Subway in New Forest

feel sorry for the owner of this branch. 2 ladies working here and the service was very poor. Didn’t even smile or greet customers the food preparation not very nice not pleasant just like I use to have from other branches of subway. Will never buy here again

The cheese wasn’t melted and overall the vegetables tasted disgusting

They got it wrong again , my sub full of sweetcorn which I detest , this is the second time this has happened, could not go back as last time as no transport, how hard is it to read the order? . Dissatisfied and disappointed,again !

The crisps drink and cookie were missing from the order I just received the sub

Half the order was missed off and according to the shop was because they got confused with another order at the same time!

I served today 04/10/20 around at 9:30am very disappointed. Asking staff some questions about products but she has no attention about that. Try to over charge me!!! When I asked "is this price correct" ? She changed to normal price" no excuse, no single words, no sorry, no explanation" Many years ago it was my favourite place! People was working there very friendly and happy.... Not any more...

Food is always brilliant. I'm a fussy eater and like my food made a certain way and they never fail to make it to perfection. Staff always friendly. Especially Tanya. She's always smiley and friendly. High recommended

What's happening subway did someone hurt you. £17 for 2 sandwich Double the price to what I remember it, but not double the quality. First time ive been there in a while and will definitely be the last time. The whole idea of subway has gone out the window and you get charged extra for making your own sandwich, which is where it all began. I didn't get offered to scan my Subway card. I didn't get offered a bag and when I asked for a large hand for a sweet corn. I got about 5 pieces. £2.20 to make it a meal 🤯 that's over £20 For 2 people to have lunch may as well. Go and have a sit down now, somewhere nice.

food was nice however the young lady serving me was extremely rude both times i have been served by her and has a horrendous attitude towards customers. she made my food wrong and instead of apologising she gave me attitude and aggressively threw it in the bin and walked off into the back.

Horrible my food was late took over an hour to get to me. Also missing half of my meal I basically payed all that money for nothing. Absolutely Ridiculous. 😡

Driver never turned up with the food. Contacted Subway and they tried to ring the driver but wouldn’t pick up. Thankfully, the guy from Subway remade our order and resent it out with a different driver.

A great Subway, and easy to get to with the community centre car park being free and a two minute walk from the store. The staff aren't always the most polite, but they mean well. Quite often their drinks machine doesn't work, and it can get busy which means it can sometimes be a bit dirty, with crumbs and wrappers left. If you're going at lunchtime on a weekend, expect it to be busy.

Delivery was great and fast, however when I opened my sandwich it was falling apart

Love it here . Always had a friendly greeting . Fantastic staff and manager . They always go out of their way to help with a positive attitude. I go in regularly for my morning coffee and meals and shall continue to do so . 😁

Hash browns were literally freezing and they put heaps of NOT requested pepper on the sub making it completely inedible. What a waste of money. And the bottle of coke was warm

Food was stone cold and the wrong drink had been delivered. For one meal just under £20 you would expect to be given the right items and the “toasted” sandwich be at least warm.

I was told on the phone they would give me more items due to it being late and instead i wasn’t even given what i had ordered.

One of the sandwiches didn't have any of the ingredients as listed. Was missing a few ingredients when we got there so gave us replacements but did not inform us about the pesto sandwich having no pesto.

Didn’t get me other drink I ordered

The store is managed by inexperienced staff, evident in hygiene issues near the meat selection and a subpar quality salad—frozen in the displayed tins. Despite seeing this, my son wanted to proceed with his order with meat only. He fell ill after just one bite; being sick all over his food. Requesting a £10 refund became an ordeal, with the employees displaying rude and aggressive behaviour, claiming an inability to process refunds. The manager, who I had to speak to on the phone, was equally unhelpful and dismissive, my concerns were met with hostility. He was more concerned that he had been bothered on his day off. The store clearly needs a reassessment in terms of both management and food quality.

Never ordering through just eat with them again, the food was soggy, the staff was rude just said "what do you want?" when i came in, and when i said i was here for a collection she just pointed and said its there, not sure whats happened to customer service these days

It was actually over an hour late. Ordered at 14.45 and still waiting for it at 17.00

Sandwiches were made with the wrong bread, not even toasted, and the wrong flavour crisps were delivered as well as a wrong drink.

arrived early but stone cold! crinkle wedges had no seasoning and I had to warm them up in the microwave.

They did not toast the subs and they were freezing cold, so we had warm sausage in bacon and warm nachos and then freezing cold meat subs with rolls that fell apart literally like they had come out of the freezer colder than a fridge horrendous £30 order as well!!!!!

Absolutely vile. Breakfast sub made me sick. I was foolish enough to try a Philly steak a few weeks later and it looked as if it had been drowned…..soggy and tasteless. As for the staff…….clueless & have no care when making your food at all. I’d only use the central station, hospital or city centre shops in the future.

Food was awful will never order from here again. Ordered V.I.Brie turned up flat as a pancake and the contents i can only say reminded me of one of my children's nappy's from when they born. Should literally be considered false advertising as nothing they sell looks like the pictures!.

Ordered a meal, arrived without the cookie and drink. Order did not show as complete until an hour after so could not put a message in but I can see I've been charged full price and yet 50% of the meal order missing

Good place to get the deals, offers and meal deals you want so why not go and give it a try and you cam get the subway app and get your points everytime you use them

Wrong bread for two of the three subs ordered, poor quantity of fillings compared to usual high standards. Very disappointed with todays subs, usually much better.

Food was cold by time it arrived so we had to heat it up again ... I was told there was lots of traffic on route so this may have been why but still a little frustrating

Ordered a chicken sub, it only had 3 peices of chicken and the rest of it was just lettuce. The end of the bread was stale too.

We made the mistake of ordering from here again today and the owner clearly had no interest in making sure his customers are happy. Worst delivery experience I've ever had! We waited 2 hours for a 6 inch sub and a salad, my salad had onions which I didn't ask for so the whole thing tasted like onions. They didn't deliver one of two cookies ordered, but they did send the wrong cookie for the one they actually put in the bag. We also ordered 2 bags of crisps, one of which we didn't receive, so all in all absolutely terrible. Such a shame because this used to be a really good subway. I always forget how delicious the salads from Subway are until I start eating one then it all comes flooding back in a sea of Southwest sauce. The staff at the Totton branch are always friendly and smiling, food is always fresh and there's always a good selection with lots of healthy choices

They smothered my sub in extra spicy chipotle sauce and when I phoned them to get it replaced the owner was completely uninterested in helping me. Can I give zero stars??

Within minutes of accepting the order, they delayed it by half an hour, when food arrived it was cold and the wrong items were delivered. When I called to ask them to send the correct items I was told to "collect for yourself"

I didn’t actually get to eat. I wanted a 6 inch egg and cheese sub. The sandwich artist advised me it would cost 5.80. I usually pay under 3.00. I told him he was wrong and left. Shout out to Ian for his 5 minutes of fame

Walked out without my sub as I was told I could only have peppers and sweetcorn on my 12 inch sub ( i have had the same sub from other branches without the hassle). I thought the USP of subway was that you could choose whatever salad you like... I will not go back to this branch.

Food was just over 45 mins late!

Said it was delivered online but hadn’t arrived yet, called subway when it was around 20 minutes late and was told it definitely had been delivered and the food was sent an hour prior, food arrived 10 minutes later and everything was cold

It wasn’t hot when I got it and the sub wasn’t toasted !

This subway can be a bit hit and miss, but then you get days like today when you order a meatball sub as a birthday treat and it's absolutely delicious!!

Great customer service from ordering to paying. Cleaning standards are so high I had to leave a review. Toilets are clean enough to eat your food in. Could even smell the bleach rather than anything else. Most places you these days everything is dirty. Not here. Food is always great as well. Top work guys.

Very rude staff turned away customers before closing time

I don't know what's happening with this Subway but it seems they are trying to save as much as possible on salad. The last couple of weeks I've ordered a footlong turkey breast sub and today I counted 4 pieces of lettuce, and small handful of sweetcorn and 8 pieces of pepper

The staff this morning is so bored with work, she needs a vacation urgently it was the rudest service I've ever seen in my life as if I'm getting it for free I don't think I'll go again mediocre mediocre

Ordered at 13.00 long wait as delivery between 14.00and 14.20 didn't turn up until 14.45 really unhappy with service

Don't order if you have allergies! Ordered vegan cookies as I'm pregnant with a dairy intolerance and they sent me normal cookies with no warning or phone call prior. I called the store and they told me they had sent them because they didn't have vegan ones available! Luckily I hadn't eaten them prior to calling. This could of made me unwell and caused serious harm to my unborn child!

Be careful if you have allergies!! I ordered through Just Eat and ordered vegan cookies. It says they're vegan when ordering and even states it on the receipt too. I've ordered them as I have a dairy intolerance so would be ill if I had any dairy. I'm also pregnant which makes this riskier. When they arrived they clearly weren't the vegan cookies I've had before so I called the store to ask. They said they didn't have vegan ones so they sent me the normal ones instead (not labelling them as such etc). I explained I ordered them as I'm intolerant to dairy and pregnant. They told me I could claim back through just eat and keep the cookies (why would I want to keep them?!) This could of been dangerous!

We ordered 4 footlong subs and 1 six inch sub but we received 3 footlongs and 2 six inches. We also received the wrong crisps. The food was cold.

absolute joke this subway, some staff rude and unhelpful. went the other day at 4.30 and asked for a foot long meatbal and got told i couldn't as it shut in half an hr. also the place always shuts early, my advice go to another one or get a different takeaway

Rubbish, got my order wrong twice now. I don't expect to pay for something and have half of it turn up plus the wrong items! Sort it out Subway!!!

Unfortunately two items were missing and the food was poorly packed. Hot items were placed against cold drinks, most items were squashed or broken and the nachos were placed on their side meaning all the toppings fell to the corner of the boxes. Very disappointing for the price of the food. I will definitely be going in store from now on.

I paid 9,99£ for 6 inch I told her that she is charging me too much for that ,,no no that is correct she respond I when to seat down and eat my 6inch and I decided to go back and ask for receipt and I took it my receipt and I see that she charge me for 12 inch which is wrong ????what a place ???avoid this place

The manager in this place is so so rude and the way he speaks to female colleagues is shocking I cannot believe he is allowed to behave like this in front of customers.

I don't know what is wrong with this Subway but they can never seem to get things right, either the order is missing something or it's completely the wrong filling. Shocking really for a place who's only purpose is to make sandwiches that they can not make a sandwich correctly

My order was wrong. Pepsi was 375 ml not 500ml.. had peppers in it instead of peppercorns. No cheese and not toasted on all 3 subs. Consideringbi just paid 34 quid it was awful

Would give 0 stars if I could! Me and my partner came here for some lunch, the veggie options weren't clear on the menu, so we asked what was veggie. We were then told that they couldn't tell us what was veggie and to check the allergen guide. So to our dismay we did, and asked for the T.L.C which was out of stock, so we asked for another option which was also out of stock. So we asked what they have that's veggie, they again said they couldn't tell us. So we ended up ordering the veggie teriyaki steak. The service was terrible and the server ZEID was rude and clearly just trying to usher us along even though there was only 2 people in the queue behind us, he even missed my order out and moved onto the person behind me. After we finally got out food, we left to eat in the car. My partner opened her sub to find a couple of hairs in it which was clearly the servers. So I took the sub back and asked for a refund. The server was again very rude and unprofessional, told me that he knew I would be back for a refund when he served me, I told him there's no need for that. We just wanted some lunch. He opened the til, put a £10 note on the counter (even know we paid by card and it cost over £15) told me to take it and to leave the store. I am absolutely appalled by this service and will not be returning here again. Me and my partner have 2 decades of hospitality experience between us including subway, and this is not the way to treat a customer, regardless of how busy you are. All we wanted was some lunch and now our day has been ruined by an incredibly unprofessional man, who should clearly not be working in the service industry. I would urge anyone to stay away from here.
