I'd naively thought that the 'original recipe' would be just that. All I could taste was salt! Yuck I'm giving two stars because whilst I'm certain it's unethical - in the interest of fairness; the place was clean, the food was hot so it's only fair to give it 2 stars

Ordered a wrap which took 18 minutes to come, terrible service very understaffed.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC recently. I won two pieces of wings through an arcade game, but when I tried to claim them, the staff told me they couldn't honor the offer because they were a franchise and not all promotions apply. It was confusing because the arcade game was advertised at the front counter. Then, I tried to redeem a promotion through the KFC mobile app for 8 mini fillets with a meal purchase over £10, but was told it wasn't applicable at this store either. It's frustrating to encounter misleading advertising and inconsistent policies.

I ordered a large meal 3 bone meal but only got regular fries rather than large fries. In the end they said I could keep the regular fries and was given the large fries I had paid for. Also got two drumsticks in my three bone deal. Would have preferred a mix. Overpriced of course as it’s based in a motorway services lay by.

Worst KFC ever. Check your order if takeout. Wrong items and so cold! You shouldn’t have to rely on the gravy to make your food warm! Staff obviously need more training as they have no idea! . .

Can’t give anything for Service as there was no one there and all done by the screen but definitely not worth nearly £12. Food was warm at Best and as you can see the chicken wings were off The worlds smallest chicken.

Was extremely busy at lunch time so a little wait but to be expected, staff were clearly working hard to fulfil orders as quick as they could. Definitely can’t complain the food was very hot, good portion of chips, better then many other kfc’s we have visited. Yes they have slightly higher prices then other stores, but that the same with all shops at motorway services Well done guys 👍

quick service with hot and tasty chicken food was cooked fresh - the chicken was steaming hot furthermore limited time teriyaki burger was not bad but not teriyaki sauce used would recommend if ur at the service station ig.. I mean it's just a KFC at the end of the day

Ordered a meal, opted for hot chocolate, paid the extra 40 pence - meal arrived and told they don't do hot chocolate there. So why was it an option to order? No apology, just a shrug and wasn't refunded the 40 pence either - I realise this is a small sum, but how many folk are being caught out each day? Avoid!

Prices are higher and you can't even use your KFC rewards or app in this place. It's a bit money hungry and completely unacceptable. We decided to go elsewhere.

Stopped here to get a takeaway en route to the airport, to feed our family of 9! Chicken too salty! Completely inedible! The chips weren't much better! What a huge waste of money and everyone is still hungry!

Not all good quality, waited for ages. No drinks all we could have was water and no discount, really expensive compared to the usual and nowhere near the quality, complained but they never really cared I think

Horrible place. I've been waiting for my order 75 minutes. Unbelievable

Sorry this store closed to customers at 2100hrs, but continued to take delivery orders. As a driver after working all day and not being able to get hot food this is bad

Well managed store and very friendly and professional staff however it's always under staffed!
