Starbucks Coffee in Surrey Heath

If you don't have thirty minutes spare, then don't get a coffee here! We went today on a Saturday to grab two coffees and it took just under thirty minutes! There was three staff who were pleasant enough but the wait time is ridiculous! Go somewhere else!

It's a starbucks in a supermarket. What do you expect?

Busy premises, slow hands, restaurant looks messy.

Poor acoustics, and an outdated, environment which whilst convenient being attached to Sainsbury's, makes me feel a little robbed considering the prices.

I come here for Coffee whilst my daughter is at Explore learning. One of your servers knows how to serve a hot coffee, the rest serve me some lukewarm concoction. Not impressed, especially as it's not cheap.

You can't beat Starbucks coffee and atmosphere.

We visit every Saturday whilst our son is at Explore Learning (also based in the store) and have been impressed so far. The sofas really need reupholstering, but the chairs and tables are in good condition, it's usually clean in there and we've only ever had one bad hot chocolate there; the rest of the times the drinks have been lovely. A warmed pain au chocolat is also welcome if we haven't had breakfast! Looking forward to our relaxed, child-free Saturday mornings now and better weather so that we can get some sun outside! It seems very popular and of course lots of free parking nearby! (up to 3hrs)

Always good to take a break, good coffee and food.

Great place for a coffee & snack after shopping. Just wish it was a little less expensive!

Not a place for a quiet coffee, but the staff are excellent and the place is clean.

I called in here for a quiet cappuccino after shopping at Argos and Sainsburys. I speak perfectly good English. I was charged for 3 coffees instead of one. I complained. To my astonishment the girl threw away 2 drinks that she just made down the sink and then offered me a refund. Incredibly bad service. When I asked "why"??? She just raised her shoulders. Just another coffee shop. However, on this occasion the staff were great attentive and fast. Coffee always good in Starbucks.

Had to use the Starbucks as my office the day. Staff we great it was relatively quiet considering it was half term enough plugs available & coffee close by, what more do you need for a days work😜

Distustingly dirty store not even one table could be sat at... we actually asked them to put out dine in order into take away cups and left!!

Simply the best branch in the area - easy to get to, interior feels airy, roomy and clean, ample parking. Outdoor seating is a lovely bonus when the sun is out. Team is amazing too! Shoutout to Callum for the best customer service and best coffee 👍

I got this via deliveroo. It's a tall size iced coffee but it's not even close to full when it arrived.

Well what can I say, staff were pleasant, hot chocolate was hot and slightly chocolaty, it was Starbucks. Plus side, parking was free.

Ordered coffee for delivery via just eat, have to say the staff may have converted a Costa lover! Not to mention the added thank-you on the delivery bag really made my day.

Usual stuff, noisy and expensive if you add a snack

Handy location for lunch during work hours. But on the smaller side.

Drive through is alright but walk-in, gets a less priority.

Usual fair. Annoying location. Used as a through route for shoppers trolleys and all.

Toooo slow. Make the mistake of turning up and ordering, you could spend your afternoon watching all the mobile orders being served. The problem with mobile ordering, real customers can't see the queue in front of them.

Really poor service. Had to explain again and again what I wanted. There was confusion and the coffee that had been ordered didn't arrive. Just generally an inexperienced crew for a busy Sunday morning..

A standard Starbucks and not too busy. Seems cleaner than most but it is new.

As always a delicious choice of coffee, cakes, pastries, paninis etc. Tables and chairs needed cleaning on this visit

They make the best drinks here, some of the other Starbucks staff are not very good at making the drinks but this Starbucks makes it right everytime on every drink selection

Coffee is good but the staff are slow and they still have not got their heads around the COVID restricted seating.

I don't know how you can make a latte not seem like a latte at all, but somehow these guys have managed it almost every time I've been. There was no foam, hardly any milk.. it's just a regular coffee. Other branches like Bracknell and Fleet make proper lattes with lovely foam, plenty of milk and it's an enjoyable experience. The coffees at Camberley may as well be from a roadside diner. Either some genuine interest in what you're doing, or some staff barista training is in order.

We pop into this Starbucks on our walk from Blackwater, we need to sit down and rest with a coffee. They do a nice frappe when it's warm.

Only 2 customers waiting, 3 staff too busy chatting and not listening to the customers orders. They messed them up, my friend got the wrong coffee the other customer asked for NO WHIPPED CREAM and she got WHIPPED CREAM. I had to ask for chocolate on my Cappuccino. Dreadfully long wait, My friend could have done it quicker and she's in her 60's. Tasty coffee though. ☕ The lemon cake was nice. 🍰

I don't drink Starbucks, I only go there at the moment for my wife as, currently, she is unable to. She always has a medium, decaf, soya latte, which, for some strange reason, she likes!! Me, I'm a Costa person through and through.

Always a pleasure going to Camberley Starbucks to see Holly, Callum and co. Andrew made a gorgeous coffee. You can always taste the difference with a good batista.

Always great friendly service, and the pre-order function on the App is brilliant!

Great experience. Clean and safe

I have visited the Starbucks cafe in Sainsburys 3 or 4 times in the last 2 weeks and have yet to see any member of staff clean the tables. The floor is usually covered in crumbs and again shows no sign of regular cleaning. Social distancing of tables is fine but please put in more effort to clean and disinfect them.

Great service, great friendly staff, vasco, the young man is very helpful, clean and quick service , 100 percent better than Costa!

Great selection of gluten free and vegan food. However; customers and staff constantly using the exit door (for both entering and exiting) when not actually using Starbucks. Starbucks is a cut through to the carpark / Sainsbury's. This makes it very cold sat by the door in the winter. Unfortunately that's why I can't mark this any higher than 2*. Therefore I would not recommend eating in the cut through.

Runs well given how busy it tends to get.

Had a latte, awful, so left 3/4 of it. Service was slow even though there wasn't a lot of customers. No time of my side to complain, will vote with my cash and not return

Not the cleanest coffee shop, very busy but it is attached to a supermarket. Average coffee.

Staff were lovely. Place had air con turned up so high everyone was wearing coats indoors, and the music is so loud you can't hear the person next to you.

Had to drink out of a take away cup, which quite frankly I don't like doing. The reason, the dishwasher was broken(again) what appears to happen quite frequently at this Starbucks.

First and last time visiting this Starbucks! The staff don't listen and when advised they had got my order wrong they roll their eyes and make the customer feel they are in the wrong! Suffice to say Customer Services was made aware of the situation!

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. Possibly the worst service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks! At about 1pm today there were 5 people waiting for their drinks to be made. Callum was the staff member making drinks whilst Kirsty and Harriet stood in front of the till chatting. Whilst they’re chatting there’s another girl that can see we’re all waiting but is just taking her time filling up the ice. Now this is something that wouldn’t usually bother me had Callum not have literally held my cup (I knew it was mine because it had a mobile order sticker on) and chatted to them - not whilst making my drink might I add, just chatting whilst holding the cup. I assume Kirtsy and Harriet aren’t hard of seeing, so were fully aware of the 5 customers waiting for drinks and just didn’t fancy helping. I find it hilarious that the last Starbucks I went to was in Disney World and they have 4 members of staff covering 200+ orders an hour, yet these 4 members of staff can’t even handle 5...I guess you really don’t get the same kind of service in England.

Popped for a tea and a muffin. Friendly and efficient service.

Always good service, however, tables not always cleared as regularly as they could be.

Love the Chai tea here, especially now with the alternative milk options. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough Chai in it though, so taste it before you walk away with your take away cups. They are always willing to redo it.

Very busy. Tables dirty. Ran out of chocolate syrup. The staff did their best, but run ragged.

Server sneered at me when she thought I'd pronounced Rooibos incorrectly, when in fact it was she who was in error. If you want to anglicise it, say Red Bush. The Rooibos Latte was quite nice, though. Shame the sarcastic, eyerolling employee had to spoil it.

Very busy shop within a large Sainsburys store. The staff were very efficient but the coffee was awful! Very bitter, so bitter I had to have 4 sweeteners in it!

Went in for a relaxing coffee. Never again! They take you order then make you stand at the end of the counter in a poky corner and wait for you order which comes seperately. Then you take a seat if you can find a clean one and put you coffee on a table that could do with a good clean. Not good at all.

This Starbucks is definitely my favourite in the area, it really puts Camberley town centre to shame. Staff are always friendly and happy to help! The coffee is great!! Only criticism is that occasionally a few items are out of stock. Would recommend.
