Subway in Medway

Service is too bad … I visited this shop twice… I had seen the staff not changing the gloves between vegetarian and non vegetarian foods …please make sure this is much important because people are allergic to meat and some people due to religious things they can’t have meat. This happened twice… Please I wish the shop manager will see the review and advise his/her staffs.

Wasn’t delivered , the app said it was Don’t understand as to have to give a code

driver was polite and helped me handle my situation with my mobile but my phone is up and running again

complete incorrect order received.

Ordered a Tex mex subway price shown 5.39 and they tried to charge me 5.59 for it when I queried it the manager said it was the wrong price (false advertising) he did however allow me to pay the 5.39 that was shown. Double check the price from what’s shown on the screen to what your being charged. Crafty

Great food and can save money by downloading the app. First order gets 30% off after download and can collect points to lower cost on future purchases. Your food is prepared in front of you with plenty of options of fillings and sauces. I would recommend Subway in comparison to others as I always leave feeling full.

I have been waiting over two hours for my order and now its says delivered and i have not received it upon calling the restraunt they said it left the building at 12 and its nearly 3pm

both of the orders has supposed to have cheese toasted. None of the sandwiches had cheese at all. Lettuce has been brown on the edges.

I still do not have my order and I ordered at around 6pm and now it is estimating it will be 20:30 so 2 and a half hours after I ordered. I am hungry and the website is not giving me an option to cancel.

The staff who made the subway was on the phone to family, left the phone on so person on food could see us, was not happy, the sandwich was really cold, meat was freezing and the lady behind counter was talking on phone when we were ordering, not happy I spent 35 pound on the menu and it was not nice.

It was the completely wrong thung

My full order was delivered and on time. They read my request and followed what I wanted inside my submelt! And it tasted lovely!

I order often from Subway, normally from Pier Road which seems to be the best, this Twydall store however serves half portions in the nachoes and the wraps, the subs are pooly constructed leaving them very messy, I wont be buying from here again.

We placed an order for delivery and spent just over £100. The food arrived stone cold, very soggy, and the order was wrong. There were also a lot of items missing, and the items that were there, had either ingredients missing or ingredients added that were not supposed to be there. It was too late to send it back as by the time it had arrived, the store was closing. I ordered some "margarita slice" as part of my children's meals. These randomly arrived with jalapeños on them to my children's disgust. After raising the issues with subway, they issued a £12.48 refund of the £103 order. The edible part of the order totaled around £7. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

I asked for cheese and I did not get that and it was cold

I put in an order for delivery and then we were informed it was ready for collection so called the restaurant to be told they had no drivers. The foot long had no sauce that was asked for. I ordered a rotisserie Chicken salad and there was no chicken on it at all. Im just grateful that I ordered some extras on it or would of ended up with a box full of lettuce a couple bits of tomato's and a few cucumber slices.

Gave me cookies in a packet that were out of date by 7 days, waited to be served whilst one of them was awnsering their phone. Another time I went in, the guy at the till looked right at me then walked off.

Original time for delivery for 20-30 mins, then was delivered squashed after 1hr 30 mins!

The worst Subway in Medway towns. Their customer services are terrible, but when we met the boss, no surprise. Very rude person, no people skills at all. Bit more sauce or salad? He will ask for an extra charge. Do you wanna use your points? Forget it. He must know you as a regular daily customer. When you fight against it, that this is not in terms and conditions, he is trying to limit you for max 1x 12" for points per transaction and asking you to come back unreasonably at the same day, and he will let you use it then. When we said that this is also not in terms and conditions, and he could put it as two different transactions if that help, he refused with words we can complain about him. So we will follow his advice and we are going to write a complaint to Subway customer services as his behaviours and unprofessionalism compromise Subway customers' satisfaction and its reputation. Every unhappy customer should do this to push this place for improvements. His name is Kam, so if you see a person with this name on badge, avoid him and come later when he is on break.

The meat and sub was cold, nothing was toasted, the sweet onion sauce was missing and the steak was chewy Spat it out and chucked it away. Easy order yet was awful

Untrained staff, made the bread hard, sub sandwich was leaking poor service.......... Find a good person to train your staff. My boyfriend worked in subway for 6 years he didn't even like it at all.. He just ate that sandwich because he paid that's it.......

This particular branch of subway is always immaculately clean. My food is always perfect whenever I order from here. And when I visit in person they are always really welcoming, efficient and friendly. 10/10.

Delivery time move from 40 min to 90 min

Hi there! I wanted to share my recent experience at your Subway location in Gillingham today at 4:30 I was very disappointed by the rude behavior of the 2 Indian staff during my visit. Even if they had to say no to something, their attitude was quite off-putting. It made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I believe that focusing on improving customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers.

Visited subway Gillingham branch today (23/02/2024) around 4:00 pm. The staff were unnecessarily rude and had a bad attitude for literally no reason. This is the worst way to treat customers. Not at all happy with their behaviour and attitude.

Food was cold, items were missing from order and the items we received were wrong!

Poor service today. I ordered a tuna salad, which arrived with the tuna missing. Only vegetables had been included. Tuna and dressing were missing. Crisps were also missing from the footlong meal deal.

This is the second time that my sub has come cold…

Went into the Gillingham branch today (10/02/24) at about midday. Really didn't appreciate being served by someone that is sending a text message while serving me, especially when it was the manager! (Assuming it was the manager because they were wearing black) also might wanna check your orange juice because they're out of date!!

Bread was stale, shame when the order costs so much. Try and keep the bread fresh it costs so little and would make a big difference

I tried Bombay filling from there in Italian bread. It tasted so good and the portion was also good enough.

I had a very tasty vegan wrap. Slightly disappointed by the lack of non-dairy milk for a coffee, so I didn't have one. It was a small Subway branch, so I understand the lack of space.

Roll not cut. Half of the top missing. Just lashed together. Couldn't even pick it up as it was falling apart. No care taken at all to making a sandwich! It's not hard and they still failed miserably
