Starbucks Brighton - St James Street in Brighton and Hove

Rudest red haired server I have ever met. Inpatient. Sarcastic No enthusiasm just insulting ! Making customers all feel really stupid! Needs a new career!!

The worst kept Starbucks I have ever experienced. Bins overflowing, dirty floors, horrible toilets and elusive staff.

Nice layout, but service was a bit slow, possibly due to staff training. Drinks were at best average. Seating was full, many of the tables with just one at them. They need to pay more attention to the facilities ensuring that they are stocked

Oh wow don’t give any concern about service, take your money and no interest Toilets closed and absolutely no concern for their customers They didn’t want to be there

The ginger bird with nose ring needs to smile and talk to the customer much better. If your not happy in your job get a different one

Great coffe and plenty of spaces to sit. They offer a small amount of sandwiches. The service is classic Starbucks. Always wanting The namn.

It’s what it says on the can ..l. No frills same old same ..basic coffee .. to be truly honest, a few hundred yards up the road are some lovely coffee shops with specialty coffees and a lovely ambiance, but if you don’t have time to sit and smell the coffee ...and just want one on the run ..then here is your place ... but I for one,enjoy those sit and relax and take my surroundings in ...

The two employees I encountered were extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I love Starbucks and have never had an experience like this ever. I left the shop crying.

Raining and pub opposite hadnt opened yet, so any port in a storm so to speak. Immediatly regretted, nearly always do when visiting Starbucks. Coffee was bitter and only luke warm. Should have known better really.

It’s a good place for students, staff very friendly, good coffee (the food is not the best)... good reception of signal.

This was a good move, bigger and better, fast service from friendly staff and the coffee and food of a high standard

Minimal furniture and wall coverings required for a Starbucks. Owned by a franchisee. Needs sound absorbing tapestries or drop ceiling in order to dampen the sound/echos. Find another Starbucks.

Good size so plenty of space to sit. Service was good and very quick even though it was pretty busy.

Absolutely soul-less. Stark, faux industrial design. Much better coffee shops nearby. Cavernous, cold, and grey.
