Great location ,great place which was ultra clean, suite was great total faultless , all the staff very helpful with a happy smile, breakfast also great no issues at all. Will be back for sure. Carpark a little pricy but secure and plenty of room.

I had the pleasure of staying here for many months last year for work and the hotel and the staff were brilliant. The parking on site was great, and the rooms were well equipped, bed was very comfy. The washing machines on site were great as well. The staff were so welcoming and kind and always willing to help in any way they could. Breakfast had a good range of options, the waffle machine at the weekends was a great surprise! When I next come back to visit Newcastle I will be planning to stay here again, between the facilities, location and staff I couldn't fault it

Review by Odin the Chow Chow : I stayed here with my pawrents and it was just amazing!! Firstly, the staff were so friendly and attentive (especially to me!) and Yenny made so much fuss of me every time she saw me!! ☺️ The room was perfect for me. I love the cold and because the bedroom had its own heater, my pawrents were able to keep the bedroom warm and the kitchen/lounge much cooler. The wooden kitchen floor was perfect for me to sleep on too; nice and cool for me. It was so comfy, I was more than happy to have a snooze in there whilst my pawrents went off and did their thing! I did fall asleep in my food bowl once or twice because I was so relaxed. 🤭 Dad said that the breakfasts were great and it was nice they cooked the sausages and bacon properly. I had treats, a ball and dog bowl in the room when I got there too! What a lovely thing to do. 🥰 Mum and dad said we will definitely be staying here again, so thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Stayed here twice and found it to be very welcoming with a great setup. It’s a bit out of the centre, a taxi from Central Station is approx. £8. The standard rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, sofa and a kitchenette. I requested a quiet room and mine was overlooking the flats and car park at the back but there was no noise. My next stay was in a suite with incredible views over the Quayside, loved watching it at night. The kitchenettes have most things you need for a short stay however the oven is a microwave combi oven, rather than a full oven. I did find the shower pressure very low in both suites, they have eco shower heads rather than full ones. The Pantry behind the Reception desk has drinks and snacks available to buy. Both times prior to my stay, I was contacted to ask for any room requests which is a really nice touch plus I was remembered at Reception on my second stay. Hot drinks machine (including hot chocolate) plus sparkling/still water taps in the lobby area available 24/7. The included breakfast buffet is a really good offering, there’s even a waffle machine! Staff cleared tables and topped up food regularly and were friendly and efficient. Reception staff were probably the friendliest hotel staff I’ve come across – shout outs to Cat, Jason and Yenny particularly, thank you!

Fantastic suite, great value and staff very nice. Lounge area with free coffee, tea and muffins was great.

Home away from home. Great apartment style suite, we stayed in a two bedroom and everything was great. Breakfast was good too. Perfect as I had a baby with me so was able to use the kitchen to wash and prepare bottles etc.

Just had 1 night there, it was clean fresh and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in a good location. Lovely room with lots of equipment. Tasty breakfast and coffee available throughout the day.

room chosen had incredible views and lots of space. staff wonderful, space for parking, good choice at breakfast BUT cooked breakfast was terrible, needs sorting to make stay perfect.
