Subway in South Gloucestershire

Unsatisfactory service, they closed at 9:00pm not the advertised 10:00pm. Completely behaviour based on advertising

Not happy has my food should of been hot and it’s come to me uncooked it was meant to be toasted

My food was missing a lot of fillings, seasonings, sauce and on top of that there was no cheese. Also Stone cold. Very disappointing indeed

Im a regular customer i ask for the same sandwich everytime but they keep mixing up sweet onion sauce for barbeque. This is the third time now. I probably won't be going back

Amounts have gone down while the prices rise less everything salad , less meat , even less sauce for the price its not a good deal taste was good

Got there at 9PM and person working in shop says its closed now. If it is getting close at 9 why promoting on google that it will be open till 10 PM. Clearly misleading customers.

Driver knocked/rang on house number when explicitly told not to do so

The both subs were freezing cold. One not toasted as requested. Heated up in a microwave wave to receive but of course limp salad. Very poor

order not even delivered even though it says it was. Two calls from an unidentified number which I didnt answer obviously because who answers odd numbers. Very bad customer service when I called back. didnt even recognize my order number. furious

Food was good, however it would’ve been better if they had read the order notes and got it right when they’re asked not to put something in it and they do it anyway, delivery was spot on though

Despite of all bad reviews I went in to grab a sub, service was good! They were friendly and polite. Wasn't sure what I want so they patiently waited and then walked me through the menu. Sandwich was fresh and very tasty.

Vegan cookies mixed with non vegan , salad missing , not toasted , not prepared with care , flung together in a mess .

First they won’t let you pick ur own salad never had this before and I have a subway at least ones a week Secondly u have to pay more money for a bottled drink becuase they don’t have a dispenser Thirdly They never cut my sandwich Will not come back again

Subway are notorious in my opinion for having the rudest staff in the world but my wife came home today empty handed after being told they only serve 6” subs now & that the menu is SET. so unless you like exactly what they have to offer which in most cases surely almost everyone likes a little extra of a salad or dislikes a type of salad…. You either eat something you don’t want or walk away hungry. Pathetic.

Items were missing from both salads

Pathetic customer service staff are so rude,ask just for some extra sauces and they behave like we asking for some big for free .found hair in sub no any hygiene follow by staff no any cap or hair net wearing.

Told I can't have onion on a breakfast sub. Everywhere else in the country its fine arrogant staff. Won't be back shove your subs were the sun don't shine

The food was completely wrong it wasn’t what we ordered. I’ve ended up with somebody else’s order, I called the restaurant and was told it was not their problem and to contact Just Eat.

The food was nice and fresh shame the poor girl didn't understand what I was asking or me understanding what she was asking but though powers of pointing to what I was asking we got there and it turned out to be very nice.

They’ve changed the menu. Fixed items and you can’t choose what salad you want anymore. Don’t go to subway. Its a rip off. The whole point of being able to customise your sandwich doesn’t exist anymore.

Usually when ordering from here the food, service & delivery is great. However today some of my order was missing, the food was cold & there was a broken nail in amongst my order. Perhaps just a bad day but it’s put me off ordering again for a while 😬

It's your typical subway, but they have always had gluten free bread available which is a plus. Kinda hectic during busy hours because of the nearby college.

We constantly give directions for delivery but they are ignored and the delivery is always delayed because of it. What's the point in giving this advice?7

Food was what you expect from a subway- good. That's the only positive I can take away unfortunately. The lady who served us rolled her eyes when we walked in, despite the fact it was hours before closing. Her attitude whilst we were ordering was horrible as she rushed us through the process even though we were the only ones there. I understand customer service isn't fun and you don't enjoy your job but don't take it out on the customers who come in for a sandwich.

The chips were stale and the garlic bread was just like toast. Their sandwiches are what you make of it, but their sauce selection online is different to their selection in store. Alright overall.
