Fast delivery but that might be due to half the order being missing!

We live 5 minutes away, lazy I know but why is the food from kfc always cold!

Food arrived in good condition and everything we ordered. Delivery driver was polite and service was efficient

Our regular popcorn was missing from our order not happy about that 😕

the delivery driver did not move from the same spot for 15 mins, my food was barely warm when it arrived and looked like it had been drooped in the bag.

I ordered two chocolate chip cookies and only one arrived

Delivery drives scared the e life out of me I took a couple seconds to find keys they banged on my door all my windows sounded like my front door would come off absolute terrible service

Missing regular popcorn chicken, hot wings and normal wings not separated and chips were all in the bottom of the bag

Food was fresh and piping hot and all the order was correct.

Tepid, flavourless and disappointing.

They appear to only have drumsticks and when I asked why I couldn’t have a breast piece I was told I just had to have what was on offer! No apology or explanation. Then the male and female just stood behind the counter laughing at me, when I said it never used to be this way - bloody awful experience!

Ordered the boneless banquet for takeaway and they left out both the popcorn chicken and and the dipping sauce. Also no cutlery added not even a straw for the drink. The box was sealed with a takeaway sticker making it hard to check in the store that it was all there. The food was also cold and the guy working was just talking about how he wanted to finish his shift so he could go drinking.

I want my money back the food was cold

BBQ Dip missing from my order.

Every time I order a meal with a dip I ask for supercharger. I have never got it, I either get no dip at all or the wrong dip. Even when I have paid for an extra supercharger it won’t come. Always a bag of disappointment delivered to my door.

Drinks not delivered. Delivery driver just shrugged and said ring KFC!! Tried ringing KFC 5 times but shock horror….they never answer the phone!!

Food was picked up in good time but delivery ETA pushed back by about twenty minutes as food taken on other jobs I assume not even luke warm food yet the cold can it was stored with was warmer than the food, soggy and inedible

On time really good got to the correct address on time everything good and smooth

ordered two zinger burgers actually didn't get that at all in my delivery asked just eat for a refund and not very helpful try to ring the Shop not very helpful there either disgusting just shows they like to rip people off

Yet again the order is wrong this this when ordering 2 x sweet chilli dipped bites they have sent 1 sweet chilli and 1 bbq and im allergic to there bbq sauce well done 👏

The delivery time kept getting longer and longer got a phone call from delivery guy was in the alley way back of the house blaming he’s Sat nav , when I finally got the order the burger had fell apart and everything was cold , I don’t like to leave bad feedback , but I have ordered from many restaurants on just eat and KFC and McDonald ones are the worse can never find the address and all ways cold ordered twice from both now not again 😩

really really disappointed with my meal absolutely shocked the KFC stuff can send out cold food to there customers and it was very dry, grave was that cold I had to try and warm up on the hob shocking. I want a full refund!!!!

Ordered 2 meals at lunch time for me and a colleague. The delivery time kept on changing making taking our break hard. When the meal eventually arrived we had all of our sides missing. The most frustrating thing is it appears that the sides were in the box at some point. This is an assumption because there was a single chip in my box and you could see the seasoning stain. Either that or they’re reusing boxes or the driver got peckish on his 3 minute drive. The food to did arrive cold. Very poor.

Quality of the chicken and fries was poor - will not be ordering again

Don't like the frys to pepper on them . Bring back frys no pepper

food was freezing cold considering only took 25 mins to get here.. chicken was greasy and chicken skin soggy burger had 3 bits of lettuce in it and was freezing cold even gravy was just tepid

For once, the food was rather good. I love the new fries and the chicken was excellent, not dripping in grease like last time. My wrap was also really good. Overall, 9/10

I'm not happy I've never had such bad service. I waited 2 and a half hours for my order and when it arrived it was completely cold really bad the way I've been treated would not recommend to anyone

Delivery driver requires customer service adjustment! “I was about to leave” bearing in mind he’s delivered to a block of flats and I’ve preempted the delivery time-have a word please as he’s another driver that’s letting your business down!

My order arrived missing two portions of chips and the chicken was all drum sticks. This is always happening, staff obviously don't care.

So the chicken is literally loaded with grease and the skin is soft and soggy, all the other food seems to be fine , but highly recommend not to get chicken

Burger was not warm. The chicken piece on one of the meals was a wing and really small no meat just bones. the other meal was a drumstick which are small anyway, so overall very poor and not value for money, especially as I am using just eats, nearly 14 per meal each for a KFC very poor

Fries we're cold, as usual, and no dip, again! Why bother asking if you never deliver them. Three stars but should probably be lower but we're used to same old issues so its become average. Only good thing was delivery driver - five stars awarded 😀

Okay food but cold, 25 minutes late compared to original delivery time.

Poor tasting food . Just not up to scratch . I'd not purchased food from here for a number of years and now its easy to see why .

Restaurant never reads the notes for allergies so my food turned up with stuff in them i asked for it not to be in it even put the note it caps so it was all big enough to read but these people cant read it seams so full order wasted with no refund
