Absolutely bosh italian resturant! The pizza pies here a HUGE! Good value.

Food ok, but we were pressured to pay service charge by the server although it was already included in the bill. We didn't know as they never gave us menu and we just ordered the day's recommendations.

We came to the restaurant to be greeted by an older waiter named Jimmy and the young manager named Rrezon as they looked after us really well. We enjoyed our meal as we had a three course meal with a nice bottle of Amarone recommended by Jimmy. At the end of our meal as we were given the bill, we were offered a shot of Limoncello on the house from Rrezon. We will definitely be coming back again and we definitely recommend others to come back and have dinner here.

Food was so good that we came again 2 nights running. Service and food were superb and would recommend this to anyone coming to this part of London.

Absolutely amazing food. I come here every week or so and every thing I’ve had is amazing. Pizza is some of the best I’ve had, same with the pasta, steak and panna cota. I recommend everything, if your thinking of trying definitely do!

such a beautiful restaurant- was not very busy when at 7pm but the atmosphere was amazing! the food was incredible, our food was bought out to us within 5 minutes of ordering. the staff were friendly and helpful. as someone from outside of london, the prices felt very high but it was definitely worth the spend. highly recommend

I don’t normally write bad reviews but I feel as a health issue I must on this occasion. I’ve used this restaurant a few times and when the older waiter Jim is there all runs well and up to standard clean ect. But the last few times recently I’ve noticed standards have dropped and Jim wasn’t there. There was a tall well built guy serving behind the bar and on another occasion recently too another young man behind the bar neither of these guys have clue how to serve drinks or more importantly how to clean glasses! I believe they might be brothers. The glasses after usage are not put into a dishwasher but run under a tap with what appears to be cold! Water and then dried with the most dirty looking towel I’ve ever seen! Stained and brown looking maybe used in the kitchen on pizza oven? Also I saw one of these bar men wipe around the neck of the glass after washing under the tap with a dirty looking dish cloth that was laying on the wet draining board!! Also the barman sneezed twice into his hands and I watched to see If he the went and washed his hands, he didn’t!!! Dirty tea towels and dish cloths especially are the biggest germ holders in kitchens. They hold germs and bacteria. Also the well built barman was after using the stained almost brown tea towel walking about with thrown over his shoulder. Absolutely disgusting behaviour ! These two guys definitely have not had any hygiene training . I walked out after witnessing this . Glasses should be cleaned properly preferably in an hot short wash in a dishwasher and not wiped with dirty cloths. Who knows what germs are left on glasses after someone drinking from them? and worst still then dry with what looked like a dirty cloth from the pizza kitchen. Won’t be going back any more I’m afraid!!

The food was really delicious and the staff was very friendly and humorous.

Not holding my breath when I landed at the Ibis Hotel, they didn't do evening meals and there seemed to be no restaurants nearby. The reception assistant pointed me to Il Bianco Landed in foodie heaven! A seafood risotto to die for and the profiteroles beyond perfect. I am now actually looking forward to my next London visit to Canary Wharf.

After a very long day, and a particularly terrible week, I chanced upon this wonderful little Italian place for dinner with my husband. I wanted it to be special for him and boy! Did the lovely gentlemen weave magic! The wine was served promptly and the beer for my husband was in good cheer. The steak my husband had, was done just the way he wanted it (despite being one of the last orders of the day), and my Penne Pomodoro was sooo satisfying. Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful evening!

Dinner at an Italian....was a lovely meal . Good price. Quiet at 6.30pm and just across the road from where we had been staying. Very nice.

Rude and uninterested staff, meh quality of food with cheap ingredients. The only reason they survive is being local to buildings nearby. Otherwise this restaurant has no reason to be. Sorry

I had dinner at Il Bianco last night and it as a good experience. The restaurant is pleasant, with good light, big windows and a high ceiling. There is a wide choice - I went for a spicy chicken pasta with a glass or merlot, and the food was well cooked, tasty and very copious. The wine was fruity and full bodied, with the sun of Italy. The service could be improved (a smile would be welcome) but with my 10 words of Italian the welcome improved. I would go back, as both the fish and meat dishes were tempting.

The pizza is very delicious and comes quite quickly. The tiramisu is good, but not for my taste. The choice of wines is great. Some of the waiters are not super reactive and could be more amiable.

Stick to the pizzas! My pasta was very bland and came scattered with several very slightly cooked, whole cherry tomatoes. The sauce was billed as ‘creamy tomato sauce’, but was thin and watery. The chicken was cubed and tasted very processed. My friend’s pizza was huge and really lovely! We booked for 7pm on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was empty! Should’ve taken that as a warning! There were more staff than customers all evening and the manager was very rude - especially to his own staff!! Most customers were takeaway and delivery pizzas. I can now see why!…

Nice little restaurant in a fairly commercial area. Food portions are big, the starter is a meal in itself but the quality was a 7/10 for me. Staff were efficient but without emotion, very much like a business transaction rather then a dining experience.

Visited Il Bianco recently with two of my friends! Slightly on the expensive end, but totally worth it. 🫰🏻 Would suggest the Spaghetti, Garlic, Baby clams cooked in white wine sauce!

The waiter with a white beard greeted us, offered us a table like someone in a hurry, introduced the dishes he wrote on the whiteboard, called the special menu, in English with an Italian accent, but he also wrote down the ones that were not ready, interestingly, a short boy with a stubble behind the bar, probably the room. The waiter repeatedly hit something because the coffee machine tank was not empty, he was going to break a crate, then he was secretly eating something behind the bar and grinning a lot. The other, aggressive, white-bearded waiter, who was in a hurry, went from side to side in the tiny restaurant as if he had a wife whose birth he was waiting for. came. The field is not the place to spend more than once. The white-bearded waiter, who was aggressive towards the gentlemen, was very polite to the blonde lady who came to the wrong dish. He advised the woman that pizza can be eaten everywhere, choose another dish.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience at Bianco. Despite a reservation, we received a call just 20 minutes before our booking, this was on Valentines day btw- informing us that only a set menu was available – a detail not mentioned during the OpenTable booking. The guy with specs placed the blame on us, insisting we should have called ahead. The push for a £30 spend per head felt unwarranted, given the circumstances. When requesting to speak to a manager, we were informed none was present, leaving us dissatisfied with the lack of resolution. Throughout the interaction, the response from the staff was consistently unhelpful, often resorting to a simple "I DON'T KNOW." Such handling of the situation left us thoroughly disappointed with our dining experience. Disappointed with the overall experience at Bianco, we decided to leave. Their lack of professionalism and unhelpful attitude overshadowed any positive aspects. This experience, combined with the issues mentioned earlier, leaves us hesitant to recommend this establishment to others.

Terrible service two old guys that just ignore you and think uber eats orders are more important than dealing with a living customer that’s standing in front off you. Avoid this establishment.

The food is amazing but the waiters are VERY RUDE. They are on your head all the time and they expect us to order as soon as they handover the menu card to us. They will make faces and oh dude try and ask them for suggestions.. they say IDK. Specially the old guy with specs. And do not dare to ask for the 3rd drizzle of cheese because it’s a crime. Overall I love the food- hats off to the chef and the guy on the bar but they really need to change their waiters.

As soon as we sat down there was already an issue going on with another table. Then one of the waiters (bald and glasses) went over to the barman and started gossiping saying that they can’t speak english and “it’s stupid.”. He then came to take our drinks order where we then said if we could order food too but he was very adamant to not take our food order. As i was speaking to him he did not appreciate personal space as he was reaching across our table without even asking and spitting as he spoke. This is 10 minutes into sitting down. The atmosphere was horrible and clearly they can’t handle being busy. We then tried to order a cocktail and he told us that we couldn’t order one because he wasn’t sure if the barman could make it (any of the cocktails). So then we just decided to get tap water and said we’re still browsing and he said if we’re not going to order food we need to leave. so we left :). we visited 10 years ago and had a bad experience but thought we would try again. Bad idea. They haven’t changed or developed their customer service, manners, decorum or professionalism. Can’t say much about the food but the atmosphere was enough to lose an appetite.

Looking at the positive reviews was sorely disappointed with this restaurant Staff were abrupt from arrival to when paying the bill, food literally thrown in front of you This could have been over looked had the food been good however unfortunately it was as bad as the service, oven baked mushrooms starter was a couple of pan fried button mushrooms swimming in garlic oil - steak was 50% fat and accompanying vegetables raw A place to avoid plenty of better restaurants close by

We ate as a table of 4 on a Saturday evening, around 8pm. Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 sides of fries and drinks. The Pizza Nduja was a delight to consume and baked to a nice crisp but still doughey. Fries were also delicious. Vibe was chilled.

Very unwelcoming staff it was almost intimidating, although the pizza I had got was decent the staff had ruined it.

Worst pizza ever. I ordered 3 pizzas, All no taste and the tomato sauce was definitely something wrong with it! The pictures I uploaded should be a Margherita with mozzarella di bufala but was the worst pizza I ever had! Very expensive £16 per pizza I was expecting something really nice but instead I get this and we all felt sick all night!

If you want to have a deep seafood taset then you arrived. Better make a book it get crowded so fast.. the price is in the higher side but I will come again for sure 💪🏻💪🏻

Visited on Sunday 2nd July evening. Highly recommended. Lovely food and fantastic service WITHOUT all that "Is everything alright with your meal?" pestering. I got the vegaterian pasta which was under cooked little to none taste or flavour it was supposed to come with Parmesan cheese but after 5 mins of eating we had to ask the waiter who was very rude from start to finish for Parmesan cheese he replied abruptly “IT IS COMING” The other waiters were just standing around bored right next to us looking while we were eating and making us feel uncomfortable. The main waiter was very rude and noticed this with everyone that walked in the door people walked in to order for take away and walked back out in disgust because of the rudeness of the waiter I definitely would not go back or recommended this Reataruant really overpriced also

We were staying at the Ibis nearby looking for somewhere to eat before the Abba Voyage concert and thought we'd try Il Bianco. Fantastic place, great service and food at a very reasonable price for London. Me and my friend were both talking about how good our meals were the next day. Would definitely return if in the area and recommend to anyone

Food and service was incredible. Proper authentic Italian food and good portions. Price was cheaper than at home so amazing for London prices especially tower hamlets payed less than £50 for the two of us. Found it as it was just a minute from our hotel, but will definitely be coming back

Food was absolutely divine, would recommend to anyone in the area. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

The pizza used to taste nice, fairly large and decently priced. -- Now the pizza has become a lot more expensive while being a whole lot smaller at the same time. Even the box is smaller to make it less obvious. -- The latest pizza was very thin, small in a smaller box, oval not round, very wide crust that resembles flatbreat, only a tiny amount of toppings. Doesn't taste the same anymore either. A lot more bland than in the past. -- We've been observing this trend for a while. By weight, this is basically half of what it used to be, literally. Last time we will be their customer.

It was an okay experience. I've had much better customer service with both cheap and expensive restaurants. This is definitely not my favorite experience I've had in London. Firstly, we (my cousins and I) were properly greeted which I appreciate, our coats were taken by whom I assume is the manager, good first impression, but we were put in the corner under the loud speakers and away from the waiters. We were fasting so we wanted something to snack on until the food came, we thought we would get complimentary bread whether that was with butter or olive oil and vinegar but we got nothing even though my cousin when making the reservation wrote in the notes to specifically get breadat a certain time for prayer. Was not accomodated. We waited 10-15 minutes to get plain bread, it was toasted but that was it. Also, because of where we were sat no waiters were remembering us or paying attention to us. We would call when we need something, no one would answer, or the bartender would answer and he wouldn't know what to do, it feels like he doesn't know how to do his job. The food took ages to come out, I got tired of waiting so I stopped counting. I ordered the Gnocchi which I enjoyed, both my cousins ordered the spicy penne chicken pasta and one of theirs was dry/ overcooked but we were all too exhausted and hungry from fasting so she ignored it and ate, they didn't enjoy it either. All in all, I would not recommend. 2/10

Having had dinner here a couple of times, I am always impressed with the quality and taste of the food! Love their pizzas! Staff is attentive and the drinks are always well prepared. Il Bianco is a go to restaurant when you just want to relax and enjoy great food and great drinks.

해외여행 나와서 처음 들린 식당. 마르게리따피자를 시켜 먹었는데 맛은 그저그랬으나 점점 먹으면 먹을 수록 토마토 소스가 과한 느낌이 들었습니다. 주문 받고 서빙 받는 중년 남성분은 활기차셨고 대체적으로 직원들이 친절한 느낌이었습니다. 하지만 팁 추가 결제 요구하는 것은 선뜻 이해하기 어려웠네요. 제가 팁 문화에 익숙하지 않아서 그럴수도 있으나, 팁 결제 요구 전에 안 해도 되는데 혹시나 추가 결제 의향 있으면 해달라고 외국인에게는 확실히 말하는 편이 좋을 것 같습니다.

Ordered 2 pizze and they were small , really small, in italy this size pizza wouldn't be acceptable. I had get something else out of the fridge as still hungry. I use to go all the time and loved it , but something has changed , not longer a customer.

Food is good and space is nice but atmosphere was a bit too quiet.

Ordered 5 pizzas over the phone and went to pick them up. Got home and realised that 2 of them were wrong. Got back to the restaurant with the 2 wrong pizzas and asked for the correct ones. So far all normal, this kind of mistakes can happen. Got the 2 new pizzas and checked them this time, one of them was still wrong. Now I ended up having 3 piazzas home that got cold and spent a lot of time in waiting for the other 2 to be prepared (no priority among the other orders). One of the staff members was nice and said that he was sorry about this situation but I think they need to change pizzaiolo.

Staff is rude and that made the experience just not what You expect when You come into a restaurant. The main waiter (older guy) is spinning around like a bee and looks crazy stressed although has just a few tables. When we came in he immediately told us to wait outside and did not let us come in because some other ladies were waiting as well. Now I understand that they were there first, but the waiter could have said “hello, please wait a moment” or something like that. Then when we came in we didn’t really understand were to sit because he ran away again. When we got to the table he brought the menu and left. After, we ordered drinks and food. I ordered coke for myself and I saw when other waiter took already opened 0,5 l coke bottle and poured it in a glass for me. When the waiter brought pasta to my boyfriend he was sprinkling parmesan cheese not even looking at us or the plate. We joked that it’s good he didn’t sprinkled the cheese on my boyfriends head. As I said food was delicious. But when eating I was observing everything that was happening in the restaurant. Since I am a waitress myself at a fine dining restaurant and I study hospitality management it’s always interesting for me to watch how other restaurants are working. Younger waiter by the bar was drinking water. The older one was always running around like crazy, chewing gum. He even knocked up a sign when opening the door for guests. When we were eating he didn’t check if we are happy with the food or if we need something else. Both of the waiters were never smiling or being friendly and kind. But they were always yelling and talking very loudly, even louder than some tables. Also, these guys do not really know how to carry glasses or put cuttlery on the table. They do this without no trays and very loudly almost throwing things on surfaces. I don’t really understood this stressfull service because the restaurant was for sure not busy. The thing I was not happy about is not even that, but the feeling that you are not welcome and no kindness or friendliness from the staff. It’s not hard to smile or say ‘hello’ or ask if we are happy and how’s the food. I met much better waiters and waitresses in mcdonald’s or five guys. Staff and managers of this restaurant need to understand that good food is not enough to have a successfull restaurant that people would want to come back to. I am, for sure, not coming back there to eat.

totally satisfied us and were reasonable at 14 quid each Seems a colourful place with lots of noise etc so not sure dining in would be everyones cup of tea. I put it down to their qunitessential Italianness.

Un sitio pequeño pero la comida esta bien. Tienen alguna cosa fuera de carta que merece la pena como los mejillones, la pasta le faltaba un punto de sal, un pelin sosa, las pizzas estan muy bien. Nos cobraron tres aguas en vez de dos y cuando se lo dijimos salieron por peteneras, no lo modificaron, por eso bajan de estrellas, fue mal detalle.

Just ok. The pumpkin tortellini arrived undercooked. We couldn’t eat it, but they offered to cook it again for us (so 10/10 customer service) at least. The bolognese was very small portion and not quite tasty. Lasagna small too for the price. The pizza was average. Desserts were the best out of the whole meal. I would maybe not visit again as the food is not worth the price!

We where six persons and was very satisfied with all the disches. Pizza, fettucini salmon, shrimps, pannacotta, tiramisu, bruchetta was tasty homemade and delicius. We can strongly recomend this place. Friendly, fun and fine service.

Found this hidden gem while staying at the nearby Ibis. After a busy afternoon walking round the Isle of Dogs, this was the perfect place for an informal, relaxing dinner. Pasta and risotto was delicious, staff very friendly and the whole meal was very good value for money. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back.

We kind of stumbled across this restaurant and what can i say everything from start to finish was amazing, the mixed fish grill was an excellent portion of varied fish which was fresh and tasted and smellt like to sea if i cloded my eyes i felt like i was in Italy in the summer, the wine was perfect, lobster soup (with lobster chunks in it to boot) was smooth and creamy and coated the palate perfectly. My partner's salmon was cooked to perfection and the fries ordered as a side dish were hot crispy and delicious. The manager (James/not his Spanish name) was attentive, friendly and very welcoming, this is a place that we will definitely return to in the near future, would definitely recommend! Thank you for the complimentary Limoncello it also reminded me of Italy. Awesome time had, excellent food, thank you..

Food we had was nice, but 2/4 meals came out incorrectly, they were really understaffed so had to ask a couple of times to get drinks and then there was a bit of a wait (maybe 20 minutes for 2 beers), we had to ask for dessert menus and then ask for our order to be taken. Wouldn’t go back, but again the food which came out correctly was very tasty but not worth the rest of the experience

Dear sir, We are old customers of il Bianco when it used to be ran by the old manager Jimmy since he left il Bianco we don't go there annymore not so often because we had a very bad experience with the previous italian manager was very rude the service was very bad and we will never come back there again. Last week me and my wife passed by and we spotted the old and previous manager Jimmy so I said to my wife that is jimmy and my wife said no I said to my wife let's go inside and check it out hes there it's him! so he received us nice and welcoming with a big smile on his face and he was happy to see us and we are overwhelmed by his service like the old days how it used to be the food was excellent which was a course recommended by and from jimmy. The two starters and two seabass they were excellent now we hope he stays here and we carry on coming in every now and then to visit and have lunch and dinner here I hope he isn't going to leave us again.

The food was great but the stuff ask why a the woman is paying the bill, I think it isgood that make traditional food but they could behave like if they live in this century
