I have a Starbucks every day and the staff are always very polite and smiling,I've been to many coffee shops and this is my favourite 👌

Excellent service. Staff were friendly and helpful despite being rushed off their feet and having to contend with some very rude customers. No china cups but I can’t blame the staff for that. Overall, we had a lovely visit. Clean and tidy, good ambiance.

Barista needs training, on 2 occasions I ordered a large cappuccino with a sweetener and both times I was given a latte no sweetener 🤦🏼‍♀️ something so simple but too much trouble apparently

Asked for china cups they said they had run out only paper Only 20 people in there SO how many chinaCups do they have? My view lazy staff paper cups save washing UP BUT DESTROYS THE PLANET What has their head office say????? Avoidat all costs

Disgusting attitude for staff. I was out driving a person I support and we stopped for a drive thru drink. First I was told I could not do 2 separate orders, to then hearing staff talking about me behind my back over the speaker, refusing to reserve me…. Absolutely mortifying!!

Said I was sitting in. Coffee served in paper cup. She said this was standard unless specifically requested????? She told me there were a limited amount of cups.🤪🤪🤪🤪 A company the size of starbucks have a shortage of cups????? Miserable member of staff. At nearly 4 quid a cup. Starbucks don't give a toss about their Their customers in my opinion

Walked out of the stores after 5 minutes waiting at the counter to be served / absolutly no interaction from the staff - not even a sorry we will be with you in.... Guess I'm not going back maybe be extending this to all stored

Went to get my son and myself a treat. Whilst in the queue we watched my drink get wrongly given to 2 different cars before being handled by multiple staff.. Im by no means a karen but felt a bit 🤢 by the time i received my passed about frappe.. I then made a polite request and Wednesday her very self walked around plopped my drink into a new cup and handed me my double layered drink back whilst looking like id killed her dreams.. Then proceeded to taste my drink to find it tasted like 💩. Very disappointed and disturbed by the demeanor of the staff.. Would not recommend 🙄

The floors hadnt been swept and mopped, tables were very slowly cleaned , well not cleaned even just cleared of the cups (these should be wiped over extensively with antibac every time they are used, along with the chairs), i cant even mention the toilets which were in disgusting condition excrement all over the bowl dirty floors broken toilet seats, very unhygienic, why do you allow this establishment to stay open if you cant adhere to basis hygiene policies, you do seriously need to review this and start to listen to your customers.

Terrible absolutely terrible coffee and tea, we ordered a large black coffee and a large tea. My coffee tasted and looked like water with a couple of drops of coffee in it. Honestly if you like coffee don't go, the tea was awful and again like water. The staff, amazing but the drinks are terrible.

Yet again the wrong coffee received. Staff member on the order even clarified my order twice and still got it totally wrong. I ordered a cappuccino ended up with a latte. Staff really don’t seem to care when you go in to complain. Shame

Come her many times a week, staff are so friendly and personable, great strong filter coffee here,great atmosphere.Staff can't do enough for me here, unlike the nearby Costa, where they are as frosty as a bag of scampi.

Visited Starbucks today. Absolutely disgusting service. The girl serving me couldn’t even look at me when taking my order- and on another note, since when was it acceptable for staff to be eating behind the line when preparing beverages/ food items? Another girl had a lolly pop sticking out of her mouth while preparing in a busy environment, and when questioned by the customer in front proceeded to remove the lolly pop from her mouth and was waving it back and forth without a care for hygiene. Didn’t we just finish a pandemic, or does training here no longer provide hygiene measures in the workplace? Will not be returning.

Store was messy and not well kept. 2 muffins where missing from the order. A member of staff playing with a dog in the store (Had no indication of it being a guide) and walk out with it to come back in and prep drinks without washing hands. Staff didn’t check if I wanted coffee in my Frappuccinos (I was not aware that they come with coffee). Food prep counter top was messy.

Visited the drive thru at 7pm on Monday 19th Oct to find it closed off, no reason given. There were 3 members of staff sat around inside chatting and vaping. One finished her shift and the other disappeared. When another customer walked to the door, which was locked, and tried knocking on the window she was totally ignored by the member of staff who had her back to the window on her laptop. The amount of custom they lost in 20mins was a lot. No reason given as to why the whole place was closed 2 hours earlier than it shouldbe. Seemed they just didn't want anymore customers.

Come here nearly every day during work and after. Excellent and friendly staff. Professional and quick service even when they are snowed under with plenty of customers. Never had a problem or an issue with staff or the coffee. Well done guys 👌.

Firstly they are not doing takeaway you have to order and collect BUT the APP doesn’t work, they tell you on the door the scan QR code doesn’t work. Go through the drive through can’t pay on the APP no stirrers awful!!!

Cold food on both visits, poor service, not a patch on Costa. Such a shame for a newish venue, everyone complains. Never again

Dreadfully slow service, staff seem to have no idea about the drinks they are serving.Staff have forgotten my drink on multiple occasions, I've ended up waiting for 20 minutes and more on one occasion.Staff are not friendly and seem to have zero interest.The standard of coffee changes on a daily basis, one day you mavhiato is a cappuccino, the next day you may as well have had an americano!Not impressed, the old store was not much better.

So slow, no smiles, no interest, my flat white more like a cappuccino, music too loud for sensible conversation. Will go back to Costa.

Disappointed by the slow service - never had it that slow in any Starbucks anywhere. Americano was served as half an inch of coffee in a big cup - I do't think the baristas knew the difference between an Expresso and an Americano

New Starbucks in Parc Pemberton has very miserable uninterested staff. Tegan in particular today, no eye contact with customers, no customer skills at all. Drink just plopped onto counter after a very long wait. priority seems to be the drive through. Male manager very grouchy and would be better suited on a building site. Dirty table bins overflowing and no sweetness available. More staff needed on shift .

Called in for a coffee which was not very special as there is a drive thru if the winds blowing it can be a bit cold in there sat with my coat on.when your orders ready they shout your name out which i feel is not nice if your having a conversation.

New venue. Spacious. A lot nicer than the old venue. Lovely scenery. Staff friendly. Nice fresh coffee and cakes. Delicious.

Only 1 vegan wrap choice, no vegan cake in stock. 6 people working, 1 serving, priority given to the drive thru. Staff dipped her hair in my cup. Unbelievably slow. Slow beyond slow. 20 minutes, only 2 in front of me!! Nice decor!

We brought our family who where visiting us from Ireland to this venue as they love to visit their local Starbucks in Cork - they where disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and the amount of used cups / plates left on the tables from previous customers - whilst ordering we asked for the table we sat at to be cleared, though unfortunately this had to be done by ourselves..

Very helpful staff couldn't ask for nicer People and the coffee is not to shabby either very impressed

We called in for a quick coffee and snack on a Sunday ealier this month, wish we hadn't bothered.The place was dirty, scruffy and generally unloved. The only table available was nearer the door - usually no problem, but the door mechanism was obviously broken with a patch up of cardboard and tape which prevented in no way the constant banging every time somebody went tin or out.Added to that our cappuccinos were weak, warm and over frothed. Overall a sad visit.

Popped in for a cuppa whilst shopping. Ordered 1 tea and a hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is made swiftly. My sister goes off to drink it. Meanwhile I’m stood waiting and waiting and waiting for my tea. The girl who was making the drinks doesn’t even bother to ask why I’m stood there. 4 people were served their drinks after my order! Still stood there with no one asking if they can help. So I asked if I could have my cup of tea. The girl making the drinks asked the other member of staff who was taking the orders if she had made my tea, to which she replied oh no I haven’t. No sorry, no apologies to myself. She then proceeded to make my tea and instead of bringing it to me, left it by the till and said “it’s here” not amused. Staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. Oh and it seemed to be an inconvenience when asking for milk as the metal flasks the milk is kept in were both empty!

Haven’t visited here in a while and was disappointed as it felt like it had gone downhill. The place had a strange smell. It was quite early in the day and they said they don’t do toast, but do fruit toast. The fruit toast was okay, apart from the fact that it was two crust pieces. Not sure if that’s how it’s meant to be, but would prefer proper slices! The member of staff at the till mumbled ‘want any waffles or coins today?’, but I had no idea what she was talking about. It was only after I’d paid that I realised she was referring to pots of gold chocolate coins and waffles further down the counter. Overall, just not a particularly pleasant feel to the place.

Third time in 6 weeks visiting, and each time it get worse. Firstly, member of staff was licking his fingers whilst making iced drinks. Secondly, the place is dirty and in need of an uplift. Staff seemed run off their feet. Overall, dirty, grubby place and doesn’t get better!

Came here because we wanted a quick bite and coffee. Food was nice, coffee was the best, had a lovely fresh muffin. HOWEVER. The knife they give you to cut your food, I mean hot food is abit ridiculous. I cut my Ham & Cheese panini, only to have to use quite abit of strength, then once I finished cutting one half of my food fell onto the floor. Think it would be better of they could cut it before serving. 2 out of 3 members of staff wasnt the friendliest.

Just visited here because costa was full wish we hadn't bothered. Dark grotty grubby coffee shop £6 plus for 2 cappuccinos when I asked for the chocolate sprinkling she said ' do it yourself over there ' and pointed to a very grubby condiment stand ! You don't even get teaspoons to stir coffee just wooden stirrers . Would not recommend to anyone, it's back to Costa for me .

27 members of local Bridge club called in for coffee on the way to play in a tournament.Best coffee ever,piping hot and really good flavour. First visit,will return.

My partner and I attended at Starbucks, Llanelli. We enjoyed our drinks and refreshments whilst there and made use of the Wi-Fi at the location.

Average coffee , expect it to be better for the price , staff was friendly . Overall just an average visit .

Had to send my drink back (a mocha) as it just tasted like milk. It came back just as bad. I've had lovely drinks there before, think it's the new staff. I've seen other people returning drinks recently too.

Please do not presume i want a medium or large!!!! if i want medium or large i will ask for it. So annoyed to be given a medium and charged for it when i didn't ask for it!!! Why is this a thing that the servers say 'medium or large"?? I just want regular/small unless i ask for it.

Starbucks Llanelli what the heck has happened!!! The shop looked disoriented chairs moved to make it awkward for customers had to wait to be served which was fine placed my order for pumpkin spiced latte which has only been available 2-3 weeks to be told they didn’t have any and that she was sorry. I said it’s only been available a few weeks and you have never run out before. She said I know I know I’m sorry but we have a new manager and I don’t think she knows how to run things quite frankly as absolutely everything is up in the air no organisation to anything. To this I said how could you get ordering a simple product wrong she shrugged her shoulders. Ordered another drink to find three staff who were chatting with a manager of some shorts who was walking around behind then at the front giving staff special requests for her order disbursing the customers already being served. My ordered took a while as confused staff were remaking drinks already made. There was only me in the waiting so heavens know why. My drink arrived over following my hands couldn’t avoid getting messy. I spent £6.50 to have to ask for the cake I ordered as it wasn’t given at till point . Unsure what has happened to the store I love normally visiting other than not organisation. Bring back old manager who cared about the customers. Never ran out of pumpkin spice come on school boy/girl error. Please fix ! Annoyed customer !!

With a little bit of TLC this could be a 4 star rating. Friendly staff but not quite enough to serve customers and also keep everything spotless albeit it was a busy bank holiday Monday.

This place is disgustingly dirty. Floors, tables not to mention the toilets. The staff need to get their act together.

I visited this Starbucks establishment on Sunday afternoon. There was just one woman in front of me waiting for her order of 3 drink items which took almost 15 minutes for the "barrista" to prepare and then he managed to get one wrong! Still, this is about my experience, so we will move on!

Went for a cup of tea and breakfast as we stayed in the travelodge opposite. Considering it was early in the morning and just opened for the day it looked unclean and grubby. The toilets. .male and female toilets were disgusting. Distinct lack of cleanliness.

Had to use the unisex loo on my visit. The toilet was overflowing congested with someone's faeces, the floor was flooded with urine and there was no loo roll. For the extortionate amount I paid for a coffee and a sandwich I would have expected a much higher degree of hygiene and customer service when advised of the situation.

Tired dirty cafe. Slap dash service with undercooked food. Just below average establishment . Nothing more to say really.

I have visited here many times but never again.Cross Hands Starbucks has always been a pleasant, clean and inviting place. What the hell happened? Dirty tables, rubbish all over the floor. Rubbish dumped outside that looks like it has been there for a while.

Popped in for a coffee during the week, had a long wait to be served. Took our seat and there were coffee mugs everywhere (all over the table, the window sill right next to us had about 8 or 9 mugs just dumped there) considering we sat on a table which sits 2 people obviously they had not cleaned the table in awhile, there was also mess all over the floor.. All that being said it was busy and there were only 2 members of staff working. The coffee itself was top standard and as ordered.. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just think maybe they could hire staff to keep the place clean.

Glad costa is over the road! Walked in and walked straight back out again! Always stinking! Staff seem oblivious to the fact there are no tables clean as they are full of paper cups as the dishwasher is never working!

Not much to say other than the fact that staff are quite friendly and efficient. It's good for a quick coffee on the go, or before work.

Where to begin - this is awful, come on Starbucks, whoever is in charge, visit this place and look for yourselves the service is ridiculously slow, bloody terrible. The decor is tired and tatty. We stopped here for a coffee & sandwich / cake! Won't be returning any time soon, we arrived to find there was a small queue so thought this shouldn't take to long,, the usual package bagels & panini's on sale that Im not a fan of but have no choice in these coffee cattle makers!

Llame café hoy. Espantosa. Las mesas y las sillas estaban sucias. Cuatro personas detrás del mostrador, dos de ellos en sus teléfonos móviles. Pedimos dos pequeños cafés - no pequeñas tazas disponibles, ya que no había sido lavado. Tardaron casi 10 minutos para hacer cuatro cafés, dos para el cliente en frente y dos para nosotros! El stand de azúcar era asqueroso. Sin duda que no volvería.

La segunda vez que visité Starbucks en el último mes Trostre. En ambas ocasiones he andado fuera debido a una cola larga muy lento. No habían movido por la duración de mi tiempo allí y no bebidas parecía salir por lo tanto la idea de hacer cola y espera para tomar una copa. . . No gracias. Parecía ser la falta de personal? ?

Fuimos allí un domingo por la mañana, poca gente en allí pero no ocupados. Las mesas necesitaba desesperadamente de compensación y en general parecía que no estaba muy limpio. Decidió llevar como llevar parecía la mejor opción. Una chica en la caja y una barista, pero tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos para el café después pedí como barista habían ido en otro lugar para conseguir más café. Pedimos y nos dieron calor extra tibio! No regresaré!

El personal es cortés y amable. Mesas limpias. No demora en ser servido. El Café fue producido a los estándares requeridos, no te preocupes.

Sucia. Mesas mesas o limpiado. sin estallar Sucio de windows. Labios en taza. No iremos de nuevo.

I like coming here, lovely coffee, nice comfy atmosphere, only downside is every time I have visited I have had to wait a long time to get served and receive my order.

I go to Starbucks because it's consistent. Expensive but you know what you are getting. Except in this branch. Ordered a hot choc with soya milk. I was asked if I wanted cream and I said no thank you (I don't eat dairy). I waited patiently for my drink at the end of the counter only to be given my hot choc with cream on. Not a problem, mistakes happen. I explained and she apologised. She then literally turned round and scooped the cream off into the sink. And handed me it back. So my hot choc now had lumps of cream round the rim and floating in the top. I told her I had seen her simply flick it off and asked for a fresh one. She seemed a bit surprised I wasn't happy. I don't eat dairy I told her. Feeling like a freak. I eventually had a fresh one that she sprinkled choc bits all over without asking. I am sure these have dairy in too but was too embarrassed at this point to ask. Vegans, dairy intolerants be mindful here. For the price I pay in here, I don't expect such flippant service. I have never had a problem in any other branch - ever.

we visited this so called coffee shop a few sundays ago . awful service . The young girl shouted at me whats your name !!! needing it for my coffee order . dirty tea cup . which was replaced when my partner was finally seen to as he stood by the counter . not before he was given someone elses order . we moved table twice . one was dirty one was wonky !! the worst place weve had coffee . overpriced !!under served !!! not cleaned ...

My daughters friend bought her a pumpkin spice latte and took it to her in school.As she was drinking it she could feel something banging about inside the cup,on opening the lid she found the whole cinnamon shaker from the shop inside.My daughter and her friend immediately took it back,the young assistant laughed and said,'Oh I thought I dropped something in it' WHAT????Unfortunately my daughter wasn't brave enough to ask for the manager and the lady offered to get her another drink.But wait!!!!! She used the same cup as before thankfully she took the cinnamon shaker out first though doh!!! what about the contamination of the cup after that being in there though.Then my daughter got in the car and drove off complaining to her friend that it didn't taste that nice to find on opening the lid that the cup was only half filled with ordinary latte so not even what she had originally paid for.I have tried to contact the manager of Starbucks Llanelli but without success

I last visited this place in January and swore never again after waiting ages for a second grade coffee at a ridiculous price. So I needed a cuppa and as there was only a couple waiting I decided to give it another chance. Its a joke! It took two pairs of hands to make a cup of what they call coffee and still took over 5 minutes to land on the counter. It wouldn't be so bad if it was decent coffee. How others can rave about Starbucks beats me!

Me and my wife love comeing down to Starbucks Llanelli for coffee nice place to relax before we go shopping the staff are wonderful to very friendly.

Really fab welcome from staff food is fab My absolute favourite is chic chunk shortbread coffee smooth . All my mugs at home are from Starbucks they are the most hard wearing China I have ever had

Nice place .. Small and friendly .. Nice coffee and choice of cakes .. Little pricey I would say but meets all diet requirements I.e soya

As this Starbucks is set in a shopping area, it is a good place to stop & have a break (there are other coffee shops in Trostre). I find this Starbucks always has a good selection of cakes & sandwiches no matter how busy they are, this is compared to others who regularly run out of everything (crosshands), the staff are always friendly & helpful & the toilets are always clean. The only issues I have with this place are in busy times the staff are flat out & tables do tend to get quite dirty & cluttered with empty crockery, not the staffs fault, their management should put extra staff on during busy times and also young people (children) do like to hang out in there, with 3 of them taking up seats when only one of them has a drink. Despite this, I do like this Starbucks and will keep returning.

Stopped there during my lunch break and seeing only three in the queue (one girl waiting for her coffee and two men who were together) I decided it should be quick so I stop and pick up a cappuccino. Big mistake! The young girl got her coffee, one man sat down and then I had to endure the man asking about the new cup and free coffee they had been offering the week before. Took two assistants more than 10 mins to the man it was an offer for one day only. I'm standing behind with the money in my hand looking at my watch and completely ignored. When I finally got back to work I opened the coffee and realised it was barely half full but luckily was able to top it up with hot water in work, If you want a quick coffee don't waste your time,

Not great. At 3pm they'd run out if china cups. It was mainly because no-one was clearing tables so customers had to do it themselves. This was my first visit to a Starbucks for ages. They're starting to pay their tax but, for the money, standards here we're low. Get a grip!

Always a good place to unwind after training, can get busy at time but always a good welcome from all the staff so it is easy to relax

Normally this is a clean starbucks but today they were pretty yucky, the floors were mucky the loo had no paper but did have a feminine hygiene product on the floor (must have missed the bin)

Although fairly quiet there was absolutely no urgency to clear tables. This was done by ourselves with 4 people manning the counter. Coffee however made up for the disappointment.

A very busy Starbucks, very rarely will you get a seat however the very friendly staff will make up for it. Always a smile on their face, and will attempt to make any beverage you require. Da Iawn Starbucks!

Not for the first time have I been disappointed with these over rated coffee shops, this is no exception. You wait less time for a bus than for an overpriced coffee from the ridiculous machine produced syrup you get here.Why anyone would prefer Starbucks to anywhere else (except Costa) beats me. Never again.

You can't beat Starbucks for their service, staff and coffee. It is always great and they're my favourite coffee place. I never find it messy and they're so busy anyway it's understandable. LOVE IT!!!

Not best pleased with my visit to Starbucks today. Ive visited several times but today after purchasing coffee and a croissant, I asked a staff member for a plastic knife to cut it as I was sharing it with my Hubbie. I couldn't tell if he was joking or not but I was quite taken aback by his reply ' you're not going to hurt anyone with it, are you?' I laughed embarrassingly and said 'its only to cut my croissant in half' later I thought it over and probably should have asked him what he meant exactly. I don't feel it was an appropriate line of questioning! I don't know this staff member and it was quite obvious I was a customer who had just bought coffee. Will be taking this up with customer service too.

Lovely clean coffee shop with outdoor seating too. Friendly helpful staff but can get busy on Times. Staff are helpful if your unsure of what to order. I love a Starbucks the only downside I feel is it is overpriced chain.

I've called in here several times usually for quick work meetings. I was struck on this occasion at how dirty the place had become. I arrived to be greeted by dirty cups on tables which hadn't been cleared away. There was also, what I believed to be was tinsel still stuck to the counter front - surely not left over from Christmas??!! I was unfortunate enough to have to use the loo and I was sorry I did. They were in dire need of a good clean, I doubt if they had been done that day, tissue paper strewn across the floor, the toilet seat and surround were not clean and the previous occupant had decided flushing was simply too much of an effort for them - GRIM! Staff were friendly enough and the coffee good but seemed lack-lustre in attending to the environment. Starbucks needs to implement far stricter quality control measures to ensure that standards do not fall to this level since we as customers are paying for a premium product and expect a premium environment. You guys definitely need to up your game!

I met a colleague on parc trostre and we decided to go for a coffee, it was quite some while that I was last there, in fact last time my wife was given a cool drink and wen she asked for it to be warmed up they went to charge her, mistake!!!.we went in and bought our coffee, as it was a sunny day we decided to sit outside. Well this time the coffee was nice and warm, but the tables outside had obviously not been cleaned from the night before!!!.get a grip starbucks!!!

It is always immaculate and the staff are always happy to help, great coffee and atmosphere I always recommend it to friends

Went here this morning whilst waiting for a friend - the tables had not been cleaned and there was food on the floor. Even the floor behind the counter didn't look that clean with bits of paper etc. on it. Won't be going here again.

I used to love Starbucks, but this one in particular is messed up.. I'm always having to wait longer for my drinks than I should and your bound to get your order given to you wrong... But in saying that the staff are nice and the shop is clean!

I regularly visit this Starbucks as its close to the shops and open late however a majority of the time when I'm in there I find that there are tables which are dirty with a collection of dirty cups etc. and the toilets are never that clean. The place generally seems to be under staffed. The good place if your getting a take out.

Been here so many times, it's like visiting an old friend. Always a warm and happy welcome. I'm not that adventurous with my coffee, black one star please, but love to try the different roasts and blends they have. Staff are ready to explain what the latest offerings are and advise on something new and exciting to taste. Food may be on the tad expensive side, but it's good quality, and the carrot cake is always calling my name! It's always busy, a good coffee shop is not a quiet one!

Had a white chocolate mocha today, don't like normal chocolate mocha, end up with a dark mix in the bottom of the cup but this white chocolate one was just heaven in a mug, definitely going back for more.

I have been to this Starbucks several times as I like the taste of the latte's served. It is conveniently located between the shops. I agree with previous comments that some staff need to improve their customer services skills and manners.

Will definitely return! Faster service than I'm use to in other major coffee chains, and the staff are full of genuine smiles. Lovely to see people enjoying their jobs :) Well done guys can't wait to return :)

We were shopping in the parc and fancied a coffee, so in we went. We ordered two coffees and had to go outside to sit down as there was no room inside.My wife went to drink hers and found it to cold, so she went back inside and asked them to warm it up, this they did and then told her that would be an extra 20p. She hit the roof and complained,but to no avail.We wont be back.

Even though I go here quite regular you can only really find a seat in the day time. Other times you'll be lucky. Its so small. Staff aren't all that great. Tables are always full of previous customers trays. Staff need lessons in customer service too. The product is fine but the store and staff are a different thing.

its quite a small starbucks and you can hardly ever sit down because its so packed but its quite convienient located in the heart of trostre in the middle of all the shops

'Richard' tall , blonde guy, very rude. To the point of being ignorant. He certainly needs some training in customer services. I have emailed head office to inform them of this. Everything too much bother for him. Also, spoke so quietly couldn't hear anything he said. Ordered panini, only for it to be left on counter for long time, getting cold. When I went forward to collect my order, he replied, rudely, 'that's not yours'. Nearly gave him a left hook! Come on Starbucks pull your fingers out !

This Starbucks is always busy but the staff are friendly and the service good.The coffee is consistently good is my first choice for a cup when I'm in Parc Trostre

Very good service, very helpful staff. Not enough staff as the table did need emptying. The can do attitude of the staff was good and they deserve an excellent rating. Come on Starbucks give them enough people to get a full excellent x
