Second visit to Street Goose for Sunday lunch. Brilliant place. Food is lovely, great attention to detail. Staff are fab. Great little find. Amazing independent restaurant. Best Sunday lunch I've had in ages xxx

An amazing independently run little gem of a place to have a most amazing roast lunch. Wonderful staff and owners. Food top notch and plenty of it. Ambience perfect. There were 12 of us and all our food came out promptly, together and hot. The cauliflower cheese touch was just the best surprise - highly highly recommend and will definitely go back. Loved it.

From the outside entrance & interior style Street Goose looks more the sort of place you’d go for a burger & drink. However, think again and venture there for their Sunday Roast. The roast is excellent with all the trimmings you could wish for including a very tasty cauliflower cheese & a never ending supply of gravy. Hidden away little gem. Remember it’s good to support local independent restaurants (especially when they’re thus good)

Had a great dinner here last night. The food was excellent, especially the hoisin chicken wings! We had a little mac burger, 5 cola/ginger and 5 hoisin wings, a prawn bao bun and chicken garlic fries. The price was reasonable at £40 with drinks and the gentleman who served us was very welcoming and attentive. I would come back for sure.

I like the breaded camembert and the chicken curry. I love that the mains have protein, sometimes at vegan restaurants you don’t get that. I absolutely loved this place the first time we visited a year ago but I felt that this time the quality got a bit worse. The menu hadn’t changed much, I do prefer more seasonal plates. The food took ages to arrive which I understand when you make it from scratch but some of it was cold. Got the creme brûlée which was very nice but the sugar on top needed to be hardened more. The area is quite bad and there were some dodgy people sitting outside who were not customers. I think the menu could be improved with more seasonal dishes, would love a gluten free burger, and that it’d be a better dining experience if the area was nicer.

Absolutely love this place. The owner is the nicest man and they really care about the food that they put out. Best hummus I’ve ever had in my life

We popped in for some quick lunch and didn’t want to leave! We had the inferno pizza…be warned it’s very spicy but perfect for us! Very tasty indeed! We enjoyed a great non-rushed vibe, watching the world go by listening to the great music. Would highly recommend!
