Starbucks in Tower Hamlets

I've ordered iced coffee today through uber eats and it was poorly packaged and the drink spilled everywhere. It was damaged when delivered and leaking and dripping within the bag.

Service staff are very abrupt and rude! Especially the woman who was working on the closing shift on 3/6/24. Will not come here again!

Service quality has really gone downhill. My drink arrived with spills on the cup, forcing me to clean it up myself. Attempting to sit at the counter, I was promptly informed by staff that it was reserved for delivery only—confusing given the presence of customer seating there. Additionally, a customer left the door open, letting in freezing cold air, and staff were indifferent, leaving me to close it. Tables remain uncleaned for hours, littered with empty cups and trash.

Not the usual Starbucks experience. Seemed like customers are an inconvenience. Waited a long time for service while being ignored as staff filled cases with food.

Disspointed about the order this time Starbucks. My coffee cup was only half full, and the bakery treats tasted stale.

After ordering my coffee, I waited in the usual area and saw an employee filling up a personal bottle with the whole syrup dispenser end in the bottle and then used bare hands to fill it with ice. Won’t be back, thanks.

Have to chase mobile orders yourself. Zero costumer service which is a shame as the atmosphere is quite nice

This is my go to Starbucks even though I have more closer to me! It’s not too sweet like others and more times than not I get my cream on top even though I have almond milk (they leave off the cream thinking I’m vegan even when I didn’t ask for no cream). So yeah my go to!

Probably my favourite out of all the Canary Wharf Starbucks, as this branch is located inside Churchill Place, so it doesn't feel as cramped as other branches. Staff are friendly, outdoor tables by the canal, which is pleasant in the Summer.

There's a very rude staff member there on a weekend. He had zero customer service skills, and the coffee genuinely came with a bad attitude.

Spilled drink all over the bag

Don’t order through mobile here, staff ignore these customers. On two occasions ordered and got in the building 2 minutes later, had to chase the order myself as staff were chatting away 👎

Good spot in Canary Wharf, nice open space to work from. If you work from here - bring your laptop/tablet fully charged, limited power sockets available.

In my 8 years living in London, I've been to numerous coffee shops , and Kamila at Starbucks Churchill Place indisputably stands out. Her unmatched customer service skills are immediately evident, and her unwavering attention to detail ensures a peerless cup of coffee at every visit. It's rare to find someone who so consistently understands and nails the exact taste I have in mind. Kamila is genuinely above and beyond and I am so happy about the level of service I received at Starbucks. A stellar barista who provides spectacular experience.

It gets a bit noisy inside, not recommended if you need silent place to work but coffee and the service in all of its aspects are top quality.

I’m getting a refund from Uber eats!! Barely any cream and absolutely NO CARAMEL SAUCE even though I paid for EXTRA caramel sauce…I paid £7 and this is what I received. Whoever made this really needs to be better trained, I used to order regularly from here but never again. Order number 5CE30 Please find out who keeps making poor quality drinks and not reading the delivery notes, they should not be working there. This has happened a few times now, it shouldn’t be hit and miss with the quality of drinks made.

Overall Suggestion: Avoid it Ordered 1 plain croissant, 1 almond croissant, 1 iced latte and 1 iced chocolate Negatives: - 2 / 4 orders went to the wrong person - Iced chocolate was not iced - Croissant was probably a week old by the taste of it. It looked good and fresh but wasnt (simply dry and one the bin wouldnt even enjoy) - Ambient was alright but nothing special - It was also expensive for the quality and service: 13 GBP for those 4 items of which 2 were unenjoyable

Either always missing a straw, or a barista is giving me vegan whipped cream (which i dont want)…

Located inside Churchill Place, this Starbuck offered an open space seats. Less busy than other Starbucks in Canary Wharf

Nice space to work. Quick to serve. Friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful environment, I recommend. The tables could be a bit cleaner sometimes.

Nothing special or makes this Starbucks stand out from others. Quite average. It’s a nicer space as it’s away from the main area and not so obvious, so not too busy. Staff are not as attentive to cleaning tables as the table next to us had spills but it was not cleaned for about 2 hours at least. Moca frapp was good.

Great place to come in the summer for air conditioning in Churchill place or sit outside by the docks, it's less busy on this side of the mall.

I've always come here for a coffee, there is pelant y of seats and the service is quick and nice.

I order a flat white from this store twice a week on my way to work. I choose this store because of its convenient location. The quality of the coffee varies from day to day, and I am tracking it. Todays flat white review: 1/5 Not really a flat white. Just a full cup of white coffee with a small shot of thin foam added on the top.

Undercooked and partially raw bacon in their bacon roll sandwich, had to report this as a health and safety issue. Really disgusting!

Great delivery driver and service

Coffee is ok, service is quick, but on Friday afternoon at 3 pm this is expected. We wanted to sit down inside as they have a few comfortable looking sofas, but all the tables were dirty… coffee cups, bottles, drinks poured out etc. outside was pretty much the same. The girls are serving you quick, with a soft smile, but as soon as the order is completed they turn back to each other and continue chatting disregarding the status of the floor…

All the staff are very nice and pleasant. Very efficient and you don't have to wait too long. Excellent location, just a bit hidden in the maze that is Canary Wharf. My go-to starbucks!

First visit for sometime and disappointing! Ordered a cold drink, without cream, served with, returned and it was thrown away, with words between staff. Drink remade, served still wrong but could not be bothered to try again. Team need to practice their listening skills and make drinks that people order.

Always a friendly face and a great service

Staff here can never get the Java chip frap correct if you order two, the flavour is below average. Always have to take it back and ask them to remake it. The one star rating is purely for the member of staff I’ve just seen restocking wraps and sandwiches. She put them on the floor and and into fridge… they are not coming out of a box, it was on the floor next to a puddle of dirty water. Buy drinks from here but give them wraps a miss unless you want to be sick

They were open until 5pm on Sun 1 May 2022, we were group of 4 adults and 3 kids, bought items at 4:50pm, we were told to leave the place as they need to clean the area as they are closing soon. Why would you would serve the last customer until 5pm then? You should give at least 15-30 mins for customers to sit down and have their coffee.

We visited and the credit card machine was not working. We were forced to pay cash. 2 days later we were double charged as the money was taken from the APP. Poor customer service from the customer care team.

Great location inside Churchill Place, modern space design with plenty of space for sitting and working. Right in front of Barclays bank 🏦 so we just ordered our favourite Green tea latte with vanilla syrup while waiting for the banking service.

One of the best Starbucks feels nice and quiet compared to the other branches with quick service. Big open spaced location

Nice little Starbucks in a convenient location. Good seating area and relatively quiet space should you want to sit down and do some work. A lot less foot traffic here than the other Starbucks in the area which might appeal if you don't want to hang out in more crowded areas.

Again as usual the entire order is wet as both drinks were spilt. This is the 3rd time in a row.

Just a review for the restaurant if they could wrap the drinks with cling film on the top of the drinks as well would be great, that’s all :)

The order arrived all messy, lid was removed from the cup making it spill all over the bag! You could do better!

Excellent delivery service from just-eat but bad quality from Starbucks - order was wrong and not packaged well, instructions were not followed.

My toastie has melted all the chocolate on the shortbread and it’s gone through the bag all over my other food. The only thing I could have is the drink

We went along with family to this store, due to coronavirus situation the store and nearby areas was very quite. We enjoyed some coffee, sandwiches all were good.

Latte I asked for it to be made with full fat milk that is how I like it but it tasted like watered down coffee, i am afraid every big name coffe place has been going downhill with their coffe, I can say I had better latte from gregg machine made coffe, sorry yes service is excellent people are smiling and polite I would be to after taking £7.10 for 2 latte, I am going to give up buying coffe from big brands I suggest same to every one until they get this right...

I went for a bacon roll, so I was waiting to be served and the cashier didn’t told me was ready I was still waiting and she was laughing for me with her colleague. First time for me and last time! Very uneducated.
