Eat here regularly. Always great food and great service. Nice people. Clean restaurant.

Uncooked, sweaty chips, warm salad, terrible quality sausage that left a horrible after taste. All food was cold. Threw most of it away.

food arrived battered, boxes all dented in & food spilling from them. The food was all cold, chips all soggy, driver sat in veridion way for a considerable amount of time assuming on another delivery. My delivery time was changed 4 times. Really disappointing

Only complaint was you packed the drinks in with my food by the time it came the drinks made half my baguette cold. Normally top draw, yesterday was the the first time I’ve been disappointed

I am unwell so chose to order food from my favourite cafe, Starburger. I was disappointed with the courier. He didn't press my buzzer but called me instead. I had to go down to the main door. The courier was pressing the wrong flat buzzer.

The delivery driver didn’t want to give me order as I wasn’t sent a code, I had the order number to prove It was me and he tried to leave and said he had delivered the order on the app but told me I had cancelled the order, Not happy

The only place that is always 5* both in restaurant & delivery. Food arrived hot & well packaged as usual , very highly recommended

food arrived cold and need to be heated in microwave.

I can never fault Starburgers food and delivery service. It is always efficient and food is always so hot and tasty. Starburger staff are very pleasant, I am always greeted with a smile. Thank you.

2 milks shake missing star burger just say it doe to just eat just eat only refined 1 not both.

First time ordering from this place and i can say the portions are generous and food was great too. Oreo milkshake is a MUST, probably one of the best milkshakes i’ve ever had. Thank me later!

courier seemed to be at the restaurant for ages. food was nice, but portion of cheesy chips was very small.

Food was cooked ok just had to reheat in the microwave. When it’s comes on a bike it’s cold.

Always great service from the lovely people at Erith starburger whether in restaurant or via delivery. Food arrived early, hot, well presented & well packaged. Good portion sizes ,great taste. Milkshake securely packaged so as not to spill in transit, if you haven't tried the new nutella/peanut your missing out ,it's incredible. 5* service

mixed grill with huge portion of chips and a lovely egg with runny yolk, large peanut butter shake which is delicious and a brown derby with a decent amount of ice cream too

To my mind, Starburger is the best cafe in Erith and a great place to have a relaxed brekkie, lunch or coffee. The food is always tasty and the service is exemplary. A great place for families of all ages. Much nicer than going to McD where you know its noisy and a crazy atmosphere.

love starburger. food is good and milkshakes are the best. however never get the beans with the kids meals when ordered and this time bacon was missing from the burger .other than those missing bits it's really nice.

Delicious bacon baguette with extra bacon. My mum had sausage and egg and also enjoyed it. Delivery was early, and a nice chap. Definitely will be ordering again 110% 😋😋😋

Ordered two paninis which turned up with cold tomatoes cowslaw and cucumber in the same box which made the paninis freezing cold, stink and also soggy please for your business please dont do things like this in the future just keep it basic like what it states on the menu

I love starburger and order a, lot. But I have noticed the prices have increased dramatically. Today I ordered pancakes. I am so disappointed with what I received. 2 tiny pancakes (no bigger than the palm of my hand) and they cost £4!! Sorry starburger but the prices are too much now you have sadly lost a loyal customer.

i made a mistake and sent food to my work address not my home address delivery person rang me i apologised and asked if she could bring it to my address she refused then started moaning at me and my colleague when she delivered to my work address

More cream soup than ice-cream. Going to have to stop ordering from Just-eat as order goes on tour round the local area before being delivered.

Food was as ordered but I was unable to edit the order as I cannot eat Mayonnaise or burger sauce so I had to make adjustments on arrival. Restaurant might change the website to allow for this.

Yet again the driver was scheduled to do deliveries in the opposite direction first. Burgers arrived warm and ice cream soft and soupy. Another great delivery by just-eat.

Three half’s of sausages witch mounts to one and a half sausages and the bacon was even worse will not be ordering from starburger again and I’ve always been a loyal and been coming to starburger for over 20 years how the standards have fallen

I go to Starbucks every day sometimes. I do not go about twice a week The staff are very friand it's always busy clean tables, That's the only problem I would give this Place otherwise 10.

Loved the egg sandwich & hash browns but really disliked the banana pancakes. They were doused with some kind of sweet syrup and I couldn't eat them. A waste of money as they were quite expensive for what they were.

Me and my daughter went had 2 breakfast set menu bread toast and 2 lemonades off the pump and bill was 31 pound unfortunately I can't offord to pay for food like this so won't be going again used to love this place wasn't till after my daughter adding it up to realise we have been robbed !! 😢

Starburger is not just a restaurant they are like family been going here since my mum was pregnant with me 33 years ago John nas kamil and gang are a great team and family hence why this business just never stops going love a star mixed grill my favourite milkshakes are known for people love and some come just for that it's a bit of American diner feel great lighting beautiful mirrors open kitchen too x photo s are from delivery I had with them

reallly soggy and there’s was 2 pieces of bacon and one egg in the baguette. paid a lot of money and got soggy cold food

Much to my disappointment the salad contained beetroot. I hate beetroot and yes I could have picked it out of the salad but the vinegar that the beetroot had been pickled in completely took over the salad. I also hate vinegar so I couldn’t eat the salad at all.
