Never pick up and always rude got my order wrong

I ordered for collection and got a free bag of prawn crackers with my order. The food was really good and filling. Good wait time. I will be ordering again.

Ordered food for delivery, which was much faster than we expected. The food was delicious even when reheated the next day. I’d definitely order again. Good value for money and excellent service.

The best Chinese food in the area. I’ve been coming regularly over the last few months and the food is always amazing and the staff are wonderful. There’s a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Everything we have tried so far beats every other Chinese we’ve tried in the greater Tonbridge area.

Food: 3-4 stars (it’s okay to fine, nothing exiting. Black Bean Chicken is okay ro fine. The Char Siu, though, imho is BELOW par! ughhhh… They need to WASH the windows regularly inside & out and tidy & modernise the place! I am sure those windows have not been washed a long time!… Place looks ridiculous. Outside they need to make the place look decent (clean that pavement! Make it look at least decent!). The lady behind the counter WAS lovely & kind but seemed to be VERY bothered abiut her phone (during work time…).

Tried multiple Chinese takeaways around the Cranbrook area, but this one is by far the best around and delivers. Great service.

First time ordering here, brilliant! I ordered it and 35 minutes later was at my door. Food was good and hot!

I had the beef Chow Mein and Vegtable Spring Rolls. Spring rolls very crispy and flavoursome, Chow Mein was a generous portion with lots of beef. Down one star as was quite greasy and I had to add salt at home but over all great and would buy again

Good authentic Cantonese food on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. I enjoyed the egg fried rice and the beef and black bean sauce. My son thought the pork dumplings were only so so. The service was excellent

All really great. Will go again. Portions really generous.

Have stayed at t&j motel twice and ordered food for delivery both times,great friendly and prompt service and amazing food at a great price,one of the best Chinese takeaways I've ever had,highly recommend 👌

Very bad experience waited 1hr 45 mins for food and wasn't complete how confident manager wasn't there never had this experience before lady i spoke to was very rude and don't waist your money please go elsewhere for better food and service

Easily the best Chinese in Pembury, everything is as you expect it and is v reasonably priced too. Have been going to this place my whole life and will continue to as long as it’s open. If you want to support local business and have a lovely meal this is the one.

Went in to collect food, place was pretty grotty and staff I spoke to had hacking cough. I heard what sounded like them spitting out phlegm when they went back of house to get food. I then looked at their food hygiene rating online and it was 2 with points all lost for food handling. Didn’t want to eat food after these things combined. I get everyone gets sick, but stay off work if you are!

Went in on a quiet Monday night. Didn’t know what to expect but the food was really good, some of the best I’ve had. Decent chicken balls (non greasy) good prawn crackers, duck with a good amount of meat on it. Would recommend. Plus had time for a drink in the king William right next door whilst we waited. Excellent little find this one!

Great Chinese who deliver much further afield than most restaurants. Friendly staff too.

Service is poor. My mum offered to treat my partner and I to a takeaway as we're going through a tough time at the moment. She gave me her card details to allow us to order, but the lady on the phone refused to take the transaction over the phone. Needless to say even ordering a takeaway through a stressful time was made further stressful through their incompetence and rudeness. I shall not be ordering from them again!

Literally horrendous. Most of what we ordered was so vinegary as to be inedible. Also were very unfriendly and rude when I picked it up... Won't be going back...

Not a good customer experience and the chicken ball are chicken nuggets probably from Tesco.
