Starbucks - Llanishen in Cardiff

Estábamos contentos de encontrar esta cafetería con bebidas como las que recibimos en casa. Y era un lugar agradable para sentarse y descansar durante una mañana muy ocupada. Y la cafetería estaba ocupada también, pero el servicio era amable.

Estos baños son antihigiénicos y repugnantes. Todas las reseñas dicen lo mismo, así que ¿por qué no están haciendo algo al respecto? No comería aquí ya que obviamente sus estándares de higiene son muy bajos

La comida es buena, pero Taylor swift música se reproduce en todo momento que arruina este Starbucks. No visitar ya que la música terrible siempre se reproduce a todo volumen en el interior.

Molly & Nia fue más allá. Pedí en la aplicación que recogiera mis bebidas y dieron lo que yo solo podía describir como servicio a celebridades. Fueron muy atentos y serviciales y fueron más allá para atender a mis primos 13 cumpleaños. Su amabilidad puso una enorme sonrisa en nuestras dos caras. Son un crédito para tu tienda : )

I have been here twice since Christmas and on both occasions no handwash !! Mentioned it to staff and apparently they are only allowed to use what is provided by Starbucks and that they don’t have any !! Handling food and drink after people have not washed their hands . Absolutely disgusting!!!

At 0945 the shop should be clean it wasn’t The coffee was so weak it appears no one was able to judge the grind requirement. Generally everything about this experience was poor except for the

Terrible service the workers need to improve on the service. I had to wait 10 minutes until I had to go so the workers need to improve

So fed up; literally every single time I order (takeaway) from here my drink is wrong, no extra flavourings I paid for, no whipped cream I paid for, and burnt tasting coffee. I stupidly try over and over again which is my own fault, but genuinely I have never had a correct order from here and when i mention it nothing is done. Better in store so why don’t you care about deliveries? Don’t offer the service if you can’t do both. This time half the label is missing… no whipped cream, no gingerbread flavourings. See pic. I hate that I had to do this but so fed up and so much money wasted with no resolution so.. save your coins 👍🏻

The girl was sooo rude to me when I asked how long my order would be ( I’d been waiting 10 minutes). She got my latte and banged it down on the counter “there” she said rudely!!!!

Staff were kind and polite, but drink was terrible for a frappucino ahoukd be blended right through could hardly drink through the straw due to clusters of ice. Again the staff were lovely feel as if the drink was rushed so were able to tend to impending customers due to a busy time period.

I popped in to this branch today and was thinking of trying an alternative to regular milk. I asked the woman serving me for some of advice and she was more helpful than I ever could of imagined. I’m so happy I asked, I ended up going for the soy milk option and I am so happy. The best service!

Come on Starbucks! I visited Ty Glas Road unit today with my sister. Very busy, that's great. Short wait for my order, that's great. Majority of staff happy and chatty, that's great. One member of staff thoroughly miserable , NOT great. Difficult to be happy and chatty when having an off day BUT members of the public do not need to know or see that you are having a bad day. I did pass comment to another member of staff about this particular person and she apologised. Maybe it was the dark interior of the premises that added to the misery? Starbucks you can do better. Lick of paint and a boost to staff moral would work wonders!

Service was slow, staff didn’t do drinks in order, Serving several customers before that ordered after us. Get the basics right

Shocking service after waiting inside to be served for 10 minutes & build up behind they told us to Waite outside!! either lacking interest motivation or just not trained properly... won’t return

Not enforcing masks on friday 14/5/2021 rude when i complained. Usually 5 star service but these new staff this day were abysmal and rude.

Popped in to grab quick coffee. No vegan snacks or gluten free snacks. Staff clearly didn't give a single toss. Busy chatting to each other, ignored customers. Toilet filthy.

I'm writing this review as some people's reviews of this location are a little off. I used to work in another store on this retail park, I'd visit the Starbucks a few times a week. 99% of the time they were rammed. So I would avoid the busiest times, for instance Weekend mornings. Or you know, when it looked like there was a big line or the place was heaving. To complain about a store being busy and having a long line is, well, silly. Come back at a time when it's not super busy and you won't have to wait, the staff won't be flustered and the tables will have been cleared. However if you tag onto the back of a huge line, dont complain about it. If the person serving you is flustered, empathise with them, they are dealing with it as best they can and if you came back when it wasn't as busy none of you would be frustrated. The staff in this store are awesome. They go above and beyond every shift and seeing the criticism of them makes me think that some people need to remember how to empathise and stop acting so entitled. I wouldn't normally stand up for a big company like this, but, the staff are humans. They are trying their best. 10/10

Went to Starbucks in Llanishen, Cardiff today with my 90yr old uncle to sit and have a coffee but couldn't because of how they have interpreted the TT+P rules. To sit in and have a coffee they demand you download the track and trace app to scan the QR code, produce 2 forms of ID AND complete a form, how ridiculous!!! My 90yr old uncle doesn't carry 2 forms of ID with him, also he is virtually blind therefore could not complete a form with his details and he doesn't have a smart phone so couldn't scan the QR code. Also, the girl greeting customers was definitely in the wrong job, she was rude and doesn't seem to understand customer service. We definitely wont be going back!!!

Called in here get 2 muffins for me n my friend. We had a chocolate one and a blueberry one . Both were tasteless. And way to expensive . I normally get my muffins from Lidl for 59p and will continue to do so . Starbucks overpriced and a rip off.

Visited for takeaway drinks. 20 minutes waiting in the queue before even ordering. Staff seemed flustered and inexperienced. Nightmare. I’ll be avoiding here on Saturday mornings like the plague

Starbucks always do a nice coffee. I agree with some reviews that it could be a little dirty sometimes, but this seems to have improved since a recent renovation.

Great to see that Starbucks Llanishen have become dog friendly 👍 We will visit Ty Glas a lot more now.

Was served my flat white in a disposable cup. I asked for it in a cup and saucer but apparently no cups available so all drinks served in disposable cups. This is Starbucks, why are there no cups available ?!

I had a very nice muffin and hot choclate but is a bit pricey but overall would come again and the staff are friendly

a popular stopping off place for mums, seniors and workers locally Tables come available quickly enough to accommodate new arrivals, and coffee etc always up to Starbucks standard - they even do decaf!

He estado aquí varias veces, sobre todo porque no hay mucho más a mi alrededor. Fui aquí esta vez porque tenía una comida abismal en el camino que simplemente no podía comer. ¿Al arrendamiento Starbucks es consistente y bastante predecible?Ellos habían renovado el interior con mostradores de vidrio que se veían mucho mejor, era bastante opresivo anteriormente. Comida como siempre, café bien. La decoración sigue siendo un poco básica, pero probablemente está diseñada para que no elijas dally, desafortunadamente no hay sillas o sofás cómodos.Así que, sobre todo un Starbucks bastante estándar, el personal es agradable y eficiente, que siempre es bueno.

Tenía el té de la tarde como parte de un paquete de mimos de spa, no su tradicional té de la tarde, no recomendaría la mantequilla que el sándwich de pollo con leche tuvo que enviar pero fue reemplazado con un delicioso sándwich de jamón, pastel delicioso, café bueno, personal de gran ayuda y amigable, no pude encontrar espacio para comer el bollo, así que los trajimos a casa con nosotros.

I don't expect false friendliness or even smiles. Just basic service and politeness. Not here. The person on the till walked straight past me and served someone else then got funny when she didn't listen to my order. Oh and I do expect milk.

A little disappointed and upset. I live in Llanishen and every Friday afternoon without fail I go for my coffee. Saved up all the reward stars with the app. Didnt realise I had already saved 15 stars therefore entitled to a free drink..when i turned up last Friday to redeem, staff said my reward has expired by 1 day. I didnt even know I already had my reward and that there is an end date to it. The Llanishen store had been closed for 3 weeks for refurb therefore i couldnt go for my weekly coffee for 3 weeks and havent checked my app during this period. Very disappointed that I spent so long saving my stars and I ended up with no reward.

All tables covered in used dishes and food, food on tables, chairs and floors. High chairs finished with, left around tables. Chairs all out of place. Dirty and not welcoming.

I pop in here every time I go shopping in Marks. I've always had good service but I can understand the negative reviews on what let's it down.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Unclean sticky tables. Rubbish everywhere on tables not being cleared. Dirty blocked toilet. Rude, abrupt staff that clearly don't want to be there any more. Unpleasant and certainly not the relaxed coffee we wanted. Letting the brand down.

Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty toilets. Staff too busy chatting to each other to clear tables or clean anything. Only 1 toilet and the floor covered in loo paper. I'm glad I don't have to visit again !!

Starbucks coffee 95% of the time is spot on
