Staff and food are both fantastic.

Went here for first time yesterday and ordered the S&C Legend Burger and husband had the T-Bone steak. The burger was lovely, really enjoyed it although I suspect the chips were not hand-cut as described but still good. Husbands steak wasn’t impressive for the price - cooked well as he wanted it but dry and it was quite cold, also the tomatoes weren’t cooked long enough. He said the mash potatoes were lovely. Cocktails were delicious and service was excellent. Nice vibe in the restaurant too cool decor and nice music. Would recommend going for the burger.

Went in with high hopes with what we saw online but it was an okay experience. Food was alright nothing too fancy or exeptional. The mocktails were great.

First time here. It was a gift from my son. The staff were lovely. Sunday roast was amazing huge platefull.. ice cream and toffee pudding to follow. Highly recommend Steak and Cherry. Great food very helpful staff. 👌👌

Visited on a groupon foe Sunday roast. First visit but defo be back. Food great, huge portions, well cooked & piping hot. Homemade lentil soup is fab. Chicken so good. Staff lovely! Recommended!

I took my fiance here, we had a lovely evening, we both had steaks, mine was great but my fiance's was overcooked (asked for medium-rare, was medium at best). Our order was also lost so had to chase after a wait. However, the staff were great and very friendly, lovely atmosphere, would go back a 2nd time 🙂

Visited here whilst in Glasgow for work. Another review stated it served Halal steaks, so I called, and they confirmed they serve Halal beef steaks, beef burgers, and hot dogs, which are cooked separately. The steak was lovely. It was a 10oz ribeye with peppercorn sauce, which was equally as delicious. The mac and cheese was creamy, and overall, the service was good, albeit it was an extremely quiet early weekday evening. Would certainly consider visiting again.

The food was very good, and the cocktails better! Service was quick and polite. Would recommend for a nice chilled meal and drinks.

Lovely, welcoming and very friendly welcome on a cold January eve. Perfectly cooked steak, tasty portion of Calamari to start, woukd definitely return.

Booked here for a meal on New Years Eve and honestly it was fabulous. My partner had a T-Bone steak and he said it’s the best steak he’s ever had. The staff were lovely and helpful and the drinks were good too. Such a hidden gem we will definitely be back!

Went for a meal with family before going to panto at the Kings Theatre. Good choice of food for everyone and good choice for drinks too. Enjoyed by all.

The food and cocktails were lovely. Service was a bit off, our starter and soft drinks were forgotten about until halfway through our main, server seemed a bit wired to the moon to be honest but was pleasant enough!

It was an exceptionally busy night for midweek, but still feel that we were waiting a while for our order to be taken and for more drinks.

Went in early Saturday evening (4pm) so it was quiet. Staff were super friendly, Colin 1, chatted away recorded a few things on menu. Food was tasty and service was prompt. Two or three members of staff asked how or meal was but in a very laid back casual way. I definitely would go back it was very enjoyable.

Nice looking place but the food was average, served on cold plates. Hubby ordered chicken with side of one piece of fairly uncooked broccoli and three slices of carrot. Haddock and chips was good. Service was pretty poor. Staff didn't seem to know whose table they were serving as our meals were given to wrong table. Overall very average.

Amazing dinner option when looking for a steak house and have a large group. The staff were so friendly and attentive, even with the kiddos. Steak was cooked perfectly and their mashed potatoes are divine!

Took several attempts on ordering and after asking several our rude ignorant waiter eventually completed the drinks order! We ordered 2 roast beef Sunday dinners which were absolutely terrible . Tough meat frozen Yorkshire’s and veg . My school dinners were better . Other 2 had the Philly cheesesteak were average at best . Needless to say after spending £115 for the pleasure we will not be revisiting again Ps we should have smelt a rat when we were in the customers in the entire place at lunchtime on a Sunday for Sunday lunch ! Lesson learnt !!

Restaurant qui d'un premier abord n'a pas l'air incroyable de l'extérieur mais comme vous le savez, on ne juge pas un livre sur sa couverture. Une très belle surprise en entrant avec un personnel très chaleureux. Une cuisine des plus plaisantes avec une bonne ambiance et les serveurs(se) toujours aux petits soins. Je recommande fortement.

We had a delicious meal tonight at the Steak &Cherry, the steaks were so tender and tasty, and our starters of haggis bites and chicken liver pate were perfect! Friendly chatty waiter made us feel welcome 🙂

Just had a lovely lunch. Haggis balls were to die for. Main, roast beef, potatoes and veg perfectly seasoned. Would highly recommend.

Not too busy on a Friday evening. Started with Haggis balls, and they were very well done. The whisky sauce compliments well. My wife had the Steak Pie, and I had the Sea Bass. Expertly cooked and delicious on both counts. For dessert, I had the Sticky Toffee Pudding and an espresso. Excellent on both counts. We were served/attended to by 4 gentlemen - and they were gentlemen. One of which was the manager. Perfect poise, generosity, respect, and friendliness. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and will be sad not to have this place to frequent at home. However, the experience is one I will keep forever.

The food is incredibly good, the staff are lovely, prices are reasonable in the current climate. The decor is a bit tired, but don't let that put you off - if you're looking for good, fancy food that doesn't break the bank, but also doesn't require you dress to the nines to fit in, give this place a go. I'm glad we did <3

Our meal here was great, 10oz Sirloin Steak was cooked to perfection exactly as ordered, dessert was also great however ice cream wasn't the best quality. Service was second to none though, waiters were very polite gentlemen and always made sure we had what we needed, we will definitely be back.

Me and big spanner had a fantastic meal. Sunday Roast with haggis for starters. £9 for a cocktail is pricy but cant say they dont taste nice.

5 of us had different dinners, all lovely, well presented, right sized portions, served with a smile, you could see the people enjoyed working there. Kevin was great. This is the second time there this year, when you find a little gem you got to return

Really enjoyed steak & cherry. Guy that served us was nice, food was good (especially the home made gravy and the potatoes (think they were cooked in truffle oil). Really reasonably priced and a nice restaurant. Would recommend trying the Sunday roast.

Sehr lecker. Bier vom Fass von Guinness, sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, super freundlich die Bedienung und man fühlt sich auch aufgehoben, wenn man da alleine isst. Kein katzentisch in der Ecke, außer man wünscht es sich.

Nice quiet restaurant with good background music. Front end staff were very good and never felt over bearing. Ribeye steak was very well cooked and seasoned with a nice sear and melt in the mouth texture. The chocolate fudge cake was a good portion and was a good end to the meal. Very nice experience and my thanks to both the waiting staff and the chef's.

Fantastic staff my friend is celiac intolerant the waiter took the time to go through the menu with her to see what she could have was really patient to make sure she was happy with her meal. The food was lovely we had cocktails after our meal but couldn’t decide what we wanted the lovely waiter asked us a few things that we liked and made us all beautiful individual drinks. Best service I’ve had in a restaurant thank you guys you helped make our day out very special. We will definitely be back very soon

First time visiting got the long island ice tea one of the best I've had wee bit expensive for a cocktail but worth it the food was great too and it's not far from the theatre its definitely worth a try

5 of us went for a meal staff were outstanding food was also outstanding and cocktails were amazing.

I dined here tonight with my family, and immediately the staff were amazing. Not only was the restaurant itself absolutely gorgeous, the man who served us was friendly, helpful, funny and great at his job! As for the food?? Can I give it 10 stars??? The best chips I've ever had at a restaurant. I had the Steak Pie - couldn't fault it! One of the best I've ever had. (I'm autistic so I only really eat Steak Pies when I go out so I've had hundreds, and this is the BEST!) My siister had Mac and Cheese and says it was the best she's eaten in a loooong time! Unfortunately I never had time to have a desert, but I will be coming back one day soon to try that cheesecake. 1000% would recommend

Honestly terrible. Steak was luke warm, under seasoned and overcooked. Chips came soggy, soaked in grease, floppy, and about half of them were still raw. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. The server, when seeing my untouched plate of chips, didn't ask how the meal was because I'm sure she knows. Do NOT go here. Eat anywhere else other than this poor excuse for a steakhouse. Bad steak, even worse sides, and a price tag that makes your eyes pop for what you actually get. 0/5 Horrible.

Over all i would say it was quite average experience. The steak and burger quality was good and the flavor was nice but nothing extra ordinary when compared to the price. Mushroom sauce was average and came at a cost. What really biased by review were the fries. They were soggy, greasy, not seasoned and the way they were sticking to each other it was obvious that were out of freezer. Quite disappointing for a steak restaurant.

Very relaxed atmosphere, staff were friendly but also respected that I probably just wanted to chill and watch a film on my phone, food was outstanding and I'll definitely be visiting again on my next trip to Glasgow!!

My first t-bone was also my best sirloin and fillet steak to date. Whisky sauce was amazing.

The food in the restaurant was very nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a group of 14 so we pre ordered which worked out well. Only fly in the ointment was the toilet facilities which were basic and not to clean . I think that needs to be sorted but everything else was nice .
