Subway in Gosport

Extremely friendly and talkative staff, great quality subway, would go often 👍

Sahid or however you spell it made all my families sub super quick super nice and super delicious was lush would defo recommend this subway as it’s the best one in Gosport/lee

Sub was very low on contents, little to no salad and my hot side was cold

Delivery was on time, however the sandwich fell to pieces, and the sauce to go with my sandwich was not there. Very dry, just felt it was just chucked together with no care. I love Subways, but this was disappointing.

Unwelcoming and unfriendly staff; it would appear some have a poor grasp of the English language. Poor to average attempt at building a sandwich. Had to ask for a bag and ask for napkins. I was literally the only customer in the shop so I don’t quite understand how/why the service could’ve been so poor.

This subway had bad customer service when I called to complain about receiving the incorrect driver with the store blaming the just eat driver.

Meatballs so overcooked had to take them out

Nachos had no cheese, salsa and 1 jalapeño. Also drinks were near hot, not cold

Items missing from order when I spoke with them at restaurant very rude won’t be using them again

It was good however the cheese was left out my sub and the margarita slice had the wrong bread

The order didnt even arrive yet the driver was sat at the bottom of my road for 8 minutes according to the app. When contacting the store no resolution was offered instead poor attitude and lack of understanding or help.

missed double meat missed out the bacon on subway stack. and took over 30 mins after out for delivery to arrive and stone cold.

considering how close the restaurant is and how quickly it was delivered, it arrived very cold.

My subway was delicious however the tomatoes were soft and I had to take them out

This has happened for the 3rd time in last 2 months that whenever we order something from pier street store e.g. wrap or sub we always get the wrong order. Today I ordered 2 footlongs both without onions but they still put onions in my order. I asked for chipotle sauce and xtra spicy chipotle but sauces were missing in one of the sub. For Other sub I ordered xtra spicy chipotle and garlic & hub sauces but they didn’t put garlic and herb sauce and I didn’t ask for onion they put it in my order.

Always the quickest food place to deliver.. Probably the best subway in the area, much appreciated 👌

Wrong food yet again! Won't be using this one again. 2 out of 3 orders wrong, ordered veggie breakwich with egg, 1st was meat, 2nd right and 3rd only a hash brown in it. Can't get through on phone just rings and cuts of. Waste of money!

Wrong order handed to me. I explained, and the order was taken back. The shop won't answer the phone, after 7 attempts I gave up, so having to request a refund

Horrible experience. As a vegetarian I ordered the veggie breakfast. When bit into sub, I got a mouthful of bacon and sausage. Tried phoning restaurant 3 times and ignored each time.

Arrived on time but the meal was cold and I doubt even warmed up to start with, as the cheese was solid. Hardly any filling. Disappointed as normally get a good takeout from there.

Great experience. Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely lovely lady who put in a free cookie for us, made my day and meant a lot. So thank you to her, what a wonderful person and I hope she knows how kind she is.

2/3 of the order is totally wrong and can't be eaten by the recipients due to spicy sauce. absolutely disappointed that only 1 person out of 3 can eat.

Overall pretty good, my nachos were burnt though.

Subs were ok, just lacking another salad and the Doritos side was a bit cold, other than that good.

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely night in and a wonderful meal. It was absolutely delicious and came on time and in great quality. I just wanted to thank the lovely person who threw a extra cookie in the bag with a lovely message. We just got two subs but this person was so thoughtful and popped a free cookie in our order which made our day. Thank you to that one person. You are ever so lovely and we really appreciate you and see how kind you are. Please don’t punish this person they are great.

When the driver arrived he was on the phone to what seemed to be a friend so very unprofessional as he was still on the phone while giving me the food

My experience was traumatic I was with my friend on a lovely British day out and we decided to get some munchie at our local subway. First of all none of the staff understood me and gave me a 12 inch although I ordered a 6inch and ignored me and my friend when we tried to correct him. And then to make it even worse there card machine didn’t accept my friends card even though we just used it. We also didn’t get the choice of the salad bar. the staff were altogether rude, unhelpful and dumb. I will NEVER step foot in there again and after all our struggles I was left with a dry crusty sandwich which was not one bit enjoyable!

Lee-on-the-Solent subway S L A P S! I went in for the Big cheese steak and it was sooo good, and the music was such a vibe - totally recommend.

They missed some ingredients out of my sub and put wrong cookie in Bag. Not happy at all and I waited over 1 hour before delivery and it is just down the road from my work. Less than a mile.

Waited quite a long time although it was worth it in the end.

Can not fault, quick delivery, polite driver and good food.

Ordered at 1130am. Due to go out for 1230. Order delivery time said arrival is 12. This time kept changing until it said delivery coming for 1pm. I called the restaurant and said I am going out, I no longer want the order as it’s not the time originally said. They said they couldn’t do anything and talk to just eat. Delivery man turns up 1pm and I am of course not in so I didn’t not get my order anyway, so not understand why the resturant sent it even tho I told them to cancel. I want a full refund. Very unhappy.

The food was stone cold I deserve a full refund because I could not eat it

The order was made but no delivery driver showed up so had to wait 45 minutes longer

Always a great sub from this branch would highly recommend.

Both the pizziola & sub gave us stomach aches after eating. Sides were both crushed to the side of their boxes, although their individual cost was little (sides that is) , it definitely wasn't worth my money. Overall, it was massively disappointing and won't be having one again.

Bread was chewy and seemed stale. Otherwise good.
