The staff in walton on Thames are super ever so friendly always remember your order and are so helpful xx There was a stage when the place was dirty the staff well not so friendly and now they have def turned a corner new management and staff some olden goldies not by ages but by service and they are soaring 😊

Awful actually wasn’t their first time , waiting time 25 mins and at end was wrong every time I go there I come back very disappointed, it was as bad as I left everything untouched and came out . Don’t recommend it at all

Mocha is my favourite drink. Walton on Thames mocha done by Connor was the best mocha e ever had....Thank you

The staff are so friendly and helpful always smiling even when they are rushed off their feet. In particular I would like to mention KIANA wow I can’t remember someone with such superb customer service and nothing is ever too much and she is always smiling . I always order a drink with special instructions and she never ever makes me feel like I am bothering her . Thanks so much KIANA and also every single other member of the team I can’t fault anyone. Starbucks I hope you are listening this branch and KIANA need a pat on their backs for a job very well done . Thanks guys from one very regular happy customer .

Staff to busy on their mobile phones to serve you. Rude and lazy. Dirty and unkept. Really depressing coffee stop - not remotely the standard i would be expect!

Espresso tastes bitter, not a good sign. Very messy in seating area. Tables full of left plates and cups from previous customers. Staff has no attention for seating area to keep clean. Tables and floor are dirty as welll

You can drop off here after shopping at Sainsburys as the are adjacent. Enjoy a coffee to your taste including Americano and Cappuccino

It’s a shame, tables piled high with mugs and cups just left, no clearing going on. Staff not over run but no attention to front of house. Coffee good but not a pleasant stop. Dark and grubby.

Nothing special about this American chain. 4 members of staff not busy service unfriendly and not that quick. I usually goto Nero’s- sorry for being disloyal Nero’s it won’t happen again. No apology for serving me a Luke warm coffee- highly disappointing

Never use chain coffee shops normally, but couldn't find a local one open early enough for breakfast. (Only in Walton for one night) Staff unhelpful, but bacon roll and tea were ok. Not a pleasurable experience- hence why I never use them!

I visit Starbucks a lot around the country! I especially like this one because the staff a friendly and always make a great coffee (yes, I drink enough Starbucks coffee to be able to taste when it’s not been made perfectly!!). You are able to use the Starbucks app to order coffee before you arrive which saves time, especially in the morning when I’m on my way to work and just want to pick up a takeaway coffee on the way in. It’s always ready for me on the side when I arrive.

Great coffe as always and friendly staff can get busy at times and tables can be left with dirty cups etc as staff just so busy serving

Pretty dull Starbucks attached to Sainsbury’s supermarket, has seating outside but don’t expect to get a seat as it’s usually occupied by Sainsbury’s staff on their breaks smoking and drinking non-Starbucks refreshments.

I highly enjoy the Starbucks however this particular cafe does not reach its regular standards. They are often out of drinks or get my order wrong. However the staff are overly friendly its just a pity its not as good as some of its sister stores.

I have been here a few times. Lots of tables & chairs to sit & even outside, but sadly its for smokers which I am not.
