We use this Starbucks quite regularly and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, coffee which is up to the usual good Starbucks standard and dog friendly. It's also family friendly and I have also seen it being used for business meetings.

We visit this Starbucks every time we shop on the Tunbridge Wells Retail Parks (we'll probably be there again tomorrow) as, apart from the staff always being very friendly and helpful and the coffee always being up to the good Starbucks standard, it is very convenient when shopping. Inside it is light, airy and tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and, when the weather is suitable enough, there's also seating outside. Can certainly recommend.

A great Starbucks if you are shopping on the Great Lodge Retail Park. The coffee is up to the usual good Starbucks standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dogs are allowed; they can even have their very own "doggie" coffee.

This is a really bright, light and airy Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make sure that the tables are cleared and cleaned as soon as the customers leave. The drunks are freshly made and the coffee is up to the usual, good Starbucks standard. It is also very convenient if you are shopping at Aldi, B & Q or Currys, all of which are within walking distance.

Really like this branch of Starbucks. The atmosphere is spacious and uncramped and very spic and span. The staff are always friendly. The white choc frappe was tasty but iced coffee bitter.

We regularly visit this coffee shop as we enjoy the friendliness of the staff and taste of the coffee. However we do not agree with allowing dogs into the establishment while we are eating, and letting the customers have their dogs sit on the benches. However, if you must allow pets inside then keep them on the floor, and hopefully well away from people eating. If anybody wants to beg for my food I will bring my grand kids. I don't want dogs to do it.

As someone who likes to come in, get a coffee and work on my laptop, this place is great. Of all the cafes in Tunbridge Wells, it's the best for work. It's got a nice little area at the back which i like to go to. It offers wi fi, and right now, in August 2023, the staff are amazing. It's the best staff i've ever seen at the place. So yeah, really pleased and i really hope it continues.

Really love this branch, it’s so much airier and more modern than others . Great staff, great drinks, convenient location whilst DIY shopping, certainly relieved the boredom!

Conveniently situated adjacent to a popular food store, this Starbucks is ideal for dropping into when you are shopping on the Great Lodge Retail Park/North Farm Industrial Estate. It is light and airy with comfortable seating (both inside and outside) and friendly, helpful staff. The coffee was up to the usual good Starbucks standard.

Gorgeous food. Great service. Really enjoyed the mocktails too. The ginger one had a real kick.. 2 courses, a drink each and a coffee each came to about £40 a head including tip. That was including seabass, belly pork, squid and curries.

Place looked OK on entry but up close needs a good clean. Apart from that dogs were allowed in, which was great as we had ours. Told that she was not allowed to sit on the furniture although she was on a blanket - boss's rules. Soon after a couple arrived with a dog, who made itself comfortable on a chair in plain view of the same barman, with not a word said. Based on the conversation it seemed he was the boss. Drink-wise, the wine glass was filthy and apart from lager and Neck Oil, the only potentially decent beer was Theakstons Best, but even that was on keg, so a massive no-no. Every time we've driven past we've threatened to go in but will drive past in future.

A bit blah Edit: After the very professional response from the owner calling me a knob, it speaks volumes. You deserve a 1 star and none of my business. Thanks for making it a very easy choice not to support your business.
