Had a great experience today, went in for a coffee and was served by Ewan, he could not have been more professional or courteous.

It's always a joy to come here! The staff are super friendly, hard-working and always have a smile on their faces. I always enjoy being recognised by them and striking up a quick conversation whenever I'm in. The restaurant is always clean and presentable and just generally a pleasant environment to be in. There's obviously the occasional mess left behind by customers, but I've never seen an untidy table sit for any more than 5-10 minutes. The food and drinks never fail to cheer me up! Whether it's a quick stop for an iced coffee while I'm in town, or a sit-down lunch with friends, it always makes me leave happier than I went in. This Starbucks is a 10/10 for any occasion!

Ordered a white mocha at 1.37 and did not get the delivery till 3 pm. It wasn’t Starbucks fault it was the just eat driver as I phoned 30 mins after I ordered and they had it made and ready to go. Just eat please get staff to deliver food and drink on schedule :)

This is the second time visiting this store and yet again an outstanding experience from Paul. Even with it being over 4 months since my last visit Paul remembered me from my last review. Paul keep doing what u are doing your a shinning star and a credit to the company and the store would not be the same without u at the helm

Thankyou to the fantastic service we have had from Paul at 6am every weekday and weekend. He was always happy to see my sister and i for the last ten days . Always chatting and taking time to ask if we were ok and genuinely pleasant and caring. His service styke was always consistent and we hope he is recognised as manager soo. ! We thought he was :) we were in Perth waitinf for our sister funeral Paul did not know this each morning when we came in. To have the welcome was hugely appreciated . Thankyou. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was delicious, made fast and to what I had wanted perfectly, lovely servers :)

Good location in High Street Perth - inside was clean and for once the toilet had paper, however most disappointed in the service from the barista - we were sitting waiting for friends to arrive prior to ordering - so much so we walked out without ordering for our friends and us - was the barista aware of the many people who are noisy etc? Rather a chirpy advisor?

Coffee fine Ver poor gluten free selection and the lady serving didn’t seem fully aware of what was gf. She used the term “ I think that’s gluten free”. I would have expected her to know Both myself and my friend visited the toilets which were appalling Dirty brown stained seat Hardly any toilet paper Toilet cubicle doors filthy In fact woodwork in full premises was dirty and tatty Poor show.

My order smelled very strongly of smoke, this did effect the taste of the drink

The coffee was freezing. I asked for some sugar sachets and got none. Delivery was diabolical

The delivery driver called as she couldnt find the address ask me to text, I did. The delivery driver then left my order at the school further along my street and just left, thankfully staff from the school brought my order to my address

Delivery man was very polite and helpful Food was good My only gripe is the bacon roll had no butter and only a small slice and a half of bacon it looked nothing like the picture Come on Starbucks u can afford 3 rashers of bacon and butter on a roll!

My sausage nap was burnt and barely edible and I order a frappucino cream based and got a cappuccino I am very unhappy as I got a refund but if I wanted to get the frappucino I would have to pay extra for delivery so it’s very annoying

Unfortunately the hot chocolate was quite poor, the temperature was rather tepid, and the chocolatiness being nigh-non-existent. There seemed to be an unusually high concentration of milk, creating a strange drink posturing as hot chocolate, but beyond the façade simply being a warm mug of milk and water. 1.5/10

Several times this week I have had coffee at Starbucks Perth and attempted to use the disabled facilities - each time the floor was wet and no paper other than discarded on the floor - several tables with dirty dishes - standards are slipping!! All reported to management - no action?

Ordered a white mocha frap and selected frap roast to be added. Order arrived with frap roast, therefore no coffee in my drink!

My drink was spilled everywhere and driver made no attempt to resolve situation or help. Very upset as it wasn’t a very far delivery just no care in the delivery service. Everything in the bag is ruined.

I had a requirement to find out coffee prices in the local area. Upon calling three Starbucks in Dundee, two failed to answer and a third (Kingsway West) hung up. I then tried Perth High Street branch. The call was answered promptly and professionally by Michael who assisted me with our query swiftly and politely. Now that's customer service. Thank you Michael.

I am a regular customer here and every experience is flawless. Michael, Chloe and Paul are assets to the shop. They make each visit very warm and friendly and cannot do enough to make every customer feel welcomed. I always have the same specific drink and they get it perfect every time. I look forward to every visit and chat in the shop as I know I’ll always leave with a smile on my face. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!

Come in regularly as there is a good selection of Drinks but also food . Very friendly Baristas who are always happy to advise on drinks. Good selection of music is played through out the day .

My review for High St Starbucks is one full of positive comments! During my last visit, I was particularly impressed. The store was full and the staff were extremely busy - however the tables were constantly clean and tidy and ready for the next customer to use! The staff were patient and friendly - especially Chloe who seemed to take charge and make sure everything was running smoothly! She is a credit to your team! All in all 5⭐️! Will be returning!

Staff not bothered asking details about your order or allergies. So you get a GR size and hot chocolate WITH cream as standard. The salted caramel cream cold brew is just coffee/ice/water/tasteless flat cream for £4.75. I am not in the hurry to come back.

Nice breakfast stop with a nice Mocha. The staff were polite and helpful. The fact that they had run out of till roll caused me hassle when attempting to claim through work.

Restaurant rather dirty - many tables has "left overs" - toilets needed refreshed - coffee was OK but rather expensive given the ambiance and the many other company outlets nearby that are cleaner and cheaper offering similar fare - needs attention!

These guys are awesome, always smiling, always make you feel welcome even at the most busiest times, nothing is ever any hassle. I only like coming here cos it's the only starbucks that get my mocha with caramel drizzle right. 😊 Couldn't praise these guys enough. Love coming here just to sit and chill by myself which doesn't happen very often for me. The whole team are an 11 out of 10 for me. Thanks for being a constant place of pleasure to sit and relax in guys. You are all Awesome. 🤗

Love my Starbucks Coffee. Spend far too much time in here. Staff always friendly. Cinnamon swirls are excellent. Not really any downside tables can be messy at times but staff will immediately clean them if you ask.
