We went in for a coffee. Staff seemed friendly. My name wasn't called when my coffees were ready and there was no milk in the white Americano. The coffees were made fairly fast to say how busy it was. The place seemed fairly clean.

There is no signage on the tills to pay or Collect, Unfortunately I stood at the collect end, not one member of staff sold me to move. After waiting I asked Tyler where to go. Without speaking he just rudely pointed to the other end of the bar with a grunt. Awful customer service, won’t go again

This place is a disgrace. Filthy tables and fooors, which were sticky and had rubbish all over the place, and almost nothing to eat besides crisps! Run by youngsters who had no manners or pride, and clearly not overseen by management. It’s a recipe for food poisoning. I don’t know how they survive letting their places go like this. Avoid!

Lovely staff Ellie & Emily but on a freezing cold day to find the automatic doors were broken and stuck wide open was a real problem. The place was so cold. Apparently doors have been broken a while (before Christmas) talking to a very cold student customer. Surely Starbucks could get this fixed asap.

I go to Starbucks because my friends like it. Yesterday, I was the first to arrive. Long queue so I took my place until Friend 1 arrived. I stay in the queue while she finds a table and clears off the crockery and wipes it. I was still in the queue when she moved to another table, not in the draft from the door. She cleared away the crockery and wiped it. Finally, I joined her at the table as Friend 2 arrived to join the queue and place her order. Friend 1 queued to collect our coffees and food while I sat alone and Friend 2 was still queuing. By the time all 3 friends were seated with our drinks, half an hour had passed. The place is full of bored children holding places at tables while parents queue and order. I don't know who takes care of clearing and cleaning tables but I have been there many times now and only seen it done once. Mostly, it's the customers. I suppose the management doesn't care about the poor reviews. People will keep going, however, dismal the experience. Oh, I should say, they had a bit of a revamp a few months ago and the overall impression is less dingy. I suppose getting new tables was easier than cleaning the old ones.

what a depressing establishment,poorly lit, grim dirty decor you could write your name on the canopies over the serving areas. Rubbish and paper on the grubby looking floor. dirty looking dishwasher frontage and generally untidy preparation areas. The covid protection screens looked as if they had been washed in dirty water. The whole place needs a good revamp. Nothing like the starbucks at the top end of the city

After having issues with uber eats and the driver cancelling/ damaging my order, i phoned the store who advised me to complain through uber and reorder if i wanted. when my order arrived, they had packaged an extra item with a lovely note for the inconvenience cause. Thank you to the lovely staff on the phone and who gifted me a free item

In the absence of any savoury or sweet vegan options we contented ourselves with an espresso and an Americano. The cafe was busy but we managed to bag one of the few soft seats. I didn't feel it had much atmosphere compared to other chains and independents.

I accept that Starbucks is renowned for their coffees but I don't drink coffee so opted for a tea. What a mistake that was, it was suggested I either went for a medium or large option as it was on offer. I went for the medium and it was undrinkable and looked like milky water. Ok not everyone likes builder's tea but this didn't even resemble tea at all. The only good thing was they were offering the 50% deal so I didn't have to waste a full priced drink. Never again!

This branch lets down the brand. It is grubby, smelly and needs a refurb. Service is also very slow. Tables are not cleared quickly either so it can be tricky to find a clean one.

Utterly disgusting and filthy inside. Floors not mopped, tables sticky and covered in used cups and plates. Staff seemed to struggle with our order for some reason, it really wasn’t complicated. Probably didn’t get that while we were trying to tell them what we wanted, they were busy talking amongst themselves, not really bothered about customers. Food came about 5 minutes before the drinks, which were literally just thrown on the table for us, by a member of staff who looked like he really shouldn’t be in a customer facing position. Not once person came out to clean the tables, in the hour we were there. Yet 2 of them were stood just chatting behind the server, no queue and obviously not busy. The toilets....well, the less said about them, the better. I took one look and walked out. No way would I risk my person safety by using them. I’d rather wet myself in public. Lacking in any kind of leadership or management, as per, they were probably sat in the office, doing nothing and thinking they’re important. I’ve made mention to them on several occasions issues I’ve had, but the manageress refuses to listen and gets shirty with you about it. She even threatened me with being barred once. Needless to say, I’m done with this place. Until it can have staff that are adults, and management that can actually do what they’re paid to do, I won’t be visiting again. There’s really no wonder it’s not had a refurb, I doubt the company will put money into it, when it’s run the way it is. Management should be sacked and replaced. Until that happens, there won’t be any improvements made. Don’t waste your money here, lincoln has several Starbucks that are far superior to this

Despair when i visit but always hopeful they will spend some of the monies on upgrading and thoroughly cleaning this place. Wall colours are drab and its certainly not a place i visit on a regular basis because of my comments. Needs new furniture and new fresher wall coverings

I just read a review I wrote in 2017 which I had forgotten I had written and nothing has changed. You still have dificulty finding a table that has been cleared, if there is a queue your ordered food comes cbefore your coffee is prepared and there is the obligatory person on a notebook computer for hours hogging four of the easy chairs using the premises as an office. The food is K and the coffe good, pity about the management.

Visité 1500 un domingo por la tarde y el lugar estaba asquerosamente sucio. Los baños eran un estado y tuvimos que limpiar tablas nosotros mismos. El suelo también estaba filtrado y cubierto de comida. Probablemente le va bien, ya que estar en un parque comercial ocupado tiene un mercado cautivo. El siguiente parque de venta al por menor a lo largo de allí es una costa que es mucho mejor, ocupado, pero siempre limpio, lo cual es una ventaja enorme sobre este Starbucks. Es sorprendente que Starbucks como marca no controle esto más de cerca.

Fuimos a tomar un café tranquilo para encontrar una pareja con 2 perros sin correa saltando en los asientos. Una segunda pareja llegó con otro perro y procedió a darle una taza de crema que derramó en el piso. También ladraron el uno al otro. ¿No deberían haber estado afuera? . No me importan los perros, pero otros clientes tendrán que sentarse en los asientos y el personal tendrá que limpiar el desastre. Terminamos nuestro café, le contamos al personal nuestra insatisfacción y nos marchamos. No estoy seguro de que volveremos, realmente es una pena ya que es un café nuevo en una buena ubicación

La comida es terrible. A veces me apetece un buen panini, pero probé dos veces en Starbucks, me hizo sentir enfermo el primer pollo sin gluten, ¡ASUSTADIZO! ! . y la última vez el pesto rojo me causó una verdadera enfermedad. nunca fue capaz de comer más de 3 bocados. Bastante justo mirando ingredientes llenos de todo lo malo para ti, pero el panini no solo está casi vacío por dentro, sino que tiene un gusto artificial apropiado. Ahora incluso pensar en la comida Starbucks me pone nervioso. Por este precio? Vergonzoso.

We were out shopping today. And we really fancied an iced coffee Frappuccino like the ones we had on holiday. Sadly there isn’t really what I would call adult management on site/ at least on site today. When a member of staff sneezed into his hands, you’d think he would excuse himself and WASH his hands!!! He didn’t! He continued with our order.

I would rate this establishment as just below average. Typical Starbucks food and coffee and typical long time waiting for your coffee to be prepared. If you order hot food this will be delivered long before it is your turn for coffee. The tables are often dirty and un-cleared. One of the most annoying aspects (probably a management issue) is seeing the groups of four arm chairs being taken up by a single person with an empty mug of coffee sitting for long periods just texting or reading.

I use this Starbucks fairly frequently due to its convenience, free parking and free Wi-Fi. But I feel I will be visiting a lot less often due to the very poor cleanliness. I often find the table is sticky and I have to clean it before I sit down.

I'm a regular here as I work nearby and have had mixed experiences. Occasionally the staff are a little slow as is common in quite a few starbucks but (Thai?), the good looking peter andre look a like is always pleasant and really fast at serving. All staff are pleasant and I love sitting in and absorbing the busy atmosphere.

Our visit to Starbucks today was not a great experience. Apart from the lad who made us our drinks, the staff were a bit rude and had no customer care. The young girl who served us made no attempt to interact with us and didn't even offer a tray. She then carried on speaking to her colleague, while I loaded all the food onto the tray. He was obviously more interesting then us! The man that took our money didn't even smile! 3 staff members and only one of those had a smile and a kind word. Not good when you are working in retail!. Dirty tables and loads of empty cups and plates on the tables! It wasn't even that busy. Sorry to say I won't be returning.

The coffee is the usual good standard but the seating area is an absolute disgrace and looks like it is never cleaned, there is only 2 toilets and one was out of order so I had to queue and when I got to use it, it was a real mess in there. I would advise coffee to go!!!! I have bought coffee here on a few occasions and every time it has been messy and dirty in the seating area

Terrible dirty place to visit, took my daughter for coffee and cake here one morning, being served was a trauma, I got £1.89 over charged, then lied to about my refund, I was told by the till woman the credit would go back on my rewards card, I questioned this with the barista who said I would not be credited on my card as the woman had done the refund wrong, they had to get the money out the till to give me my refund, the place was dirty, tables full of used cups/ plates, sticky tables, the only good thing about this place is the male barista, he's brilliant at making the perfect drink, will go out his way to make you an alternative if they have run out of something, he knows the business inside out, if he ran the place I would go back, unfortunately the unpleasant staff on the till and lack of table clearing let the whole place. I will never go back to this Starbucks again.

Have visited three times this month for drinks with friends. The coffees and cold drinks are delicious but the service is so slow. After waiting to be served you have to wait again for your drink to be made, usually by just one person. On my last visit myself and my friend were waiting 25 minutes from standing in the queue to sitting down with our drinks. Luckily the parking is free. On last 2 visits the summer fruit smoothies were unavailable which was disappointing.

Boxing Day not hugely busy. Got served OK, had to wait a while for milk to be replenished, not one clean table in sight. Clearly understaffed. My husband's tea was not good and the caramel waffles were a packet of sweet nothingness, my mocha was ok. Tables eventually cleared but not cleaned down. Very dissapointed.

Has the common Starbucks problem of being understaffed with very slow service. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 teas. After 15 minutes the coffee appeared waited 5 minutes but they had lost the tea order. Staff were apologetic and polite so suspect it is a management issue of not employing enough staff. Very slow and clearly could not handle the volume of customers as there were lengthy queues when we left. The store appears to be in need of modernisation and was not particularly clean. Generally I find Costa far more preferable and efficient.

I live nearby this Bucks and make regular visits. This place is literally hit and miss. Sometimes it has a full selection on the menu, but at other times it has very little. Last week my partner and I went for coffee and some lunch only to be told that due to 'delivery issues' there was no food at all. I would also avoid this place if you want a relaxing coffee, especially when it is busy.

Called here whilst visiting Lincoln on a Monday, shopping and lunch but we had a mod morning drink here. Hubby had latte and I had tea. We sat outside listening too a local school choir in the precinct singing. Lovely sunny day, hubby's latte was ok. Never hot but he loves the tase of Starbucks. My tea was hot, wet and nothing else really. It's not the best Starbucks we visited but we would call again if in the area. Staff do need too smile tho.

I've visited this Starbucks on a number of occasions and generally 2 things have always stood out: 1. Very slow service, mainly because they seem to be understaffed so the queues get large as they can't serve people quickly enough and 2. It is dirty/untidy. Again I think this is down to a staffing issue. There are always tables that need cleaning and the place generally just looks a mess. This has put me off visiting and I haven't been for a while, however I went in again recently in the hope that it may have improved and unfortunately not. I'm also sorry to say that I've always found the loo to be dirty too, which is a real turn off. This place could definitely do with some improvement and with the issues mentioned above, i'd much rather visit the local Costa where I know things will be clean/tidy and more inviting.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon when the Retail Park was quieting down. The cafe is gloomy and ill lit and the tables and chairs in stark wood added nothing to the comfort factor. We ordered coffees and breakfast rolls. It was very difficult to hear the server due the reverberating sounds caused by the minimal decor. We duly paid and then had to queue again behind 4 others waiting for their coffee. Our hot food arrived while we were still queuing for drinks, so the hot food was going cold whilst we waited for the coffees.

Went in here on a busy Saturday morning, managed to eventually find some seats and then promptly queued for nearly twenty minutes to be served, if I wasn't with other people I probably would have walked out. It wasn't the staffs fault as they were working their socks off, just wasn't enough of them. The coffee was reasonable and we all had the grande size which was huge, also had a mocha with cream piled high on top. I thought the lay out of the coffee house could have been better, tiny tables and loads of chairs scattered here, there and everywhere. Sorry starbucks won't be back, thought it was very stressful and not what I want to experience again for a long while

Just in my local Starbucks and have to say I am astounded by the customer service here. I chose a skinny spiced vanilla latte and it really was not to my taste. I tried my luck and the ladies behind the counter changed it for something else with absolutely no quibble. Thank you so much Starbucks.
