Jade House in Swale

We have been going to jade house for a while now always been ok but they have let it down they don’t seem to get it wright lately I just thought it may just be a blip but last night we had the worse meal ever my partner was up all night , I had the hot chilli sauce king prawns it smelt really fishy and looked the wrong colour I only ate some of the sauce not the prawns and it had no taste we will not be going there ever again

Absolutely crap know delivery driver how are you so post to do business without a delivery driver needs to be re looked in to as regular customer and the delivery service is poorly managed and a waste of time I will be taking my services to someone who dus have more then one delivery driver whos so post to running a business well this is beyond poor service and it’s a waste of money and time and it’s never hot at all on delivery and they must be be completely out of there normal service

Been looking for a decent Chinese as the one we use to use isn't great anymore and came here. Food was absolutely lovely. 10 very hungry people for a special occasion and this didn't disappoint. Phoned order through and was ready to collect on the time given. The man was very friendly. Great service! Many thanks from 10 very satisfied full up people.we definitely will be coming back 😊

Great Chinese, best we have found. Food always hot and tastes delicious, staff really friendly. Only down side is that it's cash only.

Food is great from here! I love the fried beef and mushroom, it's really juicy and flavoursome, and goes well with some rice. Bare in mind this takeaway is cash only.

Just went to visit this takeaway for the first time after looking it up on line and ready the good reviews it very close to me so very handy. Had a look at the menu when I got there as there was not one on line, choose my food ordered, went to pay and it’s cash only. Why does it not say CASH ONLY So I can’t rate the food but I can rate the information on the website.

The food quality is fantastic and the portion sizes are nice. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would say that this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area.

Ordered from here the rice was overcooked chips undercooked the chicken balls soggy and swimming in oil chicken balls were pink in middle hairs in my chow mein just disgusting so took it all back to shop for full refund wouldn't recommend...

Food is always hot and arrives really quickly. We are regulars and on our latest order, we forgot to add rice and they tried to contact me to check whether it was a mistake due to our usual orders. They couldn't get hold of us and brought rice just in case with our delivery and we paid for it as extra on payment. Great service.

After trying several different Chinese tried this one and haven’t look back. Staff are friendly, food is lovely and always very prompt cannot fault it

Ordered a delivery to Eurolink Ind Est for myself and mate as we were parked up here for the night. Two different curries ordered... Full of flavour....egg fried rice was spot on... Limited menu and several items on it taste almost the same. Filled a hole but prefer Welcome Chinese in this area.

Ive used this Chinese takeaway for many years and the quality and value have been consistently good. Gets quite busy early evenings especially Friday but when I telephone my order they give me a pretty accurate estimate. Singapore noodles are excellent.
