Smashing cup of coffee and lovely friendly staff. Their carrot cake is lovely and moist and tasty.

Service is SO slow. Staff are polite but have no sense of urgency and do everything at a leisurely pace. Not the place to visit if you're in a rush or don't want to wait an age. This is based on multiple visits at different times of day.

Meh! First time I’ve been the place is a bit shabby it needs a refurb, their coffee smells great but doesn’t taste great. I think it’s made too hot and you can taste the cup I had a takeaway btw. Also I think it’s location in town might not be helping was a bit of a rough crowd when I was in. Don’t even think about using the toilets 😅 will I be back? Not unless it’s the only caffeine source open one day, will I suggest to others… no. Literally there’s a number of better options very near by.

Excellent place to have a coffee and a sweet while getting some work done. The upstairs is large enough and quiet enough to get a few hours of work on the computer done. Free Wifi, plug Ins and space.

Impossible to connect to their wifi; sign up procedure slow and cumbersome. Free WiFi is a given in any Coffee shop!

I had a delivery placed today through deliveroo and it there were several issues but NONE IF THEM DUE TO THE STORE. The store were so lovely when they contacted me to tell me what was happening and even told me to try and cancel the order. Eventually deliveroo managed to rectify the issue but the store themselves still added apologies to the order and freebies. Thank you so much to the staff member who called me, I absolutely love this store and the staff both when ordering and when sitting in. Thank you 🙏🏻

Tea was good, food okay but poor vegan selection. Atmosphere was also good I liked it.

Love the coffee and the fruit scones with clotted cream 🙂 had the pork and panceta sausage roll, its worth a try.

Boxing day visit for a quick coffee. Perth was quiet so the cafe wasn't busy . Staff were friendly, the coffee was good so it was a pleasant visit.

Really enjoy the coffee. Good milk choices and reasonable prices. They filled my own reusable cup, so no waste.

It was a cold wintry December morning when my wife and I decided to enjoy a light breakfast. Since most of the breakfast spots in the city area are still not open for business before 10am, we decided to drop by Cafe Nero for a quick bite. The atmosphere of the Cafe is cosy and quiet since there are just the two of us as customers. We ordered a brie, bacon and cranberry panini while this option is only available during the festive season of December. The cheesy combination of the brie,bacon and cranberry is just so delicious . We also ordered a festive Cinnamon chai from the menu and that taste so good 👍. The service is good and friendly. I would recommend cafe Nero to anyone who is looking for a place for a early breakfast in Perth.

Lovely upstairs room, good staff, great vegan drinks. Toilets not very accessible or clean, and dark, although there is a downstairs disabled toilet.

Don’t allow dogs unlike all other branches have visited. Given option to sit outside but no spare chairs and despite being an empty table available told couldn’t bring seat outside. Very inflexible. Didn’t spend £15 to sit on park bench!!

The best coffee in Perth - its my taste /view. I like this place, from many years. I recommend the coffee Cortado tastes almost like uma bica portuguese 😍☕🍰ooo!! There you can have a really delicious Sicilian Lemon cheesecake and anothers cakes are good as well. Polite staff and good selection of music on the background 🎶 👌😁

Had 2 decaf cappuccinos which were very nice. However the cleanliness of the place needs to be looked at. Table were cleared but not wiped, a real bug bear of mine, being French and expecting better! Not pleasant sitting at a sticky dirty table. I had to ask for something to wipe it myself! All outside tables were the same. Get cleaning team!

Had a large cappuccino here today and I must have been unlucky. Very little flavour, very little foam and just a very disappointing visit. So much for having a treat!

First time we have been here. Coffee was lovely, cakes were really nice, friend and I shared one, it was like a black forest Swiss roll. Staff were lovely. Will definitely be back. Note to manager.....One thing though, get the lock on toilet fixed!

This may be a chain but it doesn't feel like it. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and get to know you. They make a very good coffee and I appreciate the choice in order including different kinds of non dairy milk. Lots of goodies to choose from and it's a nice building to sit in!

High street is a pedestrian precinct where you can sit outside as well as inside, whichever you prefer.

I like I nice coffee shop and this was.The staff were friendly and helpful and the choices on offer were good and we enjoyed our drinks but I felt that the shop itself was a little dark and dingy and in need of a little TLC and a lick of paint.

Visited with my friend, whilst out and about in the city of Perth. We needed a coffee to warm us up on a cold spring day. Obviously the option to sit in, is not available so we ordered our coffee's to go at the main front door of Caffe Nero. I ordered a large latte with an extra shot of coffee, my friend a medium latte with oat milk. Service when ordering was quick and payment was easy with contactless card payment. The staff were nice but there needs to be a better layout once you get your coffee to go. Have the sugars, sweeteners, stirring sticks in easy reach as well as napkins rather than trying to lean over tables to get sugar, stirrers and empty the bin regulary too. Just suggestions to make it a better coffee experience for the customer.

Probably the least safe café I've been to in lockdown. Staff and customers alike ignoring social distancing, masks and other simple precautions. I love café Nero, but this one let's the side down!

Pasé por un capuchino y una bandeja para hornear y tomé un asiento al aire libre. Buen café, agradable sentarse en una suave mañana de viernes. High Street es muy tranquila, por lo que no hay mucha gente mirando hoy. El personal está bien capacitado y es amable, se están tomando todas las precauciones.

Caffe Nero está situado en High Street en Perth. Hay asientos al aire libre en la actualidad con la opción de sentarse en el interior también. Todas las precauciones para covid 19 están en su lugar dentro de la cafetería. La decoración está bien, pero le vendría bien un poco de renovación para alegrar la cafetería. Feria de acceso para personas con problemas de movilidad. El ambiente es bueno. El personal es acogedor, amable y rápido con los pedidos. Pedí 2 cafés con leche para sentarse, estaban bien y nada especial. Un buen lugar para tomar un café cuando estoy en Perth, pero no es un lugar al que vaya con regularidad.

Well Covid secure. Espresso was good (and hot). My only gripe was that it was served in a cardboard container, given the current situation this is understandable. Decent carrot cake. My wife enjoyed the iced Cappuccino, this goes beyond my understanding. Well worth a visit.

I have been using this coffee shop in Perth for three years now, and only realised that I have never left them a review. Familiarity they say breeds contempt. The staff and products in this establishment have never failed to meet the very best of standards. Whether a quick coffee, a leisurely coffee and cake or a relaxed lunch the experience has always been enjoyable. That's why I say let's go for a Nero rather than a coffee. Keep up the good work.

Staff were under too much pressure and clearly under staffed. Cue out the door, no ecknowledgement from staff. Poor customer service by company NOT the individuals working. Profit being put ahead of staff safety and customer service. Hang your head in shame management, excel sheets don't do the work people do.

Comfortable seating upstairs and downstairs.. personally preferred over Starbucks and Costa any day. I visited Cafe Nero in the centre of Perth midmorning on a Thursday recently. The two staff looked after customers effectively and served coffee very promptly and happily. However, in my opinion, the cafe needed a good clean as the floor was dirty and tables not cleared. Maybe the relevant staff member hadn't turned up for work that morning?

Visit here frequently as work in the local area. Always boring me a flat white and a piece of carrot cake. Brilliant coffee. However, two things to improve the slices of cake are getting smaller for the price paid. And when you go upstairs always a lot of soiled dishes. Will carry on coming though as staff have an even balance of friendliness and not being over the top.

Just your average chain. Usual mass produced sandwiches/ cakes etc Staff pleasant, but theres much better places nearbye, privately owned.

I always go to Nero when I'm out and about in my home town. So when I'm visiting a new city, I like to check out their local Nero too. The consistency of the chain is as you would expect when it comes to the offerings available. The only difference I usually find is in the attitude and service of the baristas. Nero on Perth high street has warm, friendly, welcoming staff who are polite and willing to help in any way you need. Definitely pop in if you're passing.

Popped in here for lunch and a coffee whilst on business in Perth. I use my local Broughty Ferry outlet all the time so thought I’d try Perth. Great service - efficient, friendly staff. Good choice of sandwiches and cakes. Lovely coffee made to perfection. A nice seating area upstairs looking out over Perth High St.

Partner was complaining about weak & insipid coffee from a nearby Coffee bar chain - not realising Caffe Nero was just down the road , & much prefers their blend. So - 2nd & far superior coffee was drunk here, along with a moist blueberry muffin & a slab of banana cake. Very welcome refreshment from a bit of sale shopping , & pleasant to sit at the window & observe street life.

Nero is my go to place for coffee. My favourite being the speciality Caramelatte. No where does it like this. My treat!

The staff in Perth Cafe Nero are what makes it worth visiting. Always friendly, efficient, and working their buts off. Best cofee of all the large chains too. The place could do with a bit of redecoration though; it's starting to look very tired.

Customers service was polite and quick large selection of coffees and cakes. Parking was pay and display.
