I appreciate a good cup of coffee, and this Liverpool Starbucks did not disappoint. I stop here every time I am in Liverpool.

Friendly staff, fast service and clean. Toilets a little smelly but looked clean and guess it can’t be helped in such a busy place.

Starbucks never disappoints. Always the same and you can rely on getting a good coffee. Free wifi too.

Doesn't look much from the outside but it is a quirky underground 'bunker' with different decor than many Starbucks. Staff were friendly, coffee was a bit slow as they were busy but was just what we wanted before tackling museums and shops.

This Starbucks is a hidden gem especially when it's hiding under stairs the underground feel and dim lighting gave it a very good atmosphere. The hot chocolate I had was beautiful.

Every Thursday me & the husband start our day off, shopping together, right here! It's cosy, staff are lovely, coffee is made properly! The underground aspect has a NYC feel to it and we love this! Also enjoy bringing my teenage son her to attempt to communicate with him haha!

Popped by for a mid shopping break last Friday. The seating is not only plentiful but very relaxed. It is your typical Starbucks and as far as they go they rarely differ from each other however what really makes this one special is the service, the baristas are all more than helpful and friendly and the artistry with the coffee gives it a really personal touch. I would highly recommend a visit!

Why oh why can you not get your staff to clear tables and wash up the dishes when we sat down just about every table had dirty crockery on it the floor behind the counter was stacked with dirty crockery and to top it all the drinks wee cold

Ordered a large hot chocolate without cream. I was served a large hot chocolate with a LOT of cream. I pointed out to the serving woman that I ordered without cream (for all she knew I could have had an allergy to cream). She scraped it off with a spoon - left cream around the edge of the cup, on the lid, and floating atop the drink. I pointed this out and repeated that I had ordered no cream (more a matter of principal by this point). Apparently, in this starbucks - the customer isn't "always right" and she proceeded to argue with me! Telling me the cream was gone. I pointed out all the places I could still see the cream, and I would like my order of a hot choc. without cream. Again, she argued with me. Appalling.

I usually drop in to 'the cave' whilst shopping at Liverpool One, consistently good coffee, but always busy. Sometimes takes a little while for tables to be cleared, but the staff are lovely.

In a cave, with dingy lighting and continuous " trendy muzak " pumping out from the speakers. The cafe was a good place to dive into when it opened. The furniture is now looking worn and many of the floor lights don't work. Frequent changes of staff have seen the barista service drop, and today I was left waiting for an excessive period ( I was the only person waiting to be served.) Room for improvement needed or go elsewhere.

Nestled in a cave like corner of Liverpool One shopping centre, this is a quirky little Starbucks. Coffee, food , service etc as one would expect from Starbucks.Staff friendly, clean environment.

Stopped going to Starbucks after the tax fiasco but thought I'd give it a go again. I couldn't believe it. The coffee is through a machine and no cups. You have to have a paper cup. The place is obviously popular with teenagers who are understandably more interested in whose is in there than the coffee. To me this made it worse as it seemed they were being scammed.

By L1 lifts for car parks. Nice staff who gave us a flask of hot water for baby bottle warmer! No Charge for this but ordinary bottle of water £1.35!

My wife & I are fairly frequent visitors to the fabulous Liverpool One but it was our first visit to this 'secret' Starbucks which is tucked away near John Lewis and the bus station.

Excellent location which is easy to access from Liverpool ONE car park. Staff are really welcoming and friendly, and are great at remembering the names of regular customers like myself.

The staff here makes the place somewhere I visited every day. The drinks were heaven, the sandwiches fresh, well priced, and delicious.

The coffee was the usual standard but unlike other branches of Starbucks they won't take luncheon vouchers. We were asked to leave at quarter to six because they were closing. As a regular Starbucks customer I had expected to be able to stay as long as I wanted to. If you are in Liverpool and want a Starbucks coffee you are advised to go to the branch in the Liverpool One complex

Love Starbucks although i don't like coffee I get either a signature hot chocolate or a caramel frap, there heavenly.

An Espresso before checking in is a delight for me. One staff member, a line of 4 people waiting. coffee is as always more than okay ;-)

I know Starbucks has had a lot of bad press of late with tax and stuff but if you are looking for a decent coffee in town then this branch of Starbucks is ideal. Im a regular vistor on my way into work in the city centre and ive never qued for any longer than a couple of minutes. The staff there not only try and remember faces but they can also remember an order and its small things like that which make a diffference. It's easy to wax lyrical about the technical aspects of a coffee shop but to me a coffee shop should be accessible, functional and be able to do you a decent coffee in a hurry and in that respect this place ticks all boxes.

It does not matter which branch you visit you can always get exactly the drink you want and the is usually always somewhere to sit and take time over your coffee and pause for a while, my favourite place for a sit down.

I preferred the Stabucks at Bold Str for this visit. Friendly staff and good variety of food and drinks. I <3 chai latte w/soy - my December drink!

We took a airport bus (Number 500) outside Lime street train station in central of Liverpool to the airport. For our afternoon tea we had the lovely Starbucks coffee and some snacks at the airport before we took a bus to our hotel Premier Inn which was only stop away.

I did not go to the John Lennon Airport Starbucks, but there isn't a trip adviser Starbucks for the branch in Moorefields-Liverpool. I am appalled with the service in here.
