Several times this week I have had coffee at Starbucks Perth and attempted to use the disabled facilities - each time the floor was wet and no paper other than discarded on the floor - several tables with dirty dishes - standards are slipping!! All reported to management - no action?

I had a requirement to find out coffee prices in the local area. Upon calling three Starbucks in Dundee, two failed to answer and a third (Kingsway West) hung up. I then tried Perth High Street branch. The call was answered promptly and professionally by Michael who assisted me with our query swiftly and politely. Now that's customer service. Thank you Michael.

I am a regular customer here and every experience is flawless. Michael, Chloe and Paul are assets to the shop. They make each visit very warm and friendly and cannot do enough to make every customer feel welcomed. I always have the same specific drink and they get it perfect every time. I look forward to every visit and chat in the shop as I know I’ll always leave with a smile on my face. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!

Come in regularly as there is a good selection of Drinks but also food . Very friendly Baristas who are always happy to advise on drinks. Good selection of music is played through out the day .

Love coming into Starbucks Perth, staff always helpful and really seem to enjoy there work which I’m sure is attributed to the good management team in there , you don’t need to wait long to be served and place is always clean

My review for High St Starbucks is one full of positive comments! During my last visit, I was particularly impressed. The store was full and the staff were extremely busy - however the tables were constantly clean and tidy and ready for the next customer to use! The staff were patient and friendly - especially Chloe who seemed to take charge and make sure everything was running smoothly! She is a credit to your team! All in all 5⭐️! Will be returning!

Staff not bothered asking details about your order or allergies. So you get a GR size and hot chocolate WITH cream as standard. The salted caramel cream cold brew is just coffee/ice/water/tasteless flat cream for £4.75. I am not in the hurry to come back.

Nice breakfast stop with a nice Mocha. The staff were polite and helpful. The fact that they had run out of till roll caused me hassle when attempting to claim through work.

Restaurant rather dirty - many tables has "left overs" - toilets needed refreshed - coffee was OK but rather expensive given the ambiance and the many other company outlets nearby that are cleaner and cheaper offering similar fare - needs attention!

These guys are awesome, always smiling, always make you feel welcome even at the most busiest times, nothing is ever any hassle. I only like coming here cos it's the only starbucks that get my mocha with caramel drizzle right. 😊 Couldn't praise these guys enough. Love coming here just to sit and chill by myself which doesn't happen very often for me. The whole team are an 11 out of 10 for me. Thanks for being a constant place of pleasure to sit and relax in guys. You are all Awesome. 🤗

Love my Starbucks Coffee. Spend far too much time in here. Staff always friendly. Cinnamon swirls are excellent. Not really any downside tables can be messy at times but staff will immediately clean them if you ask.

I walk in and the team don’t even need to ask me for my name, now that’s service!! Every time I pop in I’m so welcomed with a smile and a chat. I must say, their iced caramel macchiato’s with blonde roast are banging!!! Top class. Thanks guys, never change and keep being super - love yis xx

Lovely, friendly staff with a great atmosphere. I was here early morning and it was very clean and tidy. Great for meeting friends, bringing your laptop or just a quiet coffee on your own.

Generally good and delicious, but very dirty. Tables aren't being cleaned from dishes for long time, after dishes are taken from the table, tables stay dirty. Toilets in a bad state and don't look clean.

This is one of the nicer Starbucks I've been to. I've been coming here every morning for a coffee before work for a few months. It's in a good state, service is good, staff are nice. As far as a Starbucks goes I'd reccomend it.

Best customer service I have received in a long time. The young girl on the front door was exceptionally welcoming and after a brief conversation provided me with a sample of a coffee (alongside my order) of something she believed I would like... she was absolutely right!! Credit to her team!

I have been going to this place since it opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff have excellent customer service and I always leave happy knowing my coffee is made by some of the best trained staff. Always a pleasure 😊

Ewan at Perth branch is lovely , I went early, before work and he was just a good guy you know, nothing was a problem, happy to find me an alternative for the PSL since it's out of stock. He made my morning that little bit easier !

I don't come to perth very offten but when i do i am always looking forward to a lovely Coffee and toastie. Staff here are all super friendly even when the cafe is full and they are under a huge amount of stress. Well done guys and keep up the great work.

Great location, all your Starbucks favourites and a welcoming cosy environment. If you are able to get a window seat looking out onto the High Street then all the better. Love it here and always my coffee shop of choice when in town.

Me and my grandchilden came here for a coffee and ended up buying a reusable cups, amazing service and beautiful atmosphere i recommended coming here.

It’s a Starbucks, so there is not much different to anything else. However, the toilets were awful and the restaurant. Ended a really good, deep clean. Location is nice, the tables outside were a nice feature.

As I work in close proximity, I'm a daily visitor to Starbucks High Street Perth. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothings too much trouble for them, especially Chloe, Paul and Liam,who go above and beyond for customers. It doesn't matter if its really quiet or extremely busy they'll take time to help in any way they can.Having worked in hospitality for over 20 years, I'm fully aware the staff in Starbucks are extremely well trained, knowledgable in their products, and allergens just by watching and listening to them serve on a daily basis . There are a good selection of products clearly displayed and labelled, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian products, which are both sweet and savoury. The relaxed friendly atmosphere of this Starbucks makes it well worth a visit for locals and tourist alike, it doesn't matter if its a solo coffee,coffee with family/friends etc you will be made very welcome here.All staff are lovely but staff who's service has stood out to me are Chloe, Paul and Liam, who are an asset to this Starbucks. I hope Starbucks rewards staff for praise in reviews as appreciation goes a long way and hard work should be rewarded

I love Starbucks on the high street in Perth, possibly my second home when in Perth. I order through the app when I park my car and when I get to the store it’s ready waiting for me. Chloe, Ryan and Michael sort my order out for me even when I forget to change my rosy on the app. 10/10 would recommend.

Popped in for a coffee while waiting to meet friends. Met a friend walking by and had a coffee with him. Wide variety of coffee's available, reasonably priced with sheltered seating area in front.

What you expect from Starbucks, no gluten free cake or Alternative options available. This seems to be a chain issue as stores have no options either. Can you fix this Starbucks UK?

Edit: Have since returned a few times and the tables have been cleaned. Staff are friendly, drinks always seem to take forever to make. Flat White's rarely come out as a flat white. Way too frothy most of the time. Staff attitude makes up for it though, bar a couple of them. Toilets were clean. Tables need to be checked more often for them to be cleaned, considering there is a global pandemic ongoing.

I was in with my friend on a cold evening, it was three young girls on shift, they were met with loud obnoxious children coming in and making chaos of their store. A younger lady went up to them and asked them very politely (I overheard as I was sat opposite them) to purchase something or else they would have to exit the premises. This girl made my beverage and when speaking to her I noticed how well mannered and understanding she was towards me as this was my first time in their store. These children replied to her in a very rude manner which I was utterly appalled by!! A few minutes went buy and another lady who I assume was the manager went up to them and told them this time they had to leave. Then the attitude of these children got even worse! They eventually left. And came back. And left. And came back. All in my two hour visit!! If I was these girls I would’ve been very annoyed!! However I noticed the girls were having a laugh amongst themselves about the situation and making light out of a horrible situation. I was just amazed by how professionally they were taking the incompetent children disrespecting them. Just goes to show you that hospitality staff these days go through a lot. Kudos to those two girls for sticking up for themselves whilst keeping a professional tone!! It certainly didn’t go missed.

Occasionally try Starbucks but can’t abide high roast, still prefer Costa
