McDonald's in Medway - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Based just on tonight's uber delivery. Ordered a £14.99 family feast, both of the small burgers were missing, also ordered the 3 for £4 deal, a burger was missing, and the dips to go with two lots of chicken nuggets were missing, when it got here, it was all cold. Can't get through to the branch by phone. Did a complaint through uber and as usual was credited for the missing food. The only way restaurants will improve on the whole missing item thing is if they are made to foot the cost of sending missing items out.

I have never been able to visit this McDonald’s drive through without them asking me to pull up and wait for the food. Honestly not sure why it’s a drive through- if you can never actually get the food ima drive through basis

We took Family here to eat. On receiving our order. Which was pretty quick. The burgers and Drinks were great. Apart from the Hand cut looking onions in Burgers. Unfortunately the Fries (as pictured) look like they kissed the oil! Considering the Business wasn’t busy as most times. Overall the Staff were Polite. As usual.. the Apple Pies were good. Mc Flurry for my boys, They enjoyed them.

Been here a few times and never had a problem, one of the only mcdonalds that is actually good

The worst mcdonalds I've ever had by a country mile and some!!! Seriously do not waste your time and momey here!!.. Any good reviews here must have been payed for because this is not my first bad experiance here!!... 🤬 2years ago... 2 years later.... Still a 1 star!.. To think why on earth did I forgive this place???... Ordered a breakfast and when I got to work I opened my bun to find nothing in it.. I called to complain and they said they will give me another one, but I don't have the time or money to waste and now I just don't trust this place... 🤬

absolutely shocking they must of thrown burgers together... I know it's Gillingham but no excuse to be scum

Hopefully one day I’ll get my just eat delivery and nothing will be missing from the order. Hasn’t happened yet, but I’ll keep trying.

My favourite McDonald's. I come here in store or drive thru whenever I'm in the area. The service is quicker than most others and if my car is parked up then it is never for more than 5 minutes. Very efficient!

I wanted to thank staff after a wonderful visit on Tues am. I took elderly residents to enjoy a cake and a drink,and a guy called Russell couldn't have been more helpful. He brought our order to the table,chatted to us,and was so lovely with the residents,of the carehome I work in.Thanks Russel.

It's McDonald's. It's what you expect. Although slow service and about as much of an atmosphere as a wake. Although the staff in the kitchen area usually seem more interested in standing around talking about who's seeing who, what their nights out were like, and less about getting food done and served.

Beechings Way is appalling, I advise everyone to avoid this branch. Every order is missing items and every delivery is too cold to consume! And this is not an Uber issue as the McDonald’s app states that the driver is onsite waiting for the goods

It was a bit grubby here, although it was busy, with tables not wiped and not cleared after some customers left their trash behind. Also no salt sachets at the condiment dispenser. However, the food itself was fine. Edit: Just been here for breakfast and, despite it being quiet inside, it was utter chaos with people coming back with orders made up wrongly.... One bloke had been back 3 times to amend his order. I was served a cold Cappuccino which I had to return, and there was no ketchup in the dispenser.... It was like the place was being run by young teenagers with no supervision. Shocking, you can imagine what it would be like if it was busy. All in all this is the worst Macdonald's I've ever been in and I'll never return. My Star rating is altered from average to atrocious.

Managed to get the order correct this time, usually missing the item ordered using the 'reward' system on the app.

Always choose this branch, staff friendly, clean surfaces and waiting time is fine

Josh, Jack, Riley and Tom are all star employees that all go above and beyond to help their customers! Customer service is second to none, food is always done to how I ask for it with specifications- the only reason it gets a 4 is some of the higher up staff excluding Chloe (one of the managers that promote a healthy work environment) are rude, nasty and belittling INFRONT of customers! This behaviour isn’t okay, if you can’t manage staff fairly and kindly even in a fast high pressure work environment, you should not be a manager. Other than the couple of poor higher staff members this is a lovely maccys with lovely hardworking staff!!

Do not go to this 24hr McDonald’s during the night, the staff have the music so loud they can’t hear customers. Staff constantly shouting profanities at each other, the manger on shift couldn’t even be bothered to tuck his shirt in. Rubbish and filth left on tables for hours. Management need to take a serious look at this branch!

For the first time ever, I have had tough/overcooked chicken in a McDonald's wrap....IM hoping this was just a one-off, But can only give it two stars for food today

So sick of this place, they cant seem to get orders right. Odered lg double cheese burger meal. Arrived with no lg fries and half a cup of coke. Come on guys it aint that hard is it ? Wont be using them again !!!!

Just received my large double cheese quarter meal with no chips and half filled coke as all leaked in the drivers car. Disgusting. This happens 1 out of 3 orders from this place

For fast food it's ok. Nice staff at the moment and helpful. We go rarely but when we do , I always use drive through so I can not rate the atmosphere as I don't use it.

Check your orders before you leave as they almost every single time forget something. This time my hallumi fries were missing and a patty from my burger.

Was served a hot chocolate which was like drinking hot water. I took it back and exchanged it for another which was exactly the same. When I return the second one I said that I didn't want another one because it tasted dreadful. They didn't offer me another drink or a refund and didn't seem to care at all. Terrible quality produce and service.

Poor range of choice doesn't sell woppers

Order breakfast at 9:30 this morning, this was for me and my 2 little sisters. Waited over an hour and a half with no update from them, to then cancel the order just after 11. I can understand if they were busy however I paid for a meal with plenty of time before breakfast had finished, I expected to get this meal, not have it cancelled because they couldnt get to it in time. Very disappointed

Don't order hot chocolate. Last three orders have had brown coloured water. Not even any chocolate mix at the bottom of the cup. It's just brown water. Disgraceful.

Painfully slow and new layout gives it a kind of prison feel, wish I didn’t bother tbh as food was left waiting out and got cold.

Food was cr*p and messed up the order, some how 5 chicken selects is a cheeseburger... Phoned the restaurant to sort the problem to no answer will be going in person to get a refund.

Didn’t go in for this one but got it delivered, ordered a Mccrispy meal with hot chocolate, the only alterations I made was to change mayo for ketchup and they messed it up , I received a plain burger with no salad and definitely no ketchup was very disappointed considering how much I paid for it.

Would like to share this bad experience.. I had a cheese burger meal, banana milk shake ..the burger was dried out so was the chips seemed as though the food had been sitting around a while wasn't fresh at all! I bought this on Saturday evening then early hours next morning I had a bad case of diarrhoea with sickness ..haven't experienced anything like it in my life ..I will not be purchasing food from you ever again!

Yet again a wrong delivery. This time staff do not understand the difference between a milkshake and a cola. Does nobody ever check the order before it is gollected by Uber? Cannot even make a complaint durect with McDonald as they pass the buck to Uber Eats. Always the same with Beechings Way. Time it was closed down.

Great place , good natured friendly staff ,nothing ever a problem for them ,good efficient team. Now store has been revamped it is a more pleasant environment and efficient place to visit less crowded and more floor space to wait for order and separate part for pushy Uber drivers.

Used the drive through here this evening and to be honest it felt rushed the girl who took my order had to be corrected a few times, drove round to pay and was then asked to wait as per usual (usually a fairly large order) food came out within a couple of minutes (shock horror) and I was on my way. It all just seemed a bit false no naturally bubbly people on windows and food was just warm even though I had to wait. 👎 From me today but we will return like the human sheep we are!

Got my daughter McDonald's within 30 min of eating was throwing up everywhere this was around 4.45 today and now had to take her to ane on fluids and antisickness due to medical issues they're classing it as food poisoning

All the food came cold. Even when we said it was cold nothing was done about it.

Slow service. Not particularly busy. Had to park up and wait 25 mins for three meals, didn't even get an apology for the wait and missing items from the order.

Car Park is small, as is customary in a McDonald's. Fast food as we know it, without sounding disrespectful, is cooked by very frequently, under pressure and by most that aren't really taking the best if their care to cook and present. It is what it is. This McDonald's is no different to any other.

Waited ages for food, plenty of staff, but no organisation. Burgers came down but had to wait for fries and by the time we got it burger was cold

Decent McDonald's, food was hot which is a major plus... limited car parking and seating but did manage to get the 1 space and 1 table left.

Did click and collect to the parking slot which I have to say I love makes it very easy order and fast food but this is one of the better McDonald's they've never made a mistake with my order always clean tidy and staff are very polite

Although the customer service of the servers is very questionable, either don't speak or very blunt no please or thankyous, the young man who cleans the tables is a ray of sunshine and always remembers you makes you feel very welcome, we come every Thursday evening

Wether you eat in or order online they always get the order wrong. Today my mcflurry was 10% ice cream and 90% malteasers i would have been better off having a bag of malteasers and aome squirty cream. Awful.

Fries as cold 20 nuggets was cold drink was wrong it was either coke or oasis not banana milkshake and nearly an hour late

Burger OK, chips soggy, so pretty much standard for a McD. Chips falling out of the packet onto a tray that looked like it needed a good clean.

All was very good, nice meal, nice drink attentive staff if need be.

The place is quite nice but quite a lot of the time they give you the wrong things and things like that but the people are nice and the food is better than the average mcdonalds

It's maccers. It's the product of not having enough time / everything else is closed. You'd be better off eating leftovers out the bins nearby, it'll undoubtedly be from a better quality restaurant in the surrounding area. Do yourself a favour and ignore Maccy D's. Better yet, do yourself a favour and try literally any other fast food service. They're always so bad but still brings everyone back... I wouldn't be surprised if there's so delicious additive in the bread or summin that keeps u hooked. For a year I only got the 20 nugs if I did happen to have to get maccers (and nothing else, maybe a drink sometime if I didn't have water on me) but as soon as I had a burger I felt like I wanted it the next week, and the next, definitely some form of tasty agent in there somewhere.

Board was saying please collect but food was not ready.Waitted 20 minutes for them to get everything ready after the message on the board was updated.3 drinks for takeaway with no holder given . Fodd was packed in 3 small bags instead of a big bag easy to carry.

Ordered 2 nugget happy meals from just eat and they havnt put the nuggets this is the second time in a row and they don't answer the phone

Called in for what I thought was a quick coffee and breakfast got past the self service machine ..... just irritating Only to go to serving counter to wait for an age And to get back to my van to have only half a cup of coffee that's mega over expensive And a breakfast bap that looks like its been sat out the back for a week Horrible never again

Once again, when you order online you never get everything you ordered or is cold. Why can't they go back to one person one order, then things would never go wrong.

Id like too take the moment too thank the young chap ( Drew ) ive met instore and out the drive thou window . (* hes so polite warm welcoming and friendly makes my daughter laugh too *) < clearly raised right > thank you for the amazing service the last few days !! Also on an over note i like too add hes cute and well clearly brings in the customers as he makes an old lady laugh too which ive seen twice now 💞💞 very formal looking too even if the trousers do look an bit tight 🤣 I also no doubt see you tomorrow on my way too work !🥰
