Starbucks Preston Railway Station in Preston

very friendly service, served with a big smile and cheery staff. the coffee was amazing i had difficulty deciding what to have and the server helped me decide. and i was impressed.

Place wasn't open, asked staff who said 0630, at 0639 asked staff if opening, staff very rude, unable to get coffee, train arrived at 0644 and still not open, customer service atrocious

Was served by the smiling kris who was happy to chat 😀 great asset to the company. Was quick to correct strawberry acai order which was missing strawberries xx

I travel through Preston quite often and have only ever seen this open on a handful of occasions. There is never a note to say why, it is just closed. I would understand if it wasn’t at busy times but it’s closed in peak travel times when you would expect a business to do well.

My twin brother Stephen and I were waiting for our train back to Liverpool from Preston Railway Station and with time to kill we dropped into this Starbucks on the platform. A nice Starbucks outlet ,housed in an eye catching building,great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout the platform. We ordered a flat white coffee each,served steaming hot,we just kicked back,chilled out and enjoyed our coffees.i am a big fan of the coffee served in Starbucks,it's always consistent in all their outlets and their flat white coffee is a particular favourite of mine. We really enjoyed our coffees in here before we moved on to catch our train and for a first time visit to this Starbucks we had a great visit,it's easy to locate in Preston Railway Station.
