Visited this restaurant as a family and had a very good experience. Our youngest son has a couple of severe allergies, and the staff were very helpful in adjusting the menu options to accommodate what he wanted to eat vs what he could eat. He was very happy with his meal, as was the rest of us!

Ristorante in posizione strategica, fra Piccadilly e Leicester square. Servizio attento, anche se un po’ lento, complice il ristorante strapieno. Pietanze buone anche se i prezzi sono piuttosto alti. Molto turistico, come in generale tutta quella zona di Londra.

Absolutely terrible choice of meals. Most of the menu that was not steak were not available. Friends ordered fillet steak, but truly believe they were served rump at best. It didn't look like fillet, cut like fillet and more importantly taste like fillet. The only thing that was like fillet steak was the price. I think Angus Steakhouse is living in the past because now they offer average pub quality food but at better restaurant prices. Over £30 for a piece of poor quality steak served with nothing else on the plate (not even a garnish) with the option of buying over priced sides is not acceptable with so many good eateries on the high street. Never again.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée dans ce restaurant certes un peu cher mais nous sommes à Picadilly ! Nous avons bien mangé , les ribs et la viande très bonne . Je déconseille le poulet qui est épicé++. Le service impeccable et le serveur très sympa et il fait des blagues.

Overpriset mat av dårlig kvalitet. Barnet bestilte minute steak som skulle være medium stekt, men måtte sende det ut igjen fordi det var for lite stekt, mer mot raw. Slik jeg leste menyen skulle det serveres med brokkoli og et valg av poteter, men kom kun med poteter, så måtte be om brokkoli i tillegg, som kostet (for mye) ekstra. Vi voksne spise kyllingsalat og fish n’ chips. Kyllingen var tørr og smakløs, det var kun noen små biter med avokado og resten var kun (masse) salat, noen reddikskiver og noen vasne grønne bønner. Nesten ikke dressing på, så måtte be om ekstra dressing - noe som ikke hjalp så mye, siden dressingen ikke smakte noen ting. Fish n’chips var kun dét (ingen grønnsaker) med en liten porsjon remulade og ikke salt/eddik på chipsene. Smakløst. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige og fulgte opp på alt vi bad om, men dette stedet egner seg kun hvis du er i nød. Og da er det vel strengt tatt sikkert andre og bedre muligheter i dette strøket.

I was so looking forward to having a decent non pub food meal. However the food i ordered was really disappointing. I ordered the lamb chops with mint sauce at just over 20 pounds. I was told that veg were extra so ordered broccolini. So this all came to around 27 pounds. What i got was 3 small lamb chops cutlets that had no flavour ,full of gristle and a tiny bowl of stewed mint. The broccolini was a small plate with 3 skinny bits of broccolini. To say i was disappointed is an understatement . My husband ordered a sirloin steak which was small and tastless as well, he ordered a side of mash which wasnt much better. We wont be back and think others should re think where they want to get a decent meat dinner, because you are not going to get it at Angus Steak House.

The overall experience eating out here was amazing. The staff are so nice and welcoming, followed by the food which is so good. Our server Kyriako was so lovely and helped us enjoy the food throughout the night. Little bit pricey and quite hot in the restaurant itself. Still would go again, must visit!

This was a lovely find for my family. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, particularly the waiter assigned to us, who was excellent. The food was lovely and enjoyed by all with good size portions, especially for kids. Will definitely go again when in London!

I was a bit skeptical about having lunch here (kids eat free!) but we were very pleasantly surprised! We shared the New England clam chowder, freshly prepared and even had 3 clams in the shell...then the Buffalo wings, nicely spiced and flavorful, and then the classic cheeseburger with fries...absolutely delicious! Every dish was served steaming hot, always a good indicator of good service and proper management! The service was attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here!

Abosolutely horrendous I came here with high expectations, but I was quickly let down by the standard of food.The meat was uncooked and smelt of dead pigs ,and tasted absolutely horrible.Not to mention the texture of the steak being of extremely low quality.0/10 .I would absolutely not recommend coming here.

if youre reading this and about to enter this restaurant turn around and you will thank me. food was horrendous i asked for a rare steak and it was as if they had a freshly killed animal and slapped it on a plate i wasnt even able to finish the food due to the texture as it tasted lie a rubber ball. not to mention to smell as it was like the steak had been wiped on the toilet seat (dont go to the toilets either. was filthy). one word to summarise the experience SH1T.

While in London I came here with my family. The location is very convenient and is on the same street as an underground station. The menu had something for everyone. I recommend you get the carolina chicken, I’ve never had anything like it. It was so good that I had to go back again to get it the next week! The service here is great and so is the food!

We have eating at AS Coventry 21. Our Waiter was called Roberto. He speaks a little bit french, he is very friendly. It's a really good dinner in Family. L'entrecôte est excellente.

Nous avons mangé à ce restaurant durant notre séjour à Londres. Le repas fut bon même si le prix reste assez élevé nous avons passé un bon moment le personnel est à votre soin nous avons été servis par Martin qui a été de très bon conseil et super agréable tout au long du repas. Un petit mot pour l hôtesse d accueil Claudia qui a été géniale avec notre fils.

Llevamos 3 días en Londres, comiendo siempre fuera y hemos recibido el mejor trato de todos los sitios a los que hemos ido. El camarero João, es el mejor de la ciudad, súper amable y atendiendo en varios idiomas. Por gente así vale la pena visitar este sitio. Trato de 10!!! Un tío súper atento y que ayuda en todo.

After a terrible experience to a restaurant near by we choose this one for a birthday meal for out 2 sons, on arrival it was very busy but we were offered a table in the downstairs restaurant. The staff were very friendly and look after us all night, the food was fantastic and good value for money. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. We will definitely be returning to this place.

Tyvärr vår hittills värsta restaurangupplevelse i London. Maten var okryddad och smaklös, vi fick in köttet rått när vi beställde medium well och hela sällskapet lämnade restaurangen illamående. Vi kunde inte komma på något bra med maten. För priset förväntade man sig mer. Rekommenderar inte någon att äta här då betydligt bättre mat går att hitta för samma pris. Servicen var ok.

Estávamos por Picadally Circus e resolvemos entrar para jantar. Ambiente gostoso, musica agradável e pedimos um delicioso camenbert de entrada com uma cerveja. Antes de fazer o pedido principal, resolvemos pedir mais uma cerveja. Neste momento fomos informados pelo garçom que a bebida não poderia ser servida pq não havia um "prato substancial " na mesma. Claro! Eu ainda não havia escolhido o que iria pedir! Sem mais explicações a conta nos foi entregue sem que pudéssemos fazer o pedido principal. Uma pena, mas saímos sem jantar. Achei estranho já que em outra mesa havia um senhor tomando água da casa e asas de frango.

Me and my girlfriend came here on a Wednesday evening right from table sitting to leaving service and food was great. Our waiter Luis was great and worked hard all night would definitely recommend. Le restaurant est très propre et très bien présenté à l’intérieur. Il y a beaucoup de personnel ce qui permet d’être rapide dans la commande et pour le service. Les plats principaux sont de bonne qualité avec une bonne quantité néanmoins c’est beaucoup trop cher, car les plats sont vendus séparément, il n’y a pas de frites, de salade ou encore de sauce qui les accompagnent : il faut les prendre à part ce qui fait gonfler rapidement l’addition.

Ci sono serate quando c’è la fila lungo la scala che va al piano interrato ed è proprio tutto pieno, pieno. E dopo 2 giorni, tutto tranquillo, quasi vuoto. Il personale l’ho trovato sempre simpatico e professionale. La carne ottima e anche le patate dolci.

Siamo andati in coppia in questo ristorante, ci è stato assegnato un tavolo veramente piccolo in angolino scomodissimo per mangiare in due. La carne è buona ma le quantità sono davvero ridotte ed il prezzo è eccessivo. Nota di demerito al cameriere che ci ha servito e che ci ha quasi imposto la mancia, ma di fronte ai 5 punts che gli ho lasciato ci ha girato le spalle senza ringraziare nè salutare. Pessimo

I visited this restaurant a few times and I have to say, despite its big size and related busy environment, the service is extremely high. Instead of experiencing a more likely to happen poor or very quick service you will, instead, find a very warmth atmosphere, the waiters are all very efficient and polite and the food is great. The place to go to when you crave a really good quality and very well served Argentinian steak. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, which is great. Last time I went there it was a few days ago with a Brasilian friend of mine visiting me in London. We were served by Joao: GREAT assistant thos not only took the time to talk with us and advise us about the order to make, but also (and it was really busy at that time) it took time to engage a very polite conversation with us. He was checking on us from time to time how we were and if the food was good. as there was a little waiting time to due to tget the dinner ready, due to the number of clients, at the end of the dinner, without us even saying anything (it was perfectly fine everything for us), the manager came to apologise and offered us a dessert. Little gestures that make the difference and make clients feeling valued. The overall experience was really enjoyable, one of those place which you want to go back again to not only for the food but also and especially for the great people working there. Thank you, Joao and manager!!!

Buoni la carne ed il salmone , serviti con contorno di verdure che,per i gusti italiani, erano forse un po' troppo croccanti. Prezzi non sconvolgenti, considerato che siamo al centro di Londra.

The restaurant was totally full with very little room to move around, couldn’t even push our chairs back without bumping into someone.There was wrong orders and chaos everywhere.... drinks, starters, mains, desserts..... The staff did their best and were polite but totally stretched.The food was basic and the same level of a take away, but priced approx X3 what I would expect to pay.My personal order was fish and chips for approx £18, it was something I’d pay about £4 for at a take away, family had pasta, meat and had a similar view.The kids food was in line with expectations.

Carne normal, sin más. Un lugar para comer de forma rápida y sin ningún tipo de "lujo". Un restaurante de comida rápida aunque bien elaborada. Está justo al lado de Piccadilly, con lo que te queda muy a mano a la hora de comer algo rápida. No es excesivamente caro, pero encuentras lugares más económicos cerca.la verdad es que entramos por no seguir dando vueltas a lo loco.

Nous y sommes allés à 20h30 un samedi soir sans réservation et nous avons pu être placés et servis en 1/2h environ, ce qui n'est pas si simple sur Picadilly Circus pendant les fêtes de fin d'année ! le personnel est souriant et aimable malgré le restaurant bondé.Par contre la musique est encore plus forte que le bruit ambiant, les steaks que nous avons mangés de qualité correcte sans plus, tous les legumes sont en supplément et peu de choix de bières pression, le service n'est pas compris et les prix chers même pour Londres : 90 Euros pour 2 steacks qques frites une sauce et 2 pintes.

nous y sommes allés le 31 décembre, la carte est limitée ce que je peux comprendre pour les jours de fêtej'avais lu que le service était long et ai donc réservé tôt et là surprise on nous a fait mangé au lance pierre apéro plat dessert 40 minutes et dehorson a eu vraiment l'impression que la priorité c'était de faire un maximum de servicebon mais cher tout est payant frites, sauce...

Walked in from the street and was immediately greeted and seated even if it look full .Service was unbelievable entertaining and uplifting and the food was excellent .Antonio was amazing he made the whole experience excellent. It is a little bit pricey but it is London and it does worth it.Definitely 5 stars.

Siamo stati qui il 28/12/2019, siamo rimasti insoddisfatti dai piatti serviti e dal servizio dei camerieri (alcuni molto scortesi).Abbiamo ordinato 4 filetti cottura media e tutti e 4 ci sono arrivati completamente crudi e di conseguenza immangiabili (vd foto).I contorni non ne parliamo; il purè presentava una crosta in superficie, forse data dalle molteplici cotture e le patatine fritte sembravano vecchie.Non torneremo più.Sconsigliato, non andate!!!

Visited the restaurant on Christmas Eve (like every year) but this time it exceeded my expectations. Food never disappoints me at Angus, steak always perfectly done, food and drinks within reasonable time even though the restaurant is always busy. Waiting time for the table wasn't long at all and the manager also helped us to change the table promptly when seated next to the little screaming baby (mothers please don't hate me, Christmas Eve with the noisy baby next to is not ideal).This time though we were lucky enough to be served by Martin (Marcin). Let's face it, no restaurant will leave a mark on you and make you come back if the service wasn't not only excellent but also memorable. Martin was very attentive, helpful with a good sense of humour despite looking after several tables is such a busy time. It's obvious that he has long experience in working in the industry, but it doesn't happen very often to work years and keep the energy going. Without his fantastic service the meal would be just a good meal in any restaurant.I definitely recommend the place and if you happen to be served by Martin I'm sure you will return! Thank you and keep it up!:)

Staff pester and push you along but are not attentive to the meal experience until you complain. Potato skins were old and less than luke warm, steaks not rested and bled on the plates, Angus Speciality Steak is a joke and more resembling chopped meat for the dogs bowl. Best of the whole meal were the fries and at £35 per head for two courses and no alcoholic drinks you’d be better at a less expensive alternative!

First time coming to Angus steak house in Piccadilly Circus and Martin was and he was extremely friendly and very welcoming! His customer service can not go unnoticed, make sure you guys ask for Martin. Will definitely return

My partners steak looked nice that I wish I'd had instead but I had pulled pork and mash which was bland. Mash was dry as anything, not enough sauce. Just looked poor. Mushroom starter which I left, tasted strange and also didn't look appetising. I think it's overpriced for what it is. Decor nice. Staff came across a bit grumpy also? Won't return

Went for dinner on saturday evening . Food tasted good and dessert rocky sundae was , presentation of food not that great. A bit crowdy but great service. We went there during our visit to London over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Let's just say that we probably should have selected another restaurant. My food was overcooked and the ribs that were ordered were full of fat. When it was brought to their attention, they looked at us like we prepared the food. Not a good experience.
