Love their chicken its better than kfc every thing yummy on the menu

I bought some wings, they tasted nice on the day, but the very next day, i have received food poisoning. This place should be re inspected as this is genuinely scary.

UPDATE: just had their wings and it's how it use to be. Spicy and very tasty. The bad chicken smell ain't there no more so whatever you're doing keep it up!!! I use to love this place for their hot wings, unfortunately my last two visits was not good. Even though the wings were fresh from the fryer, the hot wings smelt and I could not eat it. Some weeks ago had the same experience but thought I'll give it another go. Maybe you changed the marination or something has definitely changed. The crumbs still nice and spicy but its a waste of money if we can't enjoy the actual chicken wings. I will change my rating to a 5* if you can get rid off the chicken smell, as in the past it was one of the best!! The staff are always pleasant though.

Ordered 5 wings and chips and drink, the chips were dry and hard and wings were too crunchy to eat and the drink too warm was expected it to be cold.

Use to be my favourite until they starting to give me less even when I pay for large or if u swap drink to chips they give u little chips I suggest to everyone who getting food from there check your order specifically large meal one otherwise u will be disappointed to find out they steal chips from you

Alot better than other PFC, the last PFC I've been to had oily and extremely greasy fried chicken. Chicken is juicy, tender, crispy, flavourful, has a spice kick to it and not too greasy Highly reccomend getting wings with fries or burgers with fries.

The service is very poor the food are not nice. Especially the wings are very small now days but it used be good before. The people in this are like they don’t care about the customers. I don’t recommend people to go there. Thanks,

They make very good fried wings, but make sure you get them when they are freshly out of the fryer.

Cannot take simple orders even when it is not busy. Messed up my order whilst my kids ate in yet I didn’t complain. I asked for takeaway items and repeated my order over and over again hoping he will understand. I come home only to see that my straight cut donner is missing the chips! Not surprised tbh since the shop is located in the Shadwell. Note to customers - best buy your food from elsewhere. Bengali shop owners don’t know how to operate businesses but only how to rip customers off. Thanks but I’ll take my money elsewhere from now on.

Busy spot so don’t go there school lunch/closing times. You’ll still get your order on time but it will be full of screaming kids. The customer service I can’t fault it at all, smile on their face, friendly with everyone no matter how busy or rude customers may get. Prompt service. Come here!!!

I ordered a wrap for my child. It was too salty. My child couldn’t eat it. When I told them they were just normal they didn’t say sorry about it. . Even they didn’t offer me another one. It was very bad😡

One of the best pfc shops if you are going for wings. The breading is crispy and the wing it self has spices and flavours. The chips are crispy on the outside and soft in the inside and not overloaded with oil, yet they still charge the normal price . Cant go wrong with such good wings and chips.

Love there food it's so nice and there very friendly and kind. High recommend.

They change the owner, name and sitting everything change. Today I try their lamb doner, wasn’t that old taste as it was before here. But overall okay 👍

Put the prices up but instead of changing them on their boards they have pieces of paper with a list of new prices. All meals are now an extra 50 pence. Food was average I'd say 6 /10 seating area too small. I have given 3 stars not 1

Changed everything the standards and food gave everything raw... wings chips burger no care at all if anyone will get sick. Ain't even been open that long this is how you lose customers sort it out. Litterally ate rock hard battered wings burger wasn't even cooked .

Wings had great spicy flavour to them and a decently crispy coating. The fries were also a nice surprise as they had a good texture and flavour. The price was very cheap and the service was very pleasant too. Would definitely go again

Bunch of amateurs. It is not good value, the quality is sub par, small portion of chips, cold and hard fried chicken. There is no reason to visit this establishment compared to the myriad of other chicken shops in the vicinity These guys need to radically up their game.

Banging PFC One of the best I ever eaten, the wings are proper nice crispy spicy wings that were pre marinated and combined with the garlic sauce 😋😋 Chips are crispy and always fresh and hot Only complaint is to put the batter/marinade on the chicken pieces and chicken burger as well, they can be just as tasty as the wings

They have put the prices up on wings, but the quality of these wings have gone down. The size of the wings are hideously small...but the worse is that they served wings that were old and gone off smelly. No more here, I'd rather go to Papa's on barking road much better.

Bad customer service…2 stars is for food being decent. 2 customers waiting for their wings as its still cooking, they ordered 50 wings. Wings were now ready and I had ordered 5 wings, they were contemplating which order to sort out first. So, the worker started to get my one ready and the boss told him to stop and get the much larger order ready first meaning I had to wait for about 6 minutes for 5 wings, waste of time No common sense from the one in charge, serve your customers in a way thats efficient and the fact that he looked at me when he said do the other customers order first was disrespectful. I liked the food but ain't going there after todays incident. And will tell others about this so they can avoid

DEAD! Food was decent. Wings are decent, chilli sauce decent. But the customer service? DEAD! The staff struggle to follow simple instructions. They have messed my order up 2 different occasions. At one point I had to talk the staff through on how to make a cheese burger that’s on their bloody menu!!! If your getting takeaway’s always check it before you leave as they will most likely forget something or mess your order 100%.

Nice taste loved the naga wings and French fries are good. All items are excellent.

This shop offers very tasty food at very reasonable prices.Their wings just exactly like KFC wings.Very crispy and well cooked,which I really liked.I am a local customer and I am very happy that there is a good shop in my local area,definitely going back again.

Opened new and I'm local so thought I'd try it. Absolutely abysmal service and behaviour. Went in and there was a guy from pest control placing traps or whatever. So was immediately put off. Anyway ordered chicken tikka Biryani. As the guy was making it he had a coughing fit right in the pan. Was made time taken longer than normal. He puts in carrier bag as I'm taking it home. He then asks if I want salad even though meal consists of biryani, salad, dhall and drink. I say yes and ask where the dhall is as it's not in the bag. He replies we don't have any it's finished. I ask why he didn't tell me when I ordered and he just grins at me. I say can you give me something instead of dhall then? He sulkingly gives me 2 hot wings! Needless to say I'm never going back there again.
