Extremely disappointed with service this evening. I was not treated when I approached the till to be made aware someone would be with me soon .To my great disappointment I was served my sitting in order in a take away cup.Wasn’t asked if sitting in or take away. There were at least 20 used take away cups stacked on the counter, so I’m guessing I was not the only one to be served a take away when sitting in. I could understand if understaffed or extremely busy and they needed to save time on washing up however it was really quiet. The service staff standing around behind the counter chatting and using profanities. I’m not one to be offended by this however I feel that this showed to me that the staff did not care one jot about my customer experience. I don’t come to Starbucks to sit in and drink out a paper cup . Certainly not at that price 😤

Tremendous service and coffee from the team. Gaby and others very friendly and helpful. There’s a previous review from Kenny, trying to cause trouble with bad feedback but he’s miles off it. He can’t even spell and his paragraph didn’t make sense. Relax Kenny What a team☕️

I'm in here almost everyday 10/10 yesterday 6 .4.23 wow Gaby worker there took order paid for it with Julie then girl handed 1at one to me only said waiting on other coffee to come don't know what was up with her. I said have a nice day then she went side ways the crap I took wow 😲 to say the least ..... Julie was on form she had to apologise for Gaby not her job nightmare will be back tho keep up the good work julie

My friend Monet, from work, told to to pop down, so I did, With the children, and there was no disappointment!! It was AMAZING!! So enjoyable, I will be back soon. With Monet for the work Christmas night out 🤩🎄✝️

just a big thankyou to the owner (chef) and his family and all the staff for the fantastic hogmany meal and the party afterwards. As usual the best of food and had one of the best new years in a long time.Keyboard player and singer really got the place going . Thanks so so much .will be booking for next year and cant wait to return for the amazing food throughout the year

93 Meikle Earnock Road, Hamilton ML3 8AG ScotlandWas over from Northern Ireland visiting friends who live in the nearby area last week, the food was absolutely beautiful and the two ladies who run the business couldn’t have been any nicer, friendly atmosphere, great service and amazing food. The menu had lots to offer. I went for the ‘Salt & Chilli Chicken’ and it was absolutely delicious and the Caramel Apple Pie was phenomenal! We all will definitely be back on our next visit over, thanks again everyone 😊

The service was exceptional, and the food did not disappoint. We were delighted to find that the restaurant is dog-friendly, which made it even better. The sirloin special was a great deal at half price, and the homemade chicken and leek soup was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of the meal! We’ll definitely be coming back for more!
