We go out for breakfast every few weeks so have tried lots of local places, and this was probably the best full English I’ve had in ages. Delicious, high-quality food, hot and fresh, and a perfect plateful. Highly recommended.

I have visited stretton hall farm shop on many many occasions, with my partner and also with my family. The breakfast is great, decent pricing seeing as it’s a good portion you get. The staff are extremely friendly and work their socks off to accommodate for their customers. Very surprised by the negative reviews, locals should be proud of the farm shop attracting families to the area. Today was very busy and the two lads out in the car park guiding people in and out did a brilliant job, this place has rocketed and with how busy it is people should not expect to be able to choose where they want to park! Also can’t be helped by the farm shop when people park on the road further up. Keep up the great work!

Visited Stretton Hall Farm since the farmshop opened with family, friends and my little dog, we all love this place and visit as often as we can. Everytime we visit we are made to feel really welcome and like we are friends. The added bonus is then new tearooms which serves great food, cakes and drinks and always delivered promptly and hot by lovely friendly staff. I recently started working in the tearooms after some years out of work due to personal circumstances and this is the best job I have ever had. Big shout out to owner Julie and her daughter in law Nicole who are so caring, supportive and appreciative to not only me but my new colleagues and friends. The whole of the Meredith family are so lovely and a joy to work for, they have really helped me. Please if you have sense please ignore the negative comments and vile comments, this family really does not deserve this, what they have created is down to extreme hard work and commitment and that’s why they have a great business and thoroughly deserved. Until you see what goes on behind the scenes with all the hardwork please don’t judge. Thank you.

After reading a negative review of this place I felt I needed to write a review. I visited today with my children to go pumpkin picking, on arrival it was busy but not the Chaos as previously stated, there were staff members guiding cars in to park safely, It was extremely busy but appeared very well organised, the farm shop was lovely and very well stocked, we walked over to the pumpkin field where we helped ourselves to a wheelbarrow, there were plenty for adults and also children, We picked the pumpkins we wanted and proceeded to pay no problem. Yes the pumpkins had been laid out, however this did not take away the fun of pumpkin picking, we came last year and did exactly the same in the other field, I actually preferred it this time as they were laid out unlike last year where we had to trudge through a muddy field we got extremely dirty and muddy . The staff were lovely and very kind even giving the children lollipops. The older woman being referenced is the owner and I cannot believe the negativity and pure nastiness that is being aimed at this family, we spoke to her today and on many other occasions and have found her the loveliest woman, with what appears to be not a bad bone in her body. We as a family have seen how hard working all the staff are and think they do an amazing job, we have also seen nasty vindictive comments that have been aimed at Stretton Hall staff and there owners and quite frankly find it disgusting that a small minority seem to be trying to sabotage there efforts with lies. I will return again with my family and will not listen to jealous, small minded people.

We've visited STH many times before, both for cake /drinks and pumpkin picking so the wife was keen to return this year with the kids. On arrival we were met with absolute chaos, the wife had read online the field had changed places but the gate was closed and there were cars parked on the narrow lane in both directions, we had to park on another road and walk over with the kids, much to their displeasure, dodging cars as we went. We were directed over to the left near the new tea room (which is very smart looking but we didn't eat) and were in disbelief at the perfectly cleaned pumpkins laid on the grass, what happened to the actual pumpkin field? To the colouring and such? Feeling already disheartened at this point we looked around for a barrow just to keep the kids happy and there was none to be had. I spoke briefly with an older blonde lady who worked there who was quite rude. We decided there was no way we were carrying pumpkins all that way back to the car, definitely not when it was nothing like it used to be or were expecting and went somewhere else instead.

I have been meaning to try this cafe since they opened and finally went for breakfast yesterday. It’s an absolutely beautiful building and setting, so clean and new, beautiful interior design and the decking was such a treat to sit on in the crisp autumn morning! The downside is the menu, very poor for vegan options. I know they’re a farm shop but come on, there must have been about 12 cakes on the counter and none of them vegan! I’m half tempted to bake them a cake so they can see how delicious vegan cakes can be! The only vegan option for breakfast was a toasted teacake, but a very lovely teacake it was! Vegan spread and jam :) The staff were all lovely too, I’m just a bit gutted there’s not much on the menu for me to return for!

Beautiful cafe with gorgeous views and friendly staff. Sadly our orders were wrong with black pudding being put on a vegetarian breakfast! The orders were replaced. Twice we were refused ice with cold drinks, and told it was only for iced coffees, despite seeing others with pop and ice. In 30 degree heat this just wasn’t good customer service. Probably won’t return which is a shame as it’s a gorgeous cafe
