Right my wife ordered a happy meal and nuggets and a drink and when she received her order she did not get the nuggets and she was given the wrong drink so she will never be ordering anything else from here ever again

If I could give it 0 I would every time we order from just eat we are always missing meals tried to ring them they either don't pick up or if they do they put the phone down on is not recommended 🤔

The staff there is nasty . They call it drive thru , park up they say , 15 min, they forgot my happy meal toy , another 5 min wait nothing, then I had to go inside and ask , horrible people, bad experience, customer service is very bad there , 20 min wait . These people don't value time and service. The packs of chips were 2 thirds full . Very upset . What a disgusting place , worst McDonald's in Medway .

For a fast food joint it's the slowest food ever, 40 minutes for a burger chips and coke, then the order was wrong and stone cold , staff were put out when told I don't want a fresh order I just want a refund , will not eat there again

Ordered through the app, got sent a BURNT bun with just cheese inside. Called up and the manager insisted it wasn’t from that store. Hung up and checked my receipt and it 100% WAS!! I called back 4 times and now they won’t pick up! Absolutely vile that they think this is acceptable!!! Sort your night shift workers out this is disgraceful!!

I keep getting the same wrong order all the time, I order a happy meal with a toy and pineapple but I never get a toy and I always get carrots!!!! Why put that you have pineapples on the app when you clearly don’t 😡

I ordered via Mc-delivery the app is very easy to use the food come promptly and was delicious and was delivered with care.

Very slow. No other customers where in there but still took 30 minutes to make a wrap and drink. What a joke won't be going back there

If you're going here, do not bother ordering any more than 1 item as this branch can't seem to read a simple list. 5 times in a row I've received the complete wrong items. Almost like they'll just grab whatever they find and call it done instead of actually reading your order. Inexcusable lack of focus going on here and management seriously need to sort it out.

I've ordered from them a few times and each time I gave the benefit of the doubt but there's always something wrong with each order. Ice cream melted, everything COLD as ice and inedible, giving wrong items. However their breakfast team is very good.

It's a McDonald's, and to be honest, a fairly average one at that. A fair few times when using the drive-through, I find myself having to sit in the car park waiting for my food to be brought out. I do wonder if going in and queuing might be quicker, which eliminates the point of a drive-through. Update, I have since given up with the drive-through and go in to order, and it's no quicker using the drive-through. I have found my orders have items missing often, so ordering inside and checking is beneficial as it's easier to check the order at the desk more so than it is sat in the car in the carpark. On a plus side, the staff on my last visit were friendly and helpful and replaced my whole order as I had to drive back about missing items which meant my original food was going cold at home whilst I was back in the store.

Absolutely horrible service. ordered food online and it arrived late and cold. waited for over an hour for the food since payment was confirmed. horrendous and the ice in the drinks had fully melted by the time i got my order. very annoyed and will never be ordering again. also had missing items. this is the worst and most frustrating experience. if the wait time was so long i would've at least expected all the items to be in there.

Chatham McDonald's is not my favourite place but staff are working hard. So many home deliveries though it's a bit chaotic.

The staff were doing a good job, It was very busy when i visited and whenever people got up and left staff had the table cleaned for the next person quickly, Shame others can't clean up after themselves. The car park design here is terrible it had a queue going out the car park and beyond causing problems for others. People were struggling to even leave the car park it's so hectic. Mc donalds ran alot better before all these deliveries started.

Never order using the app, always having issues and problems. Sometimes items have been missed out on orders put in. Great friendly staff though and very understanding. Can't beat the old fashioned way if queuing and placing orders as nothing gets missed or messed up!

When we got our order they gave us the wrong items. Instead of a veg chicken wrap we got a spicy mchicken. The fresh were warm but the food was just average.

Usually is ok, however, after today’s experience, it was poor. Ordered a McDelivery, had many items missing, drove up to the establishment, and I felt like I was being interrogated to ask the my food I ordered. Why would I order a delivery to come all the way back for no reason? I did take photos of what I ordered to verify.

Service is good but the food quality is hit and miss ...incase you're wondering why I bothered writing a review. I found bluetack in my latte cup when I was pouring the left over out so you can imagine my surprise at how you can manage to get that in there and serve. Good job

It was a bit grubby here, although it was busy, with tables not wiped and not cleared after some customers left their trash behind. Also no salt sachets at the condiment dispenser. However, the food itself was fine. Edit: Just been here for breakfast and, despite it being quiet inside, it was utter chaos with people coming back with orders made up wrongly.... One bloke had been back 3 times to amend his order. I was served a cold Cappuccino which I had to return, and there was no ketchup in the dispenser.... It was like the place was being run by young teenagers with no supervision. Shocking, you can imagine what it would be like if it was busy. All in all this is the worst Macdonald's I've ever been in and I'll never return. My Star rating is altered from average to atrocious.

Worst maccas in the country In fact all owned by Crocker are the same they don't even put onions in the burger because Paul can't get paid if u use onions in a burger that supposed to have onions In. Plus the staff never serve properly and leave you sitting at drive thru for minutes then serve the next car that pulls up while leaving you sitting there

I asked for a non-seeded bun with my McSpicy because I have a sesame allergy and they refused to do it. Upon speaking to the manager they said it messes with their count if they gave me a different bun. I asked if I could pay for a burger with no seeds and they just put the bun on the McSpicy but they said "You would have to swap the buns yourself." I come here every week and always get the same thing and ask the same thing with no issues and 100% satisfaction. I don't see any reason why this time was different.

Ordered McDonald’s for dinner,1 hour after the arrival time I checked website said it was preparing still, 2 hour after the arrival time on way, 3 hour after arrival time preparing it’s been a month no money back.

Waited for ages for the food be brought out to us from the drive thru and then it turned out to be the wrong order! McDonald's is not as nice as it used to be. Seemingly cheaper ingredients, tasteless new buns and poor service. I won't be using McDonald's anymore.

Based just on tonight's uber delivery. Ordered a £14.99 family feast, both of the small burgers were missing, also ordered the 3 for £4 deal, a burger was missing, and the dips to go with two lots of chicken nuggets were missing, when it got here, it was all cold. Can't get through to the branch by phone. Did a complaint through uber and as usual was credited for the missing food. The only way restaurants will improve on the whole missing item thing is if they are made to foot the cost of sending missing items out.

I have never been able to visit this McDonald’s drive through without them asking me to pull up and wait for the food. Honestly not sure why it’s a drive through- if you can never actually get the food ima drive through basis

We took Family here to eat. On receiving our order. Which was pretty quick. The burgers and Drinks were great. Apart from the Hand cut looking onions in Burgers. Unfortunately the Fries (as pictured) look like they kissed the oil! Considering the Business wasn’t busy as most times. Overall the Staff were Polite. As usual.. the Apple Pies were good. Mc Flurry for my boys, They enjoyed them.

I wanted to thank staff after a wonderful visit on Tues am. I took elderly residents to enjoy a cake and a drink,and a guy called Russell couldn't have been more helpful. He brought our order to the table,chatted to us,and was so lovely with the residents,of the carehome I work in.Thanks Russel.

It's McDonald's. It's what you expect. Although slow service and about as much of an atmosphere as a wake. Although the staff in the kitchen area usually seem more interested in standing around talking about who's seeing who, what their nights out were like, and less about getting food done and served.

Beechings Way is appalling, I advise everyone to avoid this branch. Every order is missing items and every delivery is too cold to consume! And this is not an Uber issue as the McDonald’s app states that the driver is onsite waiting for the goods

Josh, Jack, Riley and Tom are all star employees that all go above and beyond to help their customers! Customer service is second to none, food is always done to how I ask for it with specifications- the only reason it gets a 4 is some of the higher up staff excluding Chloe (one of the managers that promote a healthy work environment) are rude, nasty and belittling INFRONT of customers! This behaviour isn’t okay, if you can’t manage staff fairly and kindly even in a fast high pressure work environment, you should not be a manager. Other than the couple of poor higher staff members this is a lovely maccys with lovely hardworking staff!!

Do not go to this 24hr McDonald’s during the night, the staff have the music so loud they can’t hear customers. Staff constantly shouting profanities at each other, the manger on shift couldn’t even be bothered to tuck his shirt in. Rubbish and filth left on tables for hours. Management need to take a serious look at this branch!

Check your orders before you leave as they almost every single time forget something. This time my hallumi fries were missing and a patty from my burger.

Was served a hot chocolate which was like drinking hot water. I took it back and exchanged it for another which was exactly the same. When I return the second one I said that I didn't want another one because it tasted dreadful. They didn't offer me another drink or a refund and didn't seem to care at all. Terrible quality produce and service.

Order breakfast at 9:30 this morning, this was for me and my 2 little sisters. Waited over an hour and a half with no update from them, to then cancel the order just after 11. I can understand if they were busy however I paid for a meal with plenty of time before breakfast had finished, I expected to get this meal, not have it cancelled because they couldnt get to it in time. Very disappointed

Don't order hot chocolate. Last three orders have had brown coloured water. Not even any chocolate mix at the bottom of the cup. It's just brown water. Disgraceful.

Painfully slow and new layout gives it a kind of prison feel, wish I didn’t bother tbh as food was left waiting out and got cold.

Food was cr*p and messed up the order, some how 5 chicken selects is a cheeseburger... Phoned the restaurant to sort the problem to no answer will be going in person to get a refund.

Didn’t go in for this one but got it delivered, ordered a Mccrispy meal with hot chocolate, the only alterations I made was to change mayo for ketchup and they messed it up , I received a plain burger with no salad and definitely no ketchup was very disappointed considering how much I paid for it.

Would like to share this bad experience.. I had a cheese burger meal, banana milk shake ..the burger was dried out so was the chips seemed as though the food had been sitting around a while wasn't fresh at all! I bought this on Saturday evening then early hours next morning I had a bad case of diarrhoea with sickness ..haven't experienced anything like it in my life ..I will not be purchasing food from you ever again!

Yet again a wrong delivery. This time staff do not understand the difference between a milkshake and a cola. Does nobody ever check the order before it is gollected by Uber? Cannot even make a complaint durect with McDonald as they pass the buck to Uber Eats. Always the same with Beechings Way. Time it was closed down.
