The staff who made the subway was on the phone to family, left the phone on so person on food could see us, was not happy, the sandwich was really cold, meat was freezing and the lady behind counter was talking on phone when we were ordering, not happy I spent 35 pound on the menu and it was not nice.

I order often from Subway, normally from Pier Road which seems to be the best, this Twydall store however serves half portions in the nachoes and the wraps, the subs are pooly constructed leaving them very messy, I wont be buying from here again.

We placed an order for delivery and spent just over £100. The food arrived stone cold, very soggy, and the order was wrong. There were also a lot of items missing, and the items that were there, had either ingredients missing or ingredients added that were not supposed to be there. It was too late to send it back as by the time it had arrived, the store was closing. I ordered some "margarita slice" as part of my children's meals. These randomly arrived with jalapeños on them to my children's disgust. After raising the issues with subway, they issued a £12.48 refund of the £103 order. The edible part of the order totaled around £7. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

I put in an order for delivery and then we were informed it was ready for collection so called the restaurant to be told they had no drivers. The foot long had no sauce that was asked for. I ordered a rotisserie Chicken salad and there was no chicken on it at all. Im just grateful that I ordered some extras on it or would of ended up with a box full of lettuce a couple bits of tomato's and a few cucumber slices.

The worst Subway in Medway towns. Their customer services are terrible, but when we met the boss, no surprise. Very rude person, no people skills at all. Bit more sauce or salad? He will ask for an extra charge. Do you wanna use your points? Forget it. He must know you as a regular daily customer. When you fight against it, that this is not in terms and conditions, he is trying to limit you for max 1x 12" for points per transaction and asking you to come back unreasonably at the same day, and he will let you use it then. When we said that this is also not in terms and conditions, and he could put it as two different transactions if that help, he refused with words we can complain about him. So we will follow his advice and we are going to write a complaint to Subway customer services as his behaviours and unprofessionalism compromise Subway customers' satisfaction and its reputation. Every unhappy customer should do this to push this place for improvements. His name is Kam, so if you see a person with this name on badge, avoid him and come later when he is on break.

Visited subway Gillingham branch today (23/02/2024) around 4:00 pm. The staff were unnecessarily rude and had a bad attitude for literally no reason. This is the worst way to treat customers. Not at all happy with their behaviour and attitude.

Hi there! I wanted to share my recent experience at your Subway location in Gillingham today at 4:30 I was very disappointed by the rude behavior of the 2 Indian staff during my visit. Even if they had to say no to something, their attitude was quite off-putting. It made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I believe that focusing on improving customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers.

Went into the Gillingham branch today (10/02/24) at about midday. Really didn't appreciate being served by someone that is sending a text message while serving me, especially when it was the manager! I’ve got nothing to say bad about the food,I’ve had it for years l,all I asked was how much the price had gone up,what I expected was for them to say the price of food had gone up to buy & the electricity & gas prices had gone up,& that I could understand,but no all a got was a thumbs up when I asked,I had to laugh as I give the recieptionness was a thumbs down,how rude !!!!!!!

Pizza from the Strood branch given me and my partner food poisoning twice. The first time my partner threw up the night after eating dominoes. We thought it might have been a coincidence so brushed it off. Tonight we ordered again after a couple of months and after feeling the same way my partner has been throwing up a second time. This time I've also felt very unwell and nauseous. This has not happened when we've ordered from other branches so it isn't an allergy or reaction to any of the ingredients. Makes me worried about the hygiene quality at the restaurant. Are they not cooking things properly or using out of date ingredients? Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered an Uber Eats take away from here. Definately not worth the price. Our order consisted of a crepe with strawberries, an ice cream sundae, a milk shake and a waffle. Whilst all nice, it was a challenge to order at £36. But pressure from the kids and I relented. By checkout time, and the order being processed, I was shocked to see the bill had risen to £45. FOR ICE CREAM. Additional service and delivery charges, not overly obvious at the time of confirming order. Whilst I am not sure if the extras are down to Uber or the restuarant, it has left a bad taste, and I certainly won't be doing that again.

Rubbish service! Staff didn't have a clue twice now I've been there, Rubbish customer service. Very slow. Ordered on the phone for collection 20 minutes before arriving as sadly they don't deliver to my house, When arrived I paid for my order man walked away and 10 minutes later gave me my pizza which was sitting there infront of him the whole time..... also refused to let me use my blue light discount qr code told me its online only when leaving and looking at my app its in store only so he just couldn't be bothered think staff need more training here on how to deal with customers. Waiting so long.... not impressed.. my favourite pizzas to.
