Fantastic venue for a large group celebratory meal. Great support from staff in planning, lovely space, good quality food at reasonable prices, and great service on the day. Very child-friendly.

Robert had excellent customer service and duty of care towards us while we dined at this restaurant.

I really enjoyed coming to Zizzi with my family for my step mum's birthday, we enjoyed the pizza and pasta being served on the house. And the surprise birthday cake to my stepmum, Lauren was quite the treat to top it all off. I ate here on 15th Jan at 6:15pm. Not a good experience. My main came out with our sharing starter and my friends didn't come out until after I'd finished. Waitress wasn't very cooperative- she said it was because we each ordered separately via the QR Code but isn't the whole point that everyone at the table each scans and puts their own order in? It doesn't even let you send off your order until everyone has done theirs so her point was completely moot. My pizza barely had any chicken on it (about 3 pieces) and it was just plain bland chicken which is not what you expect for a spicy chicken pizza. No-one came and asked how the food was. When we requested to take the service charge off as didn't feel like it was earned and our experience had been disappointing, the waitress was very rude and just huffed.

We conduct a preliminary investigation into the customer's allergies. Information on major allergies is available. The unfortunate thing is that celery is included in the delicious menu.

Everything was perfect! i loved the lasagna and the cocktails that i had. Ingus was the perfect person to assist with my evening. i enjoyed my dinner because of him.

We had a great experience at this Italian restaurant. The food was delicious—perfectly cooked pasta and tasty pizzas with fresh ingredients. Our server, Ingus, was super friendly and attentive, which made the meal even better. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some good menu suggestions. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, perfect for a casual night out. Definitely a spot we’d recommend and would happily visit again!

I came with my 4 yrs boy on Saturday, it was a nice and lovely restaurant, quiet with very friendly team. Ingus served us and we chose a kids meal and a lunch meal, very good food, superb service. Will come back again!

I ordered lasagna which unfortunately was not very good… A question of taste I think, the places are however clean and beautiful, lack of consideration on the part of the servers because we paid on the application alone at the table and left without even a send-off.

This experience was a disappointment. Took my daughter for dinner. Chicken Milanese was dry and slightly burnt, looked and tasted like it had been kept warm all day. Potatoes also, not freshly made. Pizza was thin and rubbery.

Came here with my wife and two children for our new years dinner. Had a wonderful time, the children’s menu has good options even for picky kids. Sat upstairs and the ambience was lovely and the service was fantastic. Food came out hot and timely. Very, very pleased, especially considering it’s a holiday. We will be back!

A quiet place, on a beautiful pier and magnificent service

Had a lovely lunch here yesterday with my wife. Rue our server was kind and attentive throughout despite being busy. She also took the time to reccomend us places to visit during our trip to London. Great old warehouse conversion with riveted beams, brick Jack arches and cast iron columns overlooking the dock. Great atmosphere, plenty of room even for a party of 20. Food well cooked, well presented and a good range of items. Good sized portions at a good price for central London.

The food is fantastic, fresh and really tasty. The location is stunning and so Christmassy right now. The atmosphere is always inviting and friendly but the best thing about this zizzi is the staff. They are absolutely fantastic every time we come here and they really make the experience special. They are main the reason we keep coming back.

Great location with great views and a good vibe, good atmosphere as it was busy. The waitress serving us was friendly. The food arrived fairly quickly and there were no issues with the quality of it. Good portion sizes.

What a fantastic restaurant in a beautiful place overlooking the dock. The food was really good and considering how busy it was turned up quickly. All the staff were brilliant but I'd like to make a special mention to Robert who served us . What an amazing asset to the team he is and nothing was too much trouble. It felt more like a family run restaurant than a chain so well done all.

I visited Zizzi’s last week. The food was lovely, the staff were quick (dispite the various other customers) and we were served by a waiter called Ingus who was particularly kind.

As a party of 4 we ate here last night. Whilst the servers we polite and helpful they were badly let down by the Kitchen. 3 of us had finished our starters by the time the 4th came out. 2 of them were Mushroon Brindisi which had much more bread and sauce than actual mushrooms. The mains were average at best, the worst being a special of Short Rib Calzone ... this could and should have been amazing. However it was a poorly cooked, tough and dry rib wrapped in pizza dough.

Really excellent service from our server Holly, and infact the whole team. Very rarely have i received that high a standard of the whole team in a chain restaurant and I was really impressed. They were brilliant with our children, nothing was too much trouble, everything was efficient and well done. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Great location, extensive menu, substantial portions - even impressive. The prices are very affordable, and everything we tasted was excellent! Considering the portions, we also took a doggy bag! The only downside is the crowd, the restaurant was full so we had to wait a bit despite our reservation.

We went there on Saturday and the restaurant wasn't so busy, so ideal for us. The food was great and prepared pretty quick so we didn't have to wait long. The staff was very nice and professional. The location is very nice itself. Reasonable prices and great Italian food. We will definitly come back when in the area:-)

The best truffle salami pizza I have ever eaten. Service 1a, fast and nice. Great location in St. Katharine Docks, ei. A few minutes from London Tower and Tower Bridge. Prices at London levels. We'll be back on our next trip to London.

Very nice chain pizza and pasta place. Good vegetarian options as well. The garlic bread was super super good, and my pizza was excellent. Very nice outdoor seating by the harbor and they have a 20% discount for students!! Super great overall.

I love this place. The service is wonderful especially Ingus, he brings life to the vibe. I keep going back for the amazing very tasty food. Very good consideration for vegetarians allergies and other dietary restrictions.

I took my niece in for a take away hot chocolate, the guy who served was so welcoming that we had to stay. When paying my bill, I mentioned the guy who served us was so nice and the other lovely waitress said, it’s Jay our new manager. She spoke so highly of him, it’s so nice when you know the staff are happy too.

Nice place, the staff is friendly and immediately makes themselves available to you, understanding your needs. We had 20 minutes to eat and they made us eat in just 15 minutes. Great! Zizzi for ever
