Let's start by saying the new summer menu looks great. Lots of different dishes & if you've a large appetite then here's the place to go. We really enjoyed the curry platter& the Gyrios dish, forgive my mis-spelling. But the star of the show is the garlic bread, just on another level. Thanks as always to Sharon & the staff for a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Booked a table, shown to table straight away, Meal ordered, didn't have to wait too long. A very nice meal, One was Ultimate Scampi the othe Hunters Chicken, which we would have again

Thanks you to eviryone at the stonehouse for are meal. My wife don't cook much and when she do it aint good so it was real nice treat. I had ribs an pork it was brill the oldest had fish manager were girl called Sharon, so thanks Sharon we will come back.

This is one of, if not the, best pub food I could have asked for and for value of money it is incredible. Not only is the food always spectacular but the staff are always kind, welcoming and helpful with everything you need. Would recommend this pub to absolutely everyone

We booked the Stonehouse at short notice having been let down elsewhere. The food was fab and the service equally good. The value for money (we paid about 15 pound a head for 2 courses and drinks) was exceptional. We will return.

We come here couple times a month with the family children included. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere is great, never an issue with our meals food is outstanding. Highly recommend this place

Late afternoon off the cuff call into our local Stone House pub . Didn't book but were seated at a table immediately, our food was ordered at the bar and we was served to us on very good time too. The food was delicious, served hot and very good value for the money. This pub now belongs to the sizzling pubs range and has a really nice lady in charge who has totally revamped the atmosphere, and it is once again a very nice place to eat and socialise. However from late Sunday afternoon to an early evening next day Monday evening revisit we couldn't get a table , didnt look that busy , empty tables dotted about and we even asked if we could eat in the empty bar area ( apart from 4 people) but we're turned away by the bar lady who explained that they were going to get really busy and didn't have a table ! Just a pity we didn't see the lovely manageress that we've seen before. ) All in all though , glad that this pub has been turned around and is a success. Congratulations to the manageress , she's doing a great job. 👍
