Came here after being extremely disappointed with the place next door!! By contrast, this restaurant is really nice with friendly and attentive staff. We had the hot pot , will come back again and again.

Coconut chicken is my favorite! I missed it so much when I was not in London. I can come here again and again for 1,000 times just for coconut chicken.

We went for dinner with friends, and it was amazing! Feel lucky to have this place in the neighborhood. Good quality food and a nice atmosphere! All workers were super friendly and kindly explained the different options (which are many). They offer a buffet option that allows you to try as many dishes as you like woth the soup option. That was great and fun :) We will repeat. Thank you!

I had a King prawn fried rice and it was okay but slightly salty, maybe because I don't often use salt at home.

AYCE hot pot here is definitely top notch. I’m an infamous hot pot lover, and honestly wasn’t expecting to be served fresh vegetables (it’s a part of nature in all-you-can-eat places in general I assume) but yes, everything was fresh. I could instantly realise that they really care about what they serve to the customers. Price is reasonable as well, £66 for two people, all you can eat with a bottle of chinese sweet tea is such a deal. Seriously can’t wait to go back!

Really lovely and kind and generous staff .The menu is extensive We ordered four dishes and all of them were tasty and full of bold flavours. Portion size was decent too. A good discovery and will happily go again.

Last night I had the best meal I've had in a long time. This place is a hidden gem. We had lamb skewers, follower by mixed food in spicy sauce (dry) where we picked out own meats and veg to be put on a massive platter covered in a delicious spicy sauce, I couldn't stop eating it. The mapo tofu was one of the best I've ever had, even my partner whose not the biggest fan of tofu texture loved it, had exactly the right amount of pork mince. The waitress candy was exceptional, friendly and kind, helped us to make the best decisions for us. They accommodated our two year old who doesn't like spicy food. The woodear fungus- was exactly how I like it. 10 stars. Candy told us to come back and try the traditional hot pot and also to try the coconut one, we will definitely come back to this restaurant. I cannot express how happy this food made me. Thanks Hans I will be back!!

I'm quite disappointed to be honest. The egg and mushroom noodle soup I ordered was clearly just an instant ramen soup. No sight of any mushroom or vegetable, just water, egg and broth powder. (paid £9.80) from the receipt we paid for something labelled "Koran bibimbap" for £10.80. Was it the minuscule portion of kimchi that was served as an appetizer without us asking for it? It's a rip off. Is it even legal to serve something that was not ordered and make people pay for it in the UK? Finally the house red wine (we paid £26.80) is the Campo Viejo Rioja Garnacha Red Wine from Sainbury (£7.50).

打电话咨询KTV价格想定一个包间给朋友过生日，接电话的女生说不清楚价格要问一下老板，就没有挂电话，我清楚听到老板在旁边直接说“直接挂掉电话，没有KTV，不要理她”，接电话的女生转头过来跟我说“不好意思我们KTV订满了”，我说我想定下个月的也不行吗？她支支吾吾说下个月的要过几天再打电话过来问。本来对这家吃的感觉还可以，外卖堂食都点过很多次，没想到老板居然这样对待顾客，希望大家避雷吧。如果没有KTV服务的话可以明说，不要骗人也不要对顾客这种恶劣的态度。

我昨天晚餐点了肉蟹煲和拌面 晚上半夜肚子痛 早上急性过敏全身起紅疹被送了急诊 海鲜我爱吃也常吃 第一次产生过敏反应 感受到了危險 店家菜品价格定价不贵也没到便宜 希望店家能改善食材海鮮新鲜度 避免有下一个吃完贵餐厅要送急诊的客人

Nice place, good flavor and not expensive. We had the special fried rice, the house special noodle, the chilli vermicelli, the pork with veggies and boiled rice enough for 3 ppl total was less than £50 , good place good food !

Wonderful place. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front was extremely welcoming. I told her it was our first time and she took me through the menu and recommended loads of dishes. She checked on us during our meal and even towards the end. Extraordinary service. Then there was the food. We got mainly bbq meats and everything was phenomenal. We loved it all. Special shout out to the chicken wings which were without doubt the best grilled wings I've ever had. I did think they were a bit expensive at nearly £3 per wing, but tbh they are quite large, and the flavour was just too good. So I would pay again. I'm really glad I came here because initially I went to Super Three next door but their service was frankly disgusting so I walked out.

Btw the crab just slightly larger than shrimp, 😂 土豆丝 £8.5 半盒 一颗土豆有么？ half potato ask for £8.5 羊肉串烤馒头片装一个盒子里 羊油的味道占满馒头片 🥲 求求了… 不想做生意可以不做。

I've been to this restaurant three times now, and I can confidently say that their service is consistently excellent. All of the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, and they always make sure to attend to all your needs – even those you may not be aware of. Their service is truly commendable! On top of that, their hotpot options are fantastic – both in quality and variety. I highly recommend trying them out! Overall, I had a wonderful time at this restaurant and highly suggest it to anyone looking for quality food and exceptional service.

I went there for buying a takeaway and I was impressed with the professionalism of the stuff and the quality of the dishes. The food is not oily at all and taste freshly cooked with lots of flavour. The veggie rice was cooked to perfection and the noodles were also super tasty. Shame they don't offer deliver to my area E13

Very delicious and authentic regional Chinese food. The menu is impressively not catered to European tastes. I ordered something with tofu that the waiter couldn't really explain well, but it was outstanding. Good portion, lovely fresh ingredients. Highly recommend. Service was NOT friendly, and felt awkward, waitor assumed I didn't know how to use or want chopsticks (gave me spoon and fork), when he automatically served the table of East Asian ladies next to me with chopsticks from the start. Fast and efficient service, but not friendly. Part of this may be cultural and linguistic. I will go again and try more of their tofu dishes. Recommended.

Came here randomly as next door was closed. Had the hot pot buffet and the service was super fast. Food quality was good as well but the staff there was super friendly. We came very late and they did not even rush us out and they had the right to.

All you can eat hot pot is great value, broth is delicious, service is helpful and always present. Will definitely return!

Hidden gem of the highest class!

Came for lunch and ordered: fried green beans with mince pork; sliced pork with spring onions; pork rib and winter melon soup; north style mixed vegetables; brown sugar rice cakes; and crab meat hot pot. The food and service were genreally good apart from the crab meat hot pot; at £43 I was expecting this dish to have a whole English crab. The stew's main ingredients were loads of chicken's feet, 4 or 5 king prawns and 1no. rainbow crab (at this price should have been at least 2no.). The crab was not fresh and mushy so was inedible; the prawns were not particularly fresh either; and there were too many chicken's feet - I did not order chicken's feet hot pot! This dish was a huge dissapointment. The overall meal with 3 soft drinks and a bottle of beer cost £120 with service. I would recommend to stay away from hot pot dishes and stick to the smaller dishes.

We stumbled into this restaurant by chance as the restaurant besides refused to switch on the Aircond albeit under such hot weather 😝 Food here is AMAZING ! The roasted lamb with pancake is definitely the bomb 👍 pancake was like the tortilla where you can stuff the lamb inside 😋 The stir fried pork goes really well with rice, it could be a bit on a savory side if you just eat it alone, but the flavor is really good. We ordered the Mochi for our dessert, it definitely taste a lot better than how it looks 😁 crispy on the outside and soft inside 👍 The staff was really attentive too. This is a great dining experience for us. Keep it up 👍👍👍

Never go to this restaurant if you want to have a proper meal or experience proper service coz this restaurant fails to serve both! We were waiting for more than 15 minutes to get ordered, we chased for the waiter again and again with good manner, until waited for 15 minutes. The waiter, a Chinese in green blue tripped T shirt, came with ignorance and said ‘oh I’m just being busy’ and he simply ignored my complain of why we have to wait for so long. He then responded with words like ‘so what do you want? Eat or get out, our restaurant doesn’t mind lose a couple of customers as Chinese will anyway come’ How rude he was!? There are loads of Chinese restaurants in London and Iv been so a lot, never seen a restaurant with poor condition (quality and service) before. Shame on you.

Pork ribs hot pot; comes with king prawns & chicken feet. For 2 yet contained 8 pieces of cut up ribs, 3 king prawns and LITERALLY HALF the containers were chicken feet... Overpriced & cheap move.

Food is literally top quality. You'll pay more than alot of chinese restaurants but wow its worth it. Feels very traditional and is such a pleasant experience. I literally would recommend visiting the actual restaurant as you won't be let down

I just received my order from Deliveroo from this restaurant whereby I spent roughly £34 for a meal for 2, but the quality of the food received was down right disgusting. The salt and chilli wings was clearly from a minimum of a day ago (in my opinion) possibly 2. You can see how dried the actual meet was as it appeared to start decomposing. I order double egg fried rice (which was rice with little chunks oh what tasted like ham and 2 eggs fried literally laid across the top of the rice. The only item that actually was edible and tasted as one would expect was the ribs with bbcue sauce. Honestly I rarely ever would take out my time to write a review, as normally would ring up and complain to the manager or owner (in this case after an hour of ringing with no one picking up I came online to voice my disgust). If it wasn’t from the pandemic, I would actually walk to this place returning the 3/4 of the food I couldn’t eat nor would feed to my animals as scrap.

Staff have zero customer service

The hotpot was disappointed, and 冒菜spicy Sichuan pot is a no. We tried and it's just salty and the veg doesn't taste as fresh either. The cold starter are good. Compared to China town, the price is not cheap but some dish can be more expensive.

A bit inconsistent, previously food was a bit more tastier, but this occasion food tasted quite bland. The bbq chicken wings was good. But then the fried green beans which we normally get was lacking saltiness and fragrant flavours. The special fish slices cooked in oil looked impressive but when tasted it was very subtle hint of chilli and schechuan peppercorn and not bursting of flavour. The fried aubergine was nice, deep fried in flour and cooked in a tangy sauce. Overall the meal was ok. If you are a qmw student you can get 20% off!

Best Hong shao beef noodle soup I've ever had. Even in China. Staff were great too.

This is a 10min walk from my house and i always go here to grab lunch or dinner. i always take away and never dine in cause their servings is too big for me (good for 2 persons haha). So if I bought for dinner, I already have something for lunch the next day. 😋😋😋 Definitely authentic! This is my go-to place whenever I am craving for asian food.

I feel a little unfair rating this only 2 stars, as this may be a very traditional restaurant, and as such the food cooked in a traditional way, however, both myself and my colleague found the food to be below the standard we would expect for a Chinese restaurant.

I rly like this restaurant compared to another Chinese restaurant next to. I already been to here over 20 times in the last two months I think. I like the hotpot and hot boiling oil fish. So good. Actually gonna go there soon next week again.
