Starbucks Brewery Road in Broxbourne

Situated inside Sainsbury's, this is a pleasant space and a lovely cup of coffee can always be found there. The staff, all of the staff, are personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite Starbucks being global and as homogenised as possible, the atmosphere and staff team can vary - happily for this branch everything is at the fabulous end of the spectrum!

Underwhelming, I know it's new but service is slow and seems that the young team can't cope. Slow order taking, fruit toast ready long before coffee made! Dirty uncleared tables. On a hot day the heating was ON!
