I had mid size fish and chips. It was delicious and it was large quantity. I will like to visit the shop again.

Realmente quería un "fish and chips" y encontré éste en google bastante cerca de la estación de tren. Si quieres un pescado para ir con su grasa, entonces sí, este es tu lugar, patatas fritas eran pasables. No y no podría recomendar, nunca volveré. Very disappointed that they ran out of southern fried chicken twice in 3 days. Had kebab burger, which was ok. However, the chips were nice. The place has gone down hill and a sign of a bad chippy is when you walk in and there is no food cooked!

Excellent takeaway, their food is always fresh and service has been exceptional. It's a takeaway so gets busy from walk ins. Try and phone even for a small burger and they always accommodate

This is my local chip and kebab shop. It is now open on Sundays, which has prompted this review. The fish is fresh and good; and the establishment is very clean, generally. Turkish-owned and run, the place is always friendly, even when they are busy. The kebabs, with visibly fresh salads, are excellent. As the shop gets busier and closing time approaches, it can save time to phone ahead and place your order. Well worth a visit - but remember that this is strictly a take-away establishment.

The fish and chips here is nice. The place is very clean and that gives me confidence when buying from here. The food is generally tasty but a little on the pricey side, although I do appreciate the price of fish and chips has gone up recently.

There are no seats here: this is a place to come to take away good, fresh, hot food. The fish/pies and chips side provides good quality, freshly-cooked food (even if you have to wait, sometimes, as items are being cooked). The kebabs are also (apart from the doner, of course) freshly-cooked and are of an outstanding and grease-red quality: a friend who is both a Hindu and a fitness instructor, declares them to be particularly fine. The salad items are clearly freshly-prepared, too. The international staff are all very welcoming and friendly; and the chat during waiting times and service (if they are not too busy to talk) is also welcome. It would be wrong not to mention the posters on the wall, describing the kinds and origins of he fish sold - and I note the five-star hygiene rating. This place is outstanding. It is a shame that it closes at 10pm, nightly - but no doubt there are good reasons for that.
