Starbucks in Wakefield

Appaling,filthy dirty.tables ,floor ,5 staff,only 2 working...just enter & look up especially the left side,loads of massive cobwebs above.as for the fans ☹️.just look at the wooden shelves.completely covered in dust...god only knocks what falls into your lattes.plz hire a cleaner.....or 2....

Nipped in for a quick coffee, was served by Dani who was a delight. Made the most of an offer they had on and Dani was super helpful in explaining what was included. Clearly very attentive to customer needs, going far above what you would typically expect on a busy day.

We went in store not so long ago with our travel cat and had a fab experience, they were super welcoming and just the right amount of talkative. They were also really helpful and considerate, which made us feel at ease. Today, we ordered from them with uber eats and were surprised when they added an extra 'cataccino', they must have remembered us from in store! Made our morning and now we feel super special. Great coffee too, more consistant than last year when we were here before. We are super happy, and kittens are appreciative too❤️

Great new manager, the staff are lovely, fantastic coffee and excellent servive, well worth a visit in my opinion

Slow service when not busy, poor attitude from staff, is quite a recently opened outlet but no excuse for poor customer service
