It’s rare to find a hotel with such a fantastic restaurant attached, so this was a real treat. The Indian cuisine was really beautifully flavoured, despite this part of the UK being about as far from the ocean as you can get on all sides, I still opted for the prawns, and they were cooked to perfection. I heard too late that they bake their own garlic naans too, so I’ll be trying those next time. The room was spacious and comfortable, the service was great too. The only thing for me that meant it didn’t get 5 stars was the lack of a cooked breakfast in the morning. But I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere in this area!

Attended my cousins wedding here when my mum lost one of her earrings. It's was very sentimental to her. We asked the staff the very next morning if it had been found and were told yes! Much to our delight. Thereafter the hotel ghosted us. They stopped replying to my emails, never said a mistake had been made or sent the earring back to us and just left us wondering what on earth had gone wrong. Giving us false hope in saying it had been found and then never following up on it is just cruel in my opinion!

Very nicely appointed hotel in former manor house, great Indian food (in integrated "Rasoi" restaurant; somewhat difficult to reach by public transport (nearest bus stop approx 10mins walk away, along busy road)

The place is amazing, the rooms are good. The Indian restaurant Rasoi is delicious .The food is great, mainly Indian but they do have another menu with other dishes. The staff is really kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend it !!!
