The whipped large ice creams in plain cones were tasteless & in my opinion overpriced due to this. I’d not recommend it for a whipped ice cream. Save your money. There are better quality ice creams in and around for £2.50.

This by far the best Coffee in Sunderland and maybe the best in the North East. I went there today on the recommendation of a relative. We had a Mocca and Cappuccino, both made from freshly ground coffee beans. The small wait was well worth it, the coffee is like no other I have had in several years. The lady preparing and serving was lovely, very pleasant and engaging. The clientele who were sat outside in the cold were obviously regulars. I will be joining their ranks, the quality and friendliness are well worth it.

Love the coffee here, and a relaxing place to stop and chat, ok service is a bit slow that's because the staff always welcomes you with a smile and a bit natter ,in my eyes that's the way it should be instead of grabbing your money and not even a thank you back...you even might get a song from one of the girls..and believe me ''She's got it''.....

Spent a week in Sunderland visiting a sick relative, this was just the thing after fresh autumn beach walks with my dogs, great coffee (had a lot worse from the big chains!) friendly staff, and treats for the hounds. I think the inside cafe was closed and they re just operating take away only.

Great service, friendly people who like a chat and have time for people. The coffee is first class and the mocha especially was wonderful. A really great place on cold, winter days. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing. Our food was piping hot but the quality was very disappointing with the sausages very bready and quite frankly tasteless. Equally the coffee was hot but tasteless. Very poor value for money. We will not be stopping here again.

Sea Front cafe, in and outside seating. Hot and cold drinks, cakes and ice cream. A nice point to pause whilst walking the sea front.

I visit this cafe on a regular basis with my family and friends and have never been disappointed. Superb staff who are so welcoming. Always put a smile on your face. Food and coffee is excellent. Situated on the sea front at Seaburn it is the idyllic spot to rest for refreshment. Cafe is dog friendly and kept absolutely immaculate. Visiting is a must. You won't be disappointed.

Visited recently as looks nice and is nice inside. However, service was absolutely shocking. Lady who took orders was a disgrace. Never washed hands considering she was dealing with cash and serving food. Someone took a cheese scone back as it was frozen inside, she promptly felt the scone put it microwave and then again proceeded to feel scone to ensure it was no longer frozen and handed it back to customer and at no times did she wash her hands. She shouted to to us from back of kitchen to see what we had ordered. We were there before 12 o clock and they had run out of ingredients for sandwiches. This place could be a gold mine but the shocking service will drive a lot of people away as we will definitely not be going back.

Went with friends for coffee this morning and noticed a tea towel had fallen on the floor. Was there a few minutes until member of staff picked it up off the floor and continued to dry a cup and plate!! The owner I think knocked a menu on the floor accidentally and then picked it up and put it back on the table. Considering the floor is sandy, dogs are allowed in and there were two dogs present and in this time of extra precaution due to the Coronavirus i will not be visiting again.

We have visited this cabin on the Seaburn Promenade several times now and each time it has been very friendly. You can buy home-made cake and scones as well as muffins and tea cakes. The tea and coffee are vey good. It is dog frinedly and you can eat in or out and well behaved dogs are allowed in side. it is very small but we love it and will go again.

Food was good service only passable. Couldn't belive that the Fire Escape Route was a blocked by tables arranged by the Manager/ess. When challenged she just told us to F off which we did. Shame that a good pub was ruined by arrogant owner/manager. Hope she doesn't other premises to ruin!!!

Popped in for a takeaway cappuccino last Saturday afternoon. Although the weather was gloomy outside that could not be said of the lovely greeting I received from the 2 young ladies who were working there. Sorry didn’t get their names but the older girl maybe early 20’s with blonde hair was particularly chatty and had great customer service skills and her younger dark haired colleague was equally engaging. Just a little well done for all concerned as it becomes rare these days to meet young staff in the hospitality game who interact with customers in such an amicable manner with smiles on their faces. First impressions are key for any business and mine was top notch. Plus my coffee was very tasty.

Visited last week with my boyfriend and upon entering the staff were warm and welcoming and explained the process of ordering to us very well. We ordered the beef benny and the salmon royale, they were both absolutely delicious and so rich in flavour. We also ordered a pistachio milkshake and the milkybar one, both amazing but the pistachio one was by far the best, barely nutty and bitter as most pistachio flavoured things are, it was actually really sweet and so so tasty. And to finish we ordered the white bueno pancakes topped with extra bananas, because we ordered so much we didnt get to finish this but i took it home and gave to my little sister and she absolutely loved it. Will be visiting again soon hopefully my experience was amazing, i recommend to anyone who wants a sweet treat or a light brunch!!

Good value, tasty food and drink with friendly service. Less than £9 for a large full english with as much tea and coffee as you can drink. Parking is tricky, otherwise can't beat it for the price.
