Good food options even some vegan choices. I like the tall ceiling and huge windows; it makes it bright and open. The vegan bircher museli was really delicious and unusual with the mango, pineapple and coconut. Much healthier than a muffin 😊

Stay open till your actual closing time for the love of god. It becomes a joke when the staff are constantly closing up to half an hour before close. Just to talk around in the store doing nothing.

We visit Starbucks quite often, and always have the same experience with the same staff member. Her customer service is awful never served with a smile. If you’re going to apply for a job in hospitality and be in the face of the public then at least have enough respect to have a smile on your face. Another downside is you’ll find two young girls littering and tipping water everywhere in the car park…. No wonder nothing ever stays nice in Thanet, thanks to people like this!!!! Drinks are always lovely though, cheers👍

Staff try their best but looks like it doesn't matter how hard they try it's not good enough for the manager ,she isn't the right person for that position

Came in during a break in teaching to carry on with work. Yeah, I’m satisfied. Helps that there was plenty of seats to chose from,service was good and efficient. Coffee was alright to be fair, no complaints at all so I would return if in the area and need to find somewhere to focus on tasks.

The coffee was terrible, asked for a white coffee ☕️ l think it was dish water ,it tasted like dish water ,as for the Manager she was so rude to me and to her staff ,how she became Manager l do not know, all the training courses couldn't help her ,need a new broom to take over as Manager, then l may go back there ,but as long as she is in charge l won't go back.

Great coffee and friendly staff. Glad we have a Starbucks in our town now. Few hiccups when they first opened, that happens with any new business but they’ve sorted themselves out now. Enjoy my coffee in the morning on my way to work from the drive through and our visits at the weekend

Have given this place 3 opportunities to improve. First time was horrendous but had only been open a couple of weeks so gave them another chance 2 months later. Again ALL tables were dirty & Coffee was lukewarm & served in paper cups as their Dishwasher had broken!! I I was thinking this was definitely my last time there but gave in a few weeks later as really wanted a seasonal Egg Nog latte. I was hoping on 3rd time lucky but no such luck…..Tables ALL dirty again. Paper cups AGAIN 😡 as they were closing at 2.30pm on a Sunday. And clearly didn’t want to wash mugs. I insisted on a mug as egg nog lattes should not be served in a paper cup. It’s a hearty, Christmasy drink that should be enjoyed in a mug. The girl wasn’t happy about giving me a mug. Milk was burned. And egg nog had been poured into the drink. It was so bad it wasn’t drinkable. I had two sips and left it all. Should have got a refund as I made the decision then and there not to go back. I will have my occasional starbucks treats in Canterbury when I visit the town. They are brilliant there. Such a shame as they won’t be successful if they keep these awful standards up. And I was SO excited about having a Starbucks here but this one is a huge disappointment. 😞
