Starbucks located on the business estate, Queenborough. Has a useful meeting room, large enough for around 9 to 10 people.

I have used the drive-thru and also inside at this location. The coffee and service are good, and the staff is attentive. The app is useful for ordering and easy to use. My only negative is the menu could be healthier.

We just popped in here for a quick coffee. As Starbucks go this was a good one with friendly staff and fast service. It was clean and there was plenty of space available. Will go back here defiantly in the near future. Really enjoyed the calming atmosphere

A very good Starbucks. Great place if you want to work from your laptop. There's a meeting room too. I like it that they have their waste coffee grounds all packed up ready for people like me who add them to their compost heaps.

Nothing to complain about. Just a coffee shop.

Just popped in to order a PSL with oat milk and a black americano and had the nicest lady serve me even said to my boyfriend thats the nicest way I've ever been served in a Starbucks but we've got out to find that the Latte is plain and the pumpkin spice flavour had been added to the black americano. Now been left £8 short with drinks neither of us want to drink 😭 too far into our journey with a baby to go back and change. What a shame :(

Terrible service, I only popped in for a PSL, one lady in front of me, who'd been waiting nearly 10 minutes for her 1 drink. They seem to focus more on the drive through, and literally ignore anyone waiting inside, i wouldn't mind so much if they'd acknowledged you, or simply said sorry for the wait, but nothing. When I finally did get my drink it was wrong, don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Perfect location for me this Starbucks. My only gripe is the music can be quite loud at times when trying to work. Other than that everything is perfect, the service levels are consistent, the quality of the drinks consistent so very happy.

Like most coffee places you over pay

Typical coffee shop with staff that make no actual effort in customer service. Wouldn’t bother asking any questions you’ll be greeted with a quick grunt whilst they try to manage the drive thru queue. The caramel iced frappe is bloody lovely though…

The staff were so lovely on the drive-thru, they introduced our little puppy to puppucinos and she loved it! Just had to review as it was such a lovely experience!

Dog friendly, great atmosphere, clean restraunt and the staff are just brilliant. Always smiling and happy to help. This has to be one of the best starbucks in the South East.

So great to be able to take our dog in! Dante was given a Puppacino and made very welcome by staff and customers. Service was brilliant - competent and friendly. Toastie and coffee delicious. Premises clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this branch

Thr baristas are always really welcoming and friendly. Happy to suggest drinks. I usually go in with my toddler and I am currently very heavily pregnant and they are always kind enough to bring my order to the table. It's usually clean and so are the toilets. Nice little outdoor seating.

Had a meeting in the community room, which this branch is blessed with. My charitable organisation meet here every so often. Amazing coffee, as usual, and great service. Can't rate the food as'I didn't consume any, but the goodies in the cabinets looked yummy 😋

Didn't buy food, just a hot drink. Shop was warm and welcoming on such a cold day, coffee was up to it's usual high standard, and service was prompt. Always an enjoyable visit.

One star is too generous. Service was diabolical, got my order wrong and because i asked for what I actually ordered walked off cussing. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. Before i even had chance to say thank you women shouted “you’re welcome”. serious attitude problems

Discusting service, went through the drive by to get a drink before work and got served by the most unpleasant woman, she actually swore at me, will never be going there again

Went to the drive thru at 9am on a weekday and had to wait in a queue of cars for around 15 mins for our order. The car at the front of the queue, also waiting for their order didn't move for what seemed like ages. No apology offered from staff for the wait when we did finally receive our order. Food was nice and the drinks were still hot.

My favorite relaxing Starbucks. Staff have got to know us and are always very kind and helpful. The flat white is lush. I often have non dairy milk. Access very easy and there is a small court yard garden if you fancy. But best of all they are dog friendly and my 2 pups come along and gave a free pupachino (cream in a pot)

Very clean. Very welcoming and good customer service.

Staff were friendly but the place was filthy! All the tables were covered in crumbs and sticky marks. Had to brush crumbs off seats before sitting down. One of our drinks came back wrong so had to go back and wait at the counter whilst it was corrected, meaning we didn’t get to enjoy the social treat of chatting together over our drinks as one was finished before the other was started! Maybe they need more staff?

Never had a problem with this Starbucks until today. We all know it’s spooky season which means that PSL is the most popular drink going. Today in store I went to order what I always do: a blonde roast oat milk PSL just for the barista to ask three times “a what sorry” in the end I said the words Pumpkin Spice Latte wondering why someone who works for a franchise that is most popular for this pumpkin goodness didn’t know what a PSL was…

So lucky to have our local Starbucks. They have a community room which is available to book for meetings so you can have your meeting and enjoy a lovely coffee and even better; it's accessible for all. Staff are really friendly and efficient.

Love Starbucks how ever the lack of a screen on the card machine irks me. I have no idea how they use it on a daily basis.

Peaceful and quiet whilst relaxing with a tasty coffee. EDIT. Was peaceful and quiet until a couple came in with a barking dog which smelt of wet dog and was sniffing around everyone. Put me right off my lunch and not one member of the staff was interested in stating the "No dogs inside policy" Seriously disappointed and will return to Costa Coffe for my lunches now.

Was great, the coffee is nice. We enjoyed our drinks. The staff seemed preoccupied with a customer who kept returning his coffee but it seemed to be dealt with politely.

Had to wait 5 mins for drinks and they didnt get my drink right ended up being a cup full of warm milk instead of a 4 shot latte not impressed

Considering the number of staff vs the number of customers it was very slow moving. Also the collection area doesn't leave a lot of room to stay away from people (I like doing that regardless of covid)

Tried a soya latte for first time as it was different to what I normally have but I'll definitely be having one again.

Another slow service, they seem to be more interested in the drive through than people sitting in. Wont come here again considering 3 staff working. Awful

From Mid 2020, so maybe its better now, perhaps. Starbucks vary in standards and service. Personally, this one didn't meet my expectations but got my custom as a one off as it is the only one on the island (as far as I know.) No discounts for customers with own cups (when plenty of others were accommodating.) Prices were not great either. Coffee was good though.

Ordered a cappuchino (thought this was supposed to have some coffee in it!), was just like hot watery milk. Unfortunately had driven away before I sampled this delight.

Tried the new mallow and smores frappucino. It was DELICIOUS!! well made, didn't wait to long in the drive thru, considering the weather and everyone wanting cold drinks. Staff, polite and friendly.

The coffee here is very nice, very very warm. All other coffees...losers. Everyone agrees.

I use this store weekly. 3 staff on duty today customer in front of me served. No one waiting in the drive through. I waited 5 minutes and was ignored by all staff Even though they all saw me standing there. I walked out and will not be back again.

Lovely and nice to sit in the morning with a coffee or hot chocolate. But pricey considering the product (which is nice) but some things are just overpriced

The other people I was waiting for were stuck in traffic without my knowledge... So I ordered 3 drinks. When I found out they were stuck in traffic I asked the staff if the drinks could be remade for when they arrive but the staff looked totally put out by this. Normally the staff are really lovely and friendly but today they weren't... Maybe due to the weather ☔🤷‍♀️

Loved it before, however now it's freezing in here.. most of the staff appear to not really care about anything. They talk amongst themselves more than anything else. Disappointing.

Service so slow, staff are rude, talk amongst themselves rather than serve a waiting customer and obviously never heard of service with a smile. After being served then had to wait yet again for mr slow to decide to make my drink

The hot drinks and food are pretty good at this Starbucks on neats court, sheppey. For me though, not so the cold drinks. Glasses filled with ice and a small amount of whatever drink you choose poured over it and topped off with a squirt of cheap squirty cream on top. I don't enjoy them at all. And you will pay dearly for them. The restaurant at neats court is pretty good, with comfortable seating, a partitioned off room that l think you can hire out, a drive through and a nice outdoor area for when the weather is nice. If I enjoyed the cold drinks more l would give it five stars, but then it might just be me.
