I was stuck waiting on a driver until well after the time that the restaurant was due to close. When the food FINALLY arrived, it was stone cold as if it had been prepared, well, an hour ago. This is abysmal and a waste of money.

Incredibly poor meal that has put me off KFC for life. I had a chicken burger that was cold, a piece of fried chicken that was scolding hot and drenched in grease, and fries that were undercooked. Pretty much the worst meal I've ever eaten.

All the food was cold, which was fine for me as I got the rice salad bowl but for my daughter they put her ice cold pineapple stick in with her food 🤦‍♀️ logic tells you probably not the best idea.

The delivery driver it didn’t bother to accept the order when he took it from the restaurant. And his location was off all the time till he arrived to my address. Very cold food

Order was wrong and turned up way later than it said it would

The food arrived colder than the bottle of pepsi that came with it, it tasted like it had been sitting under some poor heat lamps for an hour, this isnt the first time either, but i keep trying to give them another chance, not any more.

Tasty and on time. Had a double down box. For pretty much £17 with delivery it’s honestly not worth it. Last time for KFC.

Got half way through a bucket a noticed the chicken at the bottom was darker and tasted funny so I turn it open and the inside was green slimy and like mush, completely rotten.

Driver was rude and decided to jump a wall and walk through my front garden instead of walking up the drive

KFC did not read the order because had they read it they would have seen that there were also Sweet Chilli Dipped Bites that they did not send but charged me for this is getting bad as they can't read

Poor quality, the food was cold, stale and rock solid, inedible, clearly been cooked and left under a heat lamp for far too long. Raised a complaint with just eat who have refused any kind of refund and have been useless.

This restaurant is hit or miss really. I've been there for 5-6 times and I had my food piping hot once, warm 3-4 times, and lukewarm once. I still go back when I am craving some KFC to the experience is good enough, they are serving the food fast and I've never seen the place in shambles, it's always clean.

I think that when your order gets its time changed more than 2 times it should be an automatic refund due to the extra time that the order sat on the counter waiting for a driver to collect it

We love KFC but shame about this time round. Unfortunately the gravy was unedible. It wasn't gravy but liquid brown stuff.

Easy to park next to restaurant when not busy else plenty of space in Morrisons car park. The place was clean when me and my dad visited about 1pm on Saturday. Had a lovely boneless chicken meal with the dip that tastes like it could strip layers off my tongue. Really enjoyed the meal overall well worth it. Service ok just no interaction. Update on December 2024: I love the Tower stacker meal. If you like stuffing mixed in with chicken wrapped in a coating of kfc spice crumbs, then this is for you. I really enjoyed the 6 I like more than fries from other burger chains. The gravy has a spice ingredient too, which I like, the mayo not too spicy this time round for me a lovely experience. Toilets are used by non customers and subsequently not respected but nevertheless usable.

yet again i order because I like KFC and once again they cannot do the simplest of things include dips and deliver it warm, do not use them if you actually want their rather nice dips even asked them to pack the dips, politely that is and yet....

Nice food and quick delivery. Only gripe is having to pay a service charge AND delivery charge adding almost £4.50 to the total bill!

Very poor quality. Portion size was shameful and extremely expensive for what it was. Wings were tiny, very small portion of fries, mostly rib cage and everything lukewarm albeit delivered almost on time. Half portions size for double the price!

Ordered this evening 18/11/24 and the food was amazing,in the past we have had issues with food being lukewarm but not the case today, food was very tasty and lovely and hot , service was second to none. Will reorder from here

Missed a whole meal out, isn’t the first time I’ve had to complain about these things, please read the orders properly. Not happy I’m having to wait up to 7 days for my money back for your mistake, especially not happy as my kids are hungry and have been exited to have they’re favourite, there should be an option to order from the other kfc, the one on the high street is terrible!! Always has been and by the looks of it always will!

was missing an item. the bag was damaged BUT instead of replacing the bag, it was just taped up. still with a hole in it. possible theft, possible it just fell out. no popcorn chicken tonight.

When I put in my order it said between 18.55 and 19.15 it turned up at 19.30, the food was freezing cold.

please don't advertise delivery in 10-25mins if you can't honor it. waited 45mins and my order time was pushed back twice.

missing half off what I ordered. ordered a bucket so came with 4 chips and 2x sides however when it was delivered I only had thw bucket with chicken not chips or sides. the security label was still in tacked so it was the shops fault but just how as they wasn't busy

Came in at 5 30pm today. As usual, it was pretty empty. Only desserts available were cookies - no ice cream sundaes. I ordered a lot of food including a zinger burger, 2 hot wings and a 3 piece meal large. I barely had to wait 40 seconds for the food to be handed to me, a speed I have never known from a fast food joint. Even in the 80s and 90s, when fast food was truly 'fast", the service wasn't as quick as that. I was a little suspicious. Got home and tasted the original chicken pieces. They were just awful. It was as if they had just been lying under a heating lamp since early morning, or maybe even from yesterday. The taste was really off! I'm just hoping I don't get ill this evening or tonight. I am a huge fan of KFC, but I won't be going back to the Gosport branch.
