Starbucks Eastgate in Highland

Usually get coffee to go from here but decided to sit in with my one month baby and used the changing facilities which were in a disabled toilet. They were absolutely horrendous! Filthy and the handle and lock on the door was broken. Not only a health and safety issue but obviously a privacy issue for people needing the accessible bathroom. The other two toilets weren't much better either. Decided to leave and use the main shopping centre facilities instead.

Nice place to chill and relax . Good place for getting your coffee or teas

Can't complain about the coffee,but the toilets are filthy,great clumps of mated hair and dust around all pipes,the walls are filthy as we're the floors and it was 8.30 am and 4 sheets of paper on the toilet roll,I'd hate to see there kitchen area if this is what's left for the public to see..

The large cup of Americano coffee was very good but the bacon roll was awful. Heated in a microwave, the roll and bacon was not hot and the bacon itself was very thinly cut and had no taste. Will not select that again.

Really poor customer service. 3 staff on duty at a slow time 2:20pm with maybe 7 customers. 20-25 minute wait because my sandwich was lost behind counter. No one called my name to pick up order. FOOD-tiny little flat pieces of processed chicken with loads of sauces. Unacceptable!! TINY little cup of peach tea.. too sweet. Try offering sugar free teas Overpriced!

Nice coffees hot and cold, bottles of juice and water. Foods like sandwiches, croissants, cakes, crisps ect. I tried a cake pop was good. Didn't have to wait long. Sat at a window seat was super comfy, nice place to sit and watch the world go by.

Good hot coffee seems most coffee shops serve coffee temped for some reason plus friendly staff cheers

Consistent as you would expect from a chain. Staff are lovely, which makes this Starbucks a little bit better than some others.

Fine enough for a coffee and seat.

Can't comment on the food but the coffee is good.

There was a few flies going about and my bacon roll was solid on the outside but overall not too bad

I do enjoy a Pumpkin Spice Latte, but the flat whites are not good.

I was served by very friendly staff, and my drinks were made perfectly. The cafe was clean and tidy, with staff cleaning tables quickly. I will definitely be returning! It's one of my favourite Starbucks in Inverness.

No soft drinks,no tea, tables dirty . Cakes had fruit flies on them. (Door of cabinet not closed!! ) disappointed in it!! Hopefully a one off.

Waited 10 minutes for my coffee after already having waited 10 minutes for food so no coffee with food, no oat milk only diary or almond no good if you are allergic. Dirty...customers asking for cloths to wipe their own tables, food all over the floor, disabled toilet blocked and nearly over following....surely a health and safety issue won't be back

I was in Inverness Starbucks store and for the third time they had no filter coffee so i had to buy the more expensive Americano with my food. I waited them 10mins for my food then got my drink 10 mins after my food. I asked for oat milk and was informed they did not have any. I was offered Almond or Soya and dairy milk. So i drank my expensive black coffee. I will not be using Starbucks again in Inverness and may stop going to other stores. The service was very poor and no manager around.

Just arrived 5 mins before closing, so the young lass suggested I take it to the food hall. I'm disabled, so she took it right out of the shop & into the food hall for me. Exceptional service.

Service was good,coffee good,cheese and ham toasties was average.

Smallest cappuccino is still twice to big, this is not the US.. tasted way to watterly. Prepare time over ten minutes.. Caffè ‘N’ and ‘C’ are way better.. Sorry, last time..

Came in at dinner time for a drink and went to the toilets all of which had no toilet roll in them. Ordering the drink was fine though.

Good staff, nice coffee but can get very busy. I like to sit at tab,es outside. Sometimes takes time for coffee to come, maybe more machines would help, but always nice

Visited Eastgate over the weekend and the experience was fantastic. The staff were so kind and really made my day. I was served by Caitlin who was super helpful in helping make a choice of coffee as I don’t often visit coffee shops. The workers making drinks Orla and Ellen who took the time to speak to me and really made my day before I had taken a seat and taken over my food and drinks to top off this amazing experience. Don’t normally make a review but I wanted to praise them. Look forward to already going back.

I recently visited Starbucks and had a delightful experience. The café shop had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. The team of baristas was incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. I must say, the manager, a cheerful and kind-hearted woman, stood out for her exceptional customer service. Her positive energy and attentiveness made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Starbucks offers more than just great coffee; it's a place where you can experience excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

I'm celiac, so staring at big cakes and gooey muffins to find I can only have 2 pre-packaged items, the size of my thumb.....a big chain like Starbucks should be better. Staff awesome and good atmosphere

I like the coffee and food at Starbucks but that's probably due to the high calorie count! Other options are available. It's busy here so there is never quite enough being done to clear and clean tables so you often need to move things yourself if you want to. On the plus side, staff are always pleasant and fairly fast, get your order right and you never feel harassed to move on or hurry even when it's very busy. Often a queue.

I regularly frequent Starbucks Eastgate in the mornings before work, and always find the staff to be friendly, embarrassingly attractive, and the coffee to be steadfastly excellent, however this morning I was moved (on some kind of inner cosmic level) to leave a review as this now-taken-for-granted-highest-level service has somehow been elevated by a particular member of the Eastgate team. Not only was my morning coffee sublimely made, but Charlotte then proceeded to engage in small talk-type conversation deftly balancing respect for the individual I am with the practicalities of serving many demanding individuals in a line.. small talk that not only made me laugh (I mean, not lol but pretty close), which is something in itself for a miserable old guy, but also small talk that I fear may satiate my soul throughout the day, most definitely making me feel valued as customer and, I confess, as a person. A highly recommended stop for your coffee-based needs in general, but Charlotte is super-awesome...and deserves some kind of prize.. or, like, a good star on her badge... but a prize would be better... maybe..

Appears to keep slightly longer hours than some of its local competitors. So it gets the trade.

Slow service and staff too busy chatting to deliver quickly.

Busy Starbucks so a bit of a queue to order but once I'd ordered the Americano arrived quickly.

Very nice and helpful staff who offered table service because my hands were full with a large holdall. Tuna melt panini was nice but a bit overpriced but this is Starbucks after all so you pay for the brand's quality and service. Whenever I'm in Inverness I stop off for coffee here. Decaf coffee tastes exactly like regular coffee too so you can get the taste without the palpitations and chest pain. Perfect for an after shopping stopover to kill time waiting for the train or coach. Staff work really hard and are efficient and friendly and I appreciate them.

Busy, quick service, good choice, great coffee, friendly staff

As a regular customer, it is disappointing that for the 3rd visit in a row there has been a shortage of Venti cups. Sitting with a paper cup is not my choice in a coffee shop. Lack of staff able to clear tables and manage the dishwashing appears to be the issue. More cups or staff is required.

Took over 40 mins to get a hot chocolate and water.Psid at till 12.23,did mot get order till 12.40.Longest ever wait.Not even that busy.2jan2023

Was a busy day but place was well stuffed up. Great service-even though they were dealing with a dishwasher breakdown.

Was my first time in Starbucks as I have lactose allergies but a very helpful staff member called Lucien helped me and advised me on the alternatives. Really enjoyed will be back

Our son's favourite - usual coffee offering from starbucks, friendly service and next to the kids ride on cars, though menu would benefit from a gluten free cake or two.

So so slow service..... waiting after ordering nearly 20 mins is not good....

My favourite coffee shop in Inverness, couldn't recommend more. I always know I'll be welcomed by fantastic service who always go above and beyond. Caitlin, Lucien and team are an absolute asset to the company.

I went in for a takeaway coffee just before they closed. I accidentally split my coffee and it seemed like it went everywhere! The staff were brilliant, assured me it wasn’t a problem and quickly made me a fresh cup. (Coffee was very good too.)

A coffee shop with no coffee who would of guessed. Asked for a pumpkin spice latte that they are advertising behind the counter, don't have. Then I ask for a filter coffee, the most basic of all coffees but surprisingly they didn't even have that!! Service was fine, but quite poor from a brand that I've normally found to be top notch.

Staff are always so welcoming, and always have banter. Which is why I always return to Starbucks for every lunch I am working in eastgate.

Was clean light and airy, staff very helpful. Tables cleared and cleaned very quickly coffee good to. Food was nothing special though.

Coming into this store is always a pleasure, as the staff is always friendly and ready to help. The coffee is always good, and pastries arr delicious. The only thing I would “complain” about is the new recipe of the ham and cheese panini, which of course has nothing to do with the store or the staff. Great experience.

Really lovely friendly staff and attentive. The place was always being cleaned by the young guy with blond hair and the lady with amazing purple hair was knowledgable on my questions about or drinks order and quick and providing great service. Really enjoyed our stay!

I was given a friendly greeting upon entry and while being served at the tills, Olivia on till was super helpful with my indecisiveness on my order, she also gave a great recommendation of cakes which were thoroughly enjoyed. When waiting at the bar for my drink, Amelia on bar was really chatty and made an excellent coffee and took notice of milk alternatives and syrups I had asked for. Im delighted with my experience visiting starbucks Eastgate today, all the staff were extremely helpful and created a great relaxed atmosphere, will definitely be visiting more often!

They ALWAYS bend over backwards for myself and my sister when we come in. We both have dairy allergies and they do their absolute best to ensure we can have the seasonal drinks, with little no no dairy. Currently sipping a pumpkin spice cold brew, with oat milk :D very very good group of staff.

As always, the staff are very friendly and helpful! Caitlin was offering me new drinks to try based off my usual preference and Abi remembered what I liked too which is nice!

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks in the centre of Inverness for a while now! And they never fail to impress me! Even though the constant stress they must go under with busy times there always so efficient and professional! And get drinks and food out on time and over all an amazing team! 😁😁 Would highly recommend
