Subway in Gosport

Amazing customer service sub was wrong and the guy from lee on Solent subway went above and beyond to get my daughter the correct sandwich and a little cookie as a sorry was a lovely little touch you have made my daughters day thank you so much for your excellent customer service and care 10star subway :)

We paid nearly £12 for a salad was absolutely tiny more like a side salad we paid extra for some more chicken and there was none

The sandwich was soggy and the bread was damp and falling apart. I had to bin half of it.

Absolutely shocking service forgets to pack our full order missed out a foot long not a small product… waited almost an hour from ordering as the delivery time kept adding on time and then when we phoned the store to resolve it was told we had to order more food to be able to get the food we have already paid for or have it next time we order

not greatly impressed payed for double meat and only got normal amount won't be ordering from here when I order from subway

We had a really good experience as usual from this location. Really enjoyable and good meal with a throw in cookie, we ordered one so we got two one for me and one for my boyfriend which made our day. Thank you. X

ordered a chicken tikka salad but ended up with chunks of normal chicken in it, ordered a side salad and it wasn’t full either not happy!

My order was delivered on time as usual but for some reason it was half filled (the salad) I have ordered this salad many times from your subway and was disappointed as I also asked for double cheese which was definitely not included.. the chicken was not as much as usual either.. considering this salad is nearly £10 I would expect it to be filled to the top ..

Most miserable subway experience, the lady serving was terrible , too busy having a face time with her friend in a foreign language , then made me the most pathetic foot long ever , cut rations on all ingredients counted 4 bits of sweetcorn then drowned it in dance sauce. Absolutely diabolical

forgot halapenos on nachos. sub was cold and awfull. BROKE A TOOTH ON A PIECE OF WOOD. honestly so bad. NEVER ODERING AGAIN.

Never had a salad from subway before and would definitely get it again and might even go as far as saying it was nicer than a sub. Good experience and will try again.

The delivery man was polite and appreciative of the tip I gave him.

My partner ordered a turkey 6 inch sub with bbq sauce and all salad and recived it with tuna in instead

Not a standalone incident, but this was my last meal from them: Missing drink. Wrong cookie. Waffle fries were inedible rubber (an extra quid and they were straight in the bin). And the sub itself wasn't the best (I've never known bbq sauce to be so watery). So they didn't really get a single thing in the whole meal deal correct, which is almost impressive if you really think about it. And this is also coming from someone with a pretty low bar for food (hence the subway).

food was cold and barely prepare, sauce was massively front loaded and the cookie was not the one I ordered, drink was wrong too.

the delivery driver was rude, busy talking on loudspeaker on his phone, didn't seem bothered with anything about the delivery. Only word spoken was to demand the "code" followed by a grunt before leaving.

This one is always great and quick delivery

this is normally my go to subway to order from, but I'm disappointed today. delivery time was only meant to be 25 mins but it took an hour to get delivered and both my subs were stone cold.

I left a note for them and driver to let them know I had hip replacement surgery so I'm little slow getting to do. I got a lovely msg on bag saying " hope you have a speedy recovery ". that made my day and nice to see we still got humans doing good work. cheers people

Delivery was on time, however the sandwich fell to pieces, and the sauce to go with my sandwich was not there. Very dry, just felt it was just chucked together with no care. I love Subways, but this was disappointing.

Unwelcoming and unfriendly staff; it would appear some have a poor grasp of the English language. Poor to average attempt at building a sandwich. Had to ask for a bag and ask for napkins. I was literally the only customer in the shop so I don’t quite understand how/why the service could’ve been so poor.

This subway had bad customer service when I called to complain about receiving the incorrect driver with the store blaming the just eat driver.

The order didnt even arrive yet the driver was sat at the bottom of my road for 8 minutes according to the app. When contacting the store no resolution was offered instead poor attitude and lack of understanding or help.

This has happened for the 3rd time in last 2 months that whenever we order something from pier street store e.g. wrap or sub we always get the wrong order. Today I ordered 2 footlongs both without onions but they still put onions in my order. I asked for chipotle sauce and xtra spicy chipotle but sauces were missing in one of the sub. For Other sub I ordered xtra spicy chipotle and garlic & hub sauces but they didn’t put garlic and herb sauce and I didn’t ask for onion they put it in my order.

Always the quickest food place to deliver.. Probably the best subway in the area, much appreciated 👌

Wrong food yet again! Won't be using this one again. 2 out of 3 orders wrong, ordered veggie breakwich with egg, 1st was meat, 2nd right and 3rd only a hash brown in it. Can't get through on phone just rings and cuts of. Waste of money!

Wrong order handed to me. I explained, and the order was taken back. The shop won't answer the phone, after 7 attempts I gave up, so having to request a refund

Horrible experience. As a vegetarian I ordered the veggie breakfast. When bit into sub, I got a mouthful of bacon and sausage. Tried phoning restaurant 3 times and ignored each time.

Arrived on time but the meal was cold and I doubt even warmed up to start with, as the cheese was solid. Hardly any filling. Disappointed as normally get a good takeout from there.

Still the best Subway in Gosport

Great experience. Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely lovely lady who put in a free cookie for us, made my day and meant a lot. So thank you to her, what a wonderful person and I hope she knows how kind she is.

2/3 of the order is totally wrong and can't be eaten by the recipients due to spicy sauce. absolutely disappointed that only 1 person out of 3 can eat.

Overall pretty good, my nachos were burnt though.

Subs were ok, just lacking another salad and the Doritos side was a bit cold, other than that good.
