Steakout Southall in Ealing

Yesterday I just visited this restaurant with my friends and I didnt really like their food as well their staff was not supportive. Average food.

I find the positive reviews here very hard to believe. We ordered take away 2 nights ago, 2 burger meals, messy fries and wings which all came to almost £50 and was quite possibly the worst burgers we'd ever had. The cjops are fat and soggy. The patty was like an unseasoned slab of rubbery mince. Over cooked. The wings and messy fries were ok but we would definitely not be ordering again.

Went for an impromptu dinner on a quiet Wednesday evening, the restaurant had 6 diners in total (including my party of 2). Ordered starters, and the most expensive steak on the menu (fillet mignon). We were asked by the waitress Nikita if we wanted the mains served after our starters to which we replied yes. The steaks came a few minutes after starters were served, and on sizzling plates so had to be taken off so they did not overcook. They also got our side orders wrong which they had to go back and change. When asking another waitress Sou, why it had come early and it was going to go cold by the time we ate it, she replied 'its not my fault the other girl didn't tell the kitchen. We've had problems with her in the past and the manager is aware' she then walked away laughing. We then asked Nikita and she said she'd speak to the kitchen. Appalled that we could hear everything said in the kitchen and they told her to bring them down so they could be microwaved when we were ready. This is not what should be done to any food served in a restaurant, let alone steak!! Then asked to speak to A manager and was continuously told 'hes here but not here' which made no sense but was because they didn't want to say he had in fact not been there all day. The bill came, and nothing was done to compensate, was just told sorry you have to pay. Had the complaints been handled professionally, and apologies been made this would have been fine. It was evident the girls were not trained at all and laughed throughout the whole situation. It was only due to another member of staff popping in (was not on shift) Dawood, who sorted it extremely professionally and apologised profusely. Before leaving we heard all the going on in the kitchen downstairs, as the waitress and kitchen staff spoke in Hindi and blame the whole scenario on us just wanting a 'free meal'. Absolutely awful experience. Unfortunate as the food is quite tasty but definitely not when it is stone cold!! Will not be visiting again. I strongly advise that staff are trained (by Dawood as he seems to be the only member with any customer skills). On a side note, I'm sure the fan head trailing over the side of the counter and into the store is not PAT tested. A very concerning fire risk. Had we been mystery diners this experience would have been a definite fail!

Came for an evening meal of steak with my family and the steak was well done when wanted medium And the pepper corn sauce was just like brown colour water. The lamb chops tough and had raw meat smell I would not recommend this place a big disappointment to our evening out meal.

Beautiful food, it’s worth the wait considering the fact that the chefs put time and effort into making their dishes. I would recommended the Philly cheese steak as it’s very tender and juicy.

I would like to start by saying that since you enter they receive you at the reception and they gave me a good impression since you enter the restaurant, after the Manager assigned us the table, the waitress took the order and served us the drinks, it is seen that they have organization at work and it shows that there is a professional who supervises them and could say that they are more professional than other restaurants that I have visited, I could say that the food is very delicious and I would recommend that you visit Steakout Southall

Worst experience ever. When we arrived the waiter had no idea how to take our order. Any questions we asked him about the food he said he didn’t know. So he went to ask the manager who (speaks no English) also had no idea. Then he asked the chef. Later we asked for some water which tasted disgusting. They sent our mains and starters altogether which was a terrible idea because the food was getting cold. It felt like non of the staff including the manager knew what to do. We had to tell them what to do. My husband and I visit many restaurants all over the country and we have never encountered customer service like this. We went for the offer on the menu which was a burger and chips or chicken and chips. Mains arrived with no chips. When we asked about it they said the menu is wrong. Although the menu clearly stated chips were included in the offer. Later they bought the chips out and apologised. When we were ready to pay the bill, they tried to over charge us. We explained that we went for the offer and what the bill should total to. It took them 5 minutes to work out the bill and make amendments. Please do not visit this place. It is dead and the staff don’t speak much English. They need training on how to serve customers. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Very poor experience. I have visited steakout in harrow and Marbury but this branch was very poor compared to those. Staff service was great but quality of food not good at all, felt like i wasn't even in a steak out. It is now closed and can't say I am surprised they closed down

Great service and food steaks were cooked correctly to order, sides/chips/fries were tasty,Philadelphia steak was awesome, y son had a sirloin and daughter a burger which both enjoyed, not the cheapest place but quality doesn’t always come cheap! Only thing I didn’t like was the cow hide in the walls, but I suppose it’s meant to add to the “look”

I came there with my boyfriend, the service was terrible, it was absolutely crazy, they were all standing in the front and took ages to take my order, it took ages for even my drinks to come. Some called told me her name Esmeralda, I don’t know she can’t even speak English, that’s a disgrace, how is having a manager that can’t speak English even helpful. She was very rude, she was very sarcastic and she just kept on looking at us. It made us feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place, it’s gone downhill honestly, and I will never be going back there.

It started with us witnessing a waitress providing the worst customer service ever to other customers who were explaining they had been undercharged and wanted to top up the bill(believed it or not) !!! She provided no eye contact and was huffing and puffing at them to their faces! Then we move onto our experience. Just to give a bit of a lowdown, me and my husband eat out A LOT, up and down the country due to work, family and friend commitments. We hear good things about somewhere and before you know it there’ll be an excuse to go and try it :) We were working close to Southall so thought we’d pop into Steakout Southall. We’ve been to other branches before and not had a problem. Long story short we ordered a mixed grill starter and 2 mains. We asked for the starter to be served first and then our mains- I mean come on, how are 2 people going to eat a mixed grill and a large sharing main at the same time without the main getting cold. We end up being served JUST MAINS. A bit confused we asked where the mixed starter was, and that we asked for the starter first then the mains. The waitress holding our mains said she’s have to ask the manger if she can take our mains back and us get our starter first ?! Eventually a manager came to us and tried to say the waitress who took our order was new etc etc (from reading other reviews I think this is a generic line they use!). That was fair enough, so we were waiting on our mixed grill starter, then our Mains after ..... ROUND 2: This time they remember the mixed grill starter but have the old mains in their hands again and try to place these down with the starter. I explained that WE WANTED TO EAT OUR STARTER FIRST, THEN OUR MAINS! I also touched the mains because you could tell they were stone cold and identical to the ones they’d previously bought over. I also informed them of this and got a nervous laugh in response. They finally took the mains away and we made a start in our starters. We just started eating the starter and literally not even a few minutes later the mains came out again ! ROUND 3: The mains come out whilst we’re just making a start on the starter, so neither the main could be enjoyed not the starter because you had to pick from both to avoid the food from getting stone cold! We finally went to the till and the same ‘manager looking man’ asked how our meal was. We once again informed him of the horrendous experience, not that we needed to repeat it because we called/involved him every step of the way! He just laughed in our faces and didn’t offer anything at all in terms of an apology or anything off the bill etc. I have never ever left a bad review at any restaurant before nor asked for a discount or anything like that, but him laughing at our horrendous experience in that restaurant really peed me off, so I kindly asked if he was going to do anything about the bad experience, he once again laughed and said THERE’S NOTHING HE CAN DO. Bearing in mind it’s not about the money but the principle, even an apology would have been enough, or recognition/more interest in the whole experience - BUT NO, NOTHING AT ALL, HE JUST FOUND IT FUNNY. IT’S NO WONDER THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE EXPERIENCING SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WITH A MANAGER LIKE THAT YOU CAN’T EXPECT ANYTHING BETTER OF THE STAFF HE IS IN CHARGE OF TRAINING AND BEING A ROLE MODEL FOR. OVERALL A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE, BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY RESTAURANT, FROMHORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, TO THEM TRYING TO PALM OFF COLD FOOD TO US. NO EMPATHY AT ALL FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO JUST WANT A HOT MEAL TO EAT- NOT ASKING FOR MUCH. I am very much annoyed as I’m writing this review,but want to assure everyone that whilst at the restaurant we were polite every step of the way because everyone has bad days. However when you’re laughed at out of the door because of your horrendous experience - that’s just unacceptable, and I’m in shock really, I have never ever experienced this anywhere else - and like I’ve previously mentioned, we eat out A LOT. This is the first review I’m ever writing, because I was taught: if you have nothing good to say, don’t say anything at all. But the experience here was the worst I’ve ever had- so I was left with no choice.

Visited for the first time with family.... The service was really good and felt really taken care of. The food was so tasty. Have been to other places in the same franchise but this was defo the best one!

Went here for diner last night with my son. The quality was not there with minuscule portions and relatively very expensive prices. Went for a mac Donald's afterwards to satisfy hunger. Although I have to point out that neither my son nor I are big eaters

Great halal menu, tons to choose from. Burgers were better than the steaks in my opinion. Nicely made mojito drink.

I visited Steakout for the first time last week and had the most amazing experience - the atmosphere was vibrant but cozy - great for families, friends and first dates. I shared a melt-in-the-mouth fillet steak and a Buttermilk Buffalo Chicken Burger - both were so succulent and juicy. I'm not a huge fan of fried food either and the staff went that extra mile, to ensure that the chicken was grilled. This was washed down with a Stawberry Mojito and an Oreo Shake for dessert. Yummilicious. The staff were friendly and went that extra mile to ensure that our food was served to perfection. Thank you Steakout Southall, for making this an enjoyable first experience.

The food was really tasty and delicious, the T-bone steak was a lovely big portion and really juicy and month watering. The Big Ben Burger was the biggest juiciest burger I have ever tasted at a restaurant. Esmeralda was the lady that severed us, she was really friendly, polite and really cared we were enjoying our meal. Going back with my family next week.

Had a nice juicy sirloin with a little lemon which made it even better. Food took a little while to arrive.

Very tasty rib eye steak. Nice atmosphere and good location I ll visit this restaurant again next when i'm in London. Thx especially to Davina (waitress) for the great hospitality.

The food was very tasty and the exployees were very kind and joyful. They made specially space for us despite of a full restaurant. The crew was awesome, specially Davina, who served us and was a joy to talk to.

There was an issue with our order....however Davina showed excellent customer service and resolved the situation appropriately and I was impressed with the level of service she provided. We ate at steakout and we came in the pouring rain , the customer assistant Yasmine was very nice , she sat us in the warm , put heaters towards us , allowed us to hang our coats on the chair because they were wet and was extremely kind and welcoming throughout the time we were at steakout and we will definitely be eating there again

Came here with my brother as we do quite often. We were greeted by a lovely lady who is new to the team and is still training. She was so warm , friendly and polite. We’ve never experienced service like this so we were very taken back. She is an asset to the restaurant. Such a beautiful soul. Thank you Yasmine!! Hope to see you again.

Arrived at broadway approximately 5.30pm and decided to eat at “steakout”. First impressions were great and waitress (indian lady) was very helpful and explained the menu quite well.

This was a superb place to go for a lovely steak! We were warmly greeted by the waiter and waitress who politely asked us where we would like to sit. After being seated we were given a sufficient amount of time before a waiter came to take our order. The staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful which made the visit all the more pleasant. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, the lighting was just right (not too dark or too bright) this is especially important as my Mother suffers from optical problems and it is common for light to bother her eyes, however, this was not the case at Steakout!

Came here with friends food was great the steak was well done and the chicken steak had good flavours. Starters were different and worth trying . Would recommend this place to anyone. Service was first class , friendly staff. We came from glasgow and enjoyed the food and the service. We will be back. Thanks guys

I ordered philly cheese steak with mash and mushroom sauce. The onions were not caramelised and the cheese was so thin, the steak tasted awfully bad. The mash patatoe was clumpy - I will not be ordering here again.

Very dissappointed . Chicken burger £7.95 +£1.95 for soft drink.Rip off and food was disgusting. Will never go again.

The best steakout I have experienced to date. From the service to the food.... Just amazing.... Ordered the fillet which was well cooked and marinated. I did not expect this from them as previous steakout have been decent but this by far exceeds the high level of service. I would definitely be visiting them again.

Very nice food were a regular customer now!👌🏻The steak 🥩 is perfection and the burgers 🍔 are amazingly delicious 😋 I would recommend cheese balls as a starter definitely the best food in the area (they do delivery)

We ordered drinks starters and main course

Went with the family to celebrate our son's birthday. This was the first time we went to Steakout so overall the kids were also excited. Friendly welcome and waiter was amazing to the kids. I guess this is where it starts going down.

Very bad experience when I went to Southall steakout this month with my family . Very poor service and despite emailing steakout to talk about it ,I have not heard anything back . This is very poor customer service and in my opinion not acceptable.

What a lovely place to visit with friends for dinner we went in on Wednesday 11/4/18 .firstly being welcomed by Abdul and shown to our table were given plenty of time to order Didn’t feel rushed to do so as with other restaurants. The steaks are cooked to perfection and exactly how we wanted them well done ! Abdul must have had quite a few tables to serve at the same time not once did he let the service standards drop . So a big well done to him for making sure we had a lovely dining experience xx will definitely be visiting again soon x

Lovely atmosphere, was seen to straight away. Staff all friendly.. Manager was very attentive & polite. Food was amazing we had steak which was cooked perfectly every care taken in presentation. Went out for dinner with a few friends we decided on steakout Southall glad we made the right choice ! The overall restaurant was clean and the decor was nice to . We were welcomed by a waiter named Abdul who was lovely and showed us to our table ! He was friendly and made sure we were well looked after ! We ordered our food which came out presented lovely and served to perfection all our steaks were cooked to how we ordered ! Abdul made sure we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble for him so I would just like to say thank you to him for his hard work that evening . Will defiantly be visiting again x

Went in with a few friends and was welcomed by a very lovely waiter whali who was very patient and his service was great he was very patient with us as we ordered and the service was fab the food came out really quickly but not lacking standard and taste! Great food as always but I always say a restaurant is made up of great staff he was alone and the restaurant was getting busy so well done to him for not letting standards slip even under pressure will defiantly be eating there again !

Nice food as always but today it was amazing as we had a fantastic server ‘Hibo’. She’s the real ‘GEM’ of this place. We never had any outstanding service as she did today. Thank you Hibo and keep smiling.

Very slow service. Waited 30mins for our order. 10mims for water. I had a veggie burger and chips, the chips had no taste. Literally no taste whatsoever. Not sure what happened here. Had heard good things about this place. I won’t be coming back.

My family and I were out on a shopping trip and we had been meaning to come to Steak Out on a previous occasion but couldn’t make it. This time we went and we weren’t disappointed.

I have been to Steakout Southall a few times and am always impressed by the quality of the food. Lovely well done steaks and great starters in particular the lamb chops and chicken cheese balls , my go to Steak joint.

The chicken had no seasoning so bad and the chops didn’t even taste like a chops it was so try and tasteless

Big Ben burger - very dry burgers and underseasoned. Onion rings as a starter - five or six very thin large rings - could buy a whole bag of onions for the price! Very average food. Best things were the mocktails. Will not visit again.

Travelled from Scotland and came here for Steak. Advised them we will arrive near to closing time due to traffic, they were absolutely fine with that. When we arrived they were very welcoming. The service from the owner and the staff was exceptional, we were treated like family, not just customers, for that reason me and my friend would like to Thank you all. The food was also excellent, one of the best steaks i've ever had. Will be bringing my family back here if we ever travel back to London. Who said people are only nice in Scotland eh?

Nothing to write home about. Service was mediocre, not much flavour in the steaks. The appetisers good were but I was particularly annoyed about the fact that they are advertising "Lamb" chops when in fact what they served was not lamb and the staff insisted it was indeed lamb. Maybe the meat supplier has a new breed which are double the size and half the tenderness of regular lamb and not lean at all.

Food tasted of nothing really, was quite suprised given it is a popular franchise. Best thing we had were the lamb chops the other stuff didn't taste of anything. Service was good.

The workers were amazing and very helpful throughout. The food came relatively quickly and was delicious. Drinks were excellent but a little bit too icy. Also a little bit stingy with their sauce. Food was very well cooked and was well served.

So this was my first visit to this particular steakout restaurant and comparing to my other steakout experiences this wasn't the best of all. It was during Ramadan and we ordered food 40 minutes before we could eat and still wasn't ready until almost 20min after so basically after ordering we waited an hour for the food. And even then I wasn't fully satisfied. Staff were great very kind and helpful but quality of food wasn't the greatest

I've come all the way from Manchester and I heard my friend recommend Steakout to me. The food was brilliant and the staff are so friendly and polite. The atmosphere was enlightening and gave me good comfort. I would recommend this restaurant to others as it's a wonderful place to eat and enjoy it's a wonderful experience and I'm definitely coming back.

The restaurant has a restful and welcoming interior with dark colours that increase the feeling of a private experience, wood panels and comfortable seating quarters both downstairs and upstairs. The meals were very tasteful cooked to the right amount of doneness, particularly the T-bone and filet stakes that I had with a creamy mushroom sauce and a side of mashed potatoes. All-in-all, the food, the interiors and exteriors of the restaurant are beautiful and the price of the meals was very reasonable. However, with all that being said, I did learn about something regarding some of their employees that made me feel unwanted and sick to my stomach. This is because some of their waiting staff weren't well mannered and to some extent, I felt like I was racially profiled because of how I looked. Just because I was wearing a pair of sweatpants while everybody else had broken their wardrobe, so to speak, some of the staff looked at me in a way that made me think that they thought that I was too cheap and maybe I wouldn't be able to pay. Add to the fact that I was the only black guy in the restaurant the whole time, I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't welcomed. Seeing other white folks of different races walk in with waiters rushing to their tables to welcome them and take their orders while no one bothered to come to me until I called them, and even they kept on repeating to confirm that what I was ordering was what I wanted, I honestly felt like they thought that I wasn't going to be able to pay their bill and that I was welcomed hence I should leave.

Was good well done steak with some veg n rice great as always not been disappointed since last visit especially during Ramadan rush.

went to steakout on southall broadway and the place itself is very clean and modern decor however the food was not up to the mark. I had the chicken wings and the steak which was a little over done when i asked for a medium so was quite tough and coupled with serving on a metal sizzler it did not make for a good experience. Would not be going back anytime soon.

I usually order cheeseballs from their Tooting branch but since i was in the area i decided Southall would do.. i ordered 6 cheeseballs at a cost of over £3 each which works out to just over a pound for each ( extortionate) .

Me and my family been seeing this steak out in islam channel for really long long time. So we finally went out and give it a go. The Best with this restaurant is of course it's so close to the masjid. So no problem in pray before going for steaks the service was not the best but ok enough. The order was fast it didn't take long to get the . Now will talk about the food ... the seri lone was ok noting spec the cream sauce had only 4/5 sliced sorry to say that the sauce is not thick or taste like mushroom sauce I ever had. Not added salt or anything. The t was ok nothing spec this one we order with spice sauce. It's a bit spice nothing much about it really. But the appetizer which was lam chops and fried was really good. The lam was sooo tender and was crispy and nice. The best about this restaurant is actually the drink mojito was well mix and taste really good. Oh the sweet was really good as well.

A few months ago I visited Steak Out on Southall Bdw and ordered as a "takeway" from their lunchtime menu.

Came here after a recommendation unfortunately will not be back .service ok food average .

Atmosphere was okay, service was great and friendly, the Philly Steak on the other hand was really disappointing and well below expectations. The steak had no seasoning, the onion overpowered the steak and cheese used was cheddar used for burgers not Philly cheese. Also, £24.95 for a 340g in Southall is way too expensive.

I ate here on New Years Day with my wife and 2 children (9&13) the service was great and the staff were very friendly and always on hand. The food was great we had the nacho starters with the awesome spinach dip which is unusual but very tasty. The youngest ordered chicken strips which we expected to be like chicken nuggets, but to be fair they were fresh chicken breast cut and pan fried to perfection. All the food was good quality and piping hot. The only slight downside for me was I like a beer with my burger but the restaurant only serves soft drinks due to its license. All in all very good restaurant which if we are ever in Southall again we will definitely revisit.

We dined here on a Sat night without a reservation and were easily accommodated. The staff were efficient and attentive. The food was good however the meat was slightly overdone for medium, but still palatable. The Big Ben Burger is humongous and able to satisfy a hearty appetite. The Brazilian Mixed Grill is impressively presented and adds a element of drama to the meal.

Well we had the lunch and dinner in all southall eating palace . Well we never ever try the steak out . Its lovely the chops and the steak love it the sauced and the chilly love it . My family like as well the first time we try and we love it . Everything is good nice atmosphere plus the waiters but need to improves litter a bit in their customer service . Well all over food is on the top . We will visit soon . The presentation is awesome . I recommend try once if you visit to southall .

Came here late one night with friends. Ordered chicken wings and crispy prawns starters which were very nice.

Came here for a family meal. Everyone enjoyed their food. Steak well done was perfect however the medium rare is slightly over done. none the less it was good juicy steak with very nice peppercorn sauce sauce. My two younger boys enjoyed their burgers and my vegetarian daughter loves the sweet potato fries. Desert was the best! the waitress was pleasantly helpful and attentive. Great Night and will definitely go back.

First time at steak out and I thought the food wasn't too bad I do feel like it's more of an Indian style restaurant rather then a steak house! I asked for my meat to be medium but came out well done and I'm pretty sure that happnd with everyone's steak on the table!

Took me 10 mins to get there as I only live in Hayes but still was my 1st time to this restaurant and I always stay away from south all broadway due to traffic and congestion. Took me 45 mins to find parking so was annoyed as why I even bothered. Restaurant was clean and tidy, shame about the huge fur skin decor hangings....rather put me off ordering a steak so I went for the chicken...I mean really, why do n earth would you hang such items in a food place serving steak, nuts. Food was piping hot just like I like it and tasty, the chicken could have been cooked for little longer as it was ever so slightly pink inside and could tell when biting on it that it needed little more extra cooking time. The service was great, no faults. Good experience overall.

First time visiting Steakout. Visited with family for my sisters birthday. Very warm and accommodating welcome. The food was fantastic and the steak was cooked perfectly with great flavour. Service was very very good and the staff went out of their way to ensure that everyone was happy. Highly recommended and will be back for sure.

The bill was £40.00 ...Look at the SIZE of it..cant belive i got ripped off....and the food was AWFUL.....WORNT B GOING THER AGAIN.......NOT AT ALL !!!!!!!!!

After some shopping we decided to go for some food. We were in the mood for something different. We decided to go to Steak out.

Went there last night was served by Read,who he explained the steaks so well made me have a steak instead of chicken.i go there once every 2 weeks,when I am in London for business.had a T-bone steak with pepper sauce.and I had to ask a young lady for the name of my server.the lady was very polite.

Is ok, preferred Toros but both quite similar. Price ok, good service, good food. Will probably go again at some point.

We visited on a Sunday evening as a family of 4, and got seated very quickly, even though we had no reservation. Our waitress was very helpful and as we had not been before she helped us navigate the menu, and gave advice which was great and all with a smile. We ordered 2 fillet steaks with pepper sauce and garlic mash (which was so tasty), my daughters not wanting anything too filling opted for lamb chops from the starters and chicken Caesar salad. We also had a couple of the mojito's. We were recommended to have our steaks medium to well done as it would be juicer than having well done. Steaks were excellent, really succulent, thoroughly enjoyed. My daughters lamb chops were just so, so. Not very flavoursome. The chicken Caesar salad again was okay, she liked it, was not overly wowed by it. The mojito's were lovely and well presented in these long glasses. I can see what others have said about it being mostly ice but with such a tall glass I'm sure the drink amount would be equivalent to elsewhere. I enjoyed it anyhow. Having read reviews in retrospect didn't realise there was a kids menu and wish we had been shown it. Slightly disappointed we were not given it. Food is on the pricey side (we are in Southall, not central London). We were just under £80 for what was 2 mains and 2 starters. Would visit again though as overall enjoyed the food.

Booked the top floor out for a large group of friends. Very good service and the food was very nice!

Went there for my sons 21st Clean restaurant. Service very good. Good flavours. A bit pricy but food was good and large portions. Would go again on special occasion.

Came in with my large family , gave us seats straight away which is very good, service was great , had a waiter named Devina, she was very helpful and gave us excellent customer service , food was very nice , overall everything was great , food and service .

My family and I came here for the first time. Heard great reviews from other friends. The steaks are delicious and cooked to one's liking. The food is very tasty and the mocktails are intriguing in long, round and luscious long glasses that were brought to us..so refreshing and indeed complimentary with what we ate.

Yum I highly recommend this place..great food. Davina made sure our food came quick, she got us stable straightaway. No waiting around!!! Great place; check it out.

The waiters were very friendly and even gave us recommendation on their exellent range of drinks. The food was just mouth-watering. I really enjoyed my meal which was cooked wonderfully, me and my family will definetly visit there again.

Very polite and friendly staff, accompanied by good tasting food can't go wrong. Young waitor by the name Musa was particularly excellent. Since my wife was pregnant she always goes for well done (although she likes it med rare), he catered to her needs using his knowledge and passion for steak choosing the option that allowed her to enjoy it how she likes, without the risk!! Lovely experience. More interactive and proactive employees like Musa please.

Visited the Restaurant today after a long time, the customer service was great, Hebo gave me and my siblings an amazing service along with the other team members, my little brother is so hard to please yet the drinks which were served were made so nicely. Loved the company and chilled atmosphere, will definitely come again(:
