Fantastic location ! Fantastic food staff was excellent

We chose it by chance for dinner. Their pizzas are really great, better served than most local delicacies in Milan. We would like to thank Pri and the whole team for their support in our choice and the service process.

Excellent food and value for money (3 course summer menu). Very impressed with the waiter, Pri. He was a friendly waiter and resolved our allergy concerns.

Like always amazing customer service, great food and the view of the marina is spectacular, especially in the evening. This is my favourite place to dine and relax after a long day at work!!!

This is Chicken Milanese with chips and green. Looks pretty simplistic but this was extraordinary, out of the world. I enjoyed it thoroughly, also it would be an injustice if I don’t mention it - the ambience at St Katherine Docks is truly mesmerising.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Beautiful ambience, great service and good food. Don’t miss the calamari starter and you can request them to add truffle oil for your risotto.

This is where I ate the worst pizza in my life. It was cold and tasted like it had been taken out of the freezer. My wife had lasagna and it looked good, but there was a hair in her lasagna from the cook, which shouldn't be the case, so I would only give 1 star. I waited for the waitress for about half an hour so that I could say all this, unfortunately she was busy with customers (chatting). I didn't pay anything for it, which is understandable for me. That's why I don't recommend eating here!!

Staff were nice and friendly and the venue was lovely. Loved sitting outside on the dock and the lights in the trees were pretty. Only downside was one main came a lot later than the rest and the others had almost finished

The food was good, but not outstanding. The place is charming, unique and really adds value to the establishment. I recommend a table on the terrace. Unfortunately, even though there were 7 people serving, the service was over-extended, and there was only 1 person at the oven and the food did not all arrive hot and at the same time.

Food was super quick and very delicious! Sat in the garden and it was a nice atmosphere!

Lovely venue with indoor and outdoor eating. Staff are brilliant, really friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble and the food is really good quality. I read somewhere that the chef here is the creator of some of their best nationwide dishes so you're in good hands (don't say i told you....)

I didn't eat well there. The aioli with the calamari was oily... The calamari was probably the worst I've ever eaten. Even with additional salt (which I got myself from the post because there was no service) they couldn't be saved. The carbonara were ok but very small. The service was probably just understaffed. In any case, it was very difficult to get anyone. The fact that I was placed next to a rat trap didn't add to the ambience. Otherwise you can sit nicely here.

Really nice spot to enjoy drinks and food outside in the middle of the marina. Food was great. Service was a little bit slow towards the end but it didn't matter and overall we had a great night.

My experience at Zizzi was disappointing, to say the least. The food was bland, overpriced, and lacked the authenticity I expected from Italian cuisine. The calamari, for instance, was mostly flour with barely any squid. This is just one of many issues I encountered. What made the experience even worse was the uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff kept staring at me as if they had never seen a black person dine there before. It was unsettling, and I couldn't help but feel it affected the quality of my meal. My companion, a white male, had his food well presented, and even he agreed that what I was served was subpar from start to finish. This place has left a bad impression on me, and I won’t be returning. It’s a shame, as I had hoped for a much better experience and I don't recommend Zizzi if you look remotely foreign.

The staff wasn't very polite; the man seemingly Italian answered very rudely to our questions and gave us instructions on ordering and paying in the same way. They didn't clean the table before us. The pasta was great, although the meal portion isn't big enough, even for a female adult. The pizza was edible. A plus is the number of calories each meal contains presented in the menu. The setting is very nice, looking at the docks and being away from the Tower of London hustle but in our case the atmosphere was degraded by the indifferent staff.

Went there yesterday to celebrate my son's birthday and sadly it's was ruined by the lack of experience by the waiters who we have to remind them 40 mins after ordering our pizza to see where it was and then they brought it cold . No taste to it at all , the staff didn't know the basics of customer service, I hope the senior management sees this review and take in consideration to teach and develop the team as the service it's shocking and I won't be back there for the rest of my life as I would advise the others to avoid it as it's does not worth the price also .

We visted twice in two days. Everything first class. All the team members work incredibly hard to provide a great experience. And wonderfully welcomed by the manager who remembered us on day two.

I visited this restaurant two days ago and had a very positive experience, especially with the waiter who treated us with great respect. Based on that, I decided to return today with my wife. However, our experience this time was very different. There was a man at the bar with long hair and a beard who was extremely rude. His behavior was completely inappropriate for someone working in a tourist area. He spoke to us in an unacceptable tone saying that we have to wait at the desk to be seated although we waited there and there were other guests waiting as well and no body come , which led us to leave and choose another place to dine. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of the restaurant. 12:37 O'clock. Maybe the owner could check his staff. Very very rude.

Had a small break from work so I dropped by at Zizzi's for a quick lunch, where the service was very quick and efficient. Rue, our waitress, was an absolute joy, and was always very kind and accommodating, ensuring the best experience.

Lovely location. Food took a little while to arrive but it was very busy, so it’s understandable. It still came out hot. Our server Rue was superb! Very attentive, and had a lovely attitude. I will be back.

This lunch was organised by me as part of a family day out. For the 3 children, it was their first time in London. I thought that Zizzi’s would be perfect as there was something on the menu to suit everyone and actually, the meals were good and reasonably priced BUT!! The children and my niece went upstairs to use the toilet facilities to be greeted by a horrible sight and smell. All of the toilets were blocked and unusable When my niece came downstairs to politely complain, the waiter just shrugged and told her she shouldn’t have gone to them because they were closed. No apology!! No sign to say they were closed or to direct customers to alternative facilities. No means of washing hands before eating - luckily we had our sanitizer with us The visit did leave a bad impression of Zizzi’s and we won’t be going again. There’s plenty of other choices of where to eat!!

The Zizzi has a fantastic location on the marina and really offers a great ambience. The food is tasteful and delicious. However, it took forever for the food to arrive. The staff was very nice, but sometimes seemed a little confused and inattentive. Overall, a great restaurant with fair value for money for London.

Delicious food! Highly recommend the Zucca Salad with the King Prawn skewer. Robert our server was fantastic.

Brilliant food, brilliant service

The food was delicious. Everything incredible. Of ten.

This is a fantastic spot to dine at and food is of good quality and not very expensive, however if you compare portions to other less central Zizzi’s stores in London, there is an obvious difference here. For example, the chicken skewer starter was less than half the size of what we’ve had in some other Zizzi stores. We also ordered ragù and initially received vegan ragù. Thankfully we noticed and got what we ordered eventually. Alcoholic cocktails did not taste like having any alcohol in them and we unfortunately noticed later that the nonalcoholic beverage we ordered was not the flavour ordered. We would still probably go back due to location, but there are some improvements to be made.

Service very slow. Very inattentive. Air con is only available depending where you sit and it is unbearable. (Air coming out at the entrance as actually hot) Drinks were warm. Despite being a largely glass building, being on a dock in direct sunlight, they have 1 canopy outside and no blinds etc to stop the sun beating on you through the glass inside. So you will have the joy of being burned, hot and blinded by sunlight. Really would not recommend, especially in summer. Unbearable.

Bit disappointed in our trip to Zizzi st Katherine’s dock on the 19th Jul. It was extremely hot in there to the point everyone was uncomfortable, the drinks service was very slow, beer, wine and water were all warm! Upstairs was empty with the doors open so there was a lovely breeze so I don’t understand why we couldn’t have sit upstairs as we were a big party! Just felt disappointed that the staff didn’t even bother to offer us better area to sit to make it more comfortable, the sun was so hot and the air con wasn’t working properly! We went for my daughters birthday as she loves Zizzi so was a little upset that it wasn’t an enjoyable birthday.

Went and sat outside by the water for dinner in the heatwave. I was seated immediately. The food was really nice and Rue my server went above and beyond to make my order perfect. Really recommend this restaurant.

We really liked it here. We were there in the afternoon when there was a little less going on. The service was nice and courteous. What we ordered was delicious, both food and drink.

Great gluten free options and a beautiful location. I would ask to eat outside when visiting.

We were a large group of 20, never easy, but the food and service were wonderful. Our waiter, Robert, was brilliant, even making sure he came and took my order when I was sat to one side with an active 5 year old. Many thanks to the whole team!

My boyfriend and I ate here last night, and we loved it! Great food and atmosphere, and the service was particularly friendly - our server Pri was very helpful! The two managers were also very engaged with the customers and ran a very smooth operation for such a busy restaurant! Would definitely recommend.

The food was outstanding - excellent bread crust and thin crispy pizza crust, and toppings were exquisite! The fish was tasty, the fondue superb and the chicken skewer appetizer was a hit by both presentation and taste. Our server Rue was so great and made the atmosphere and overall experience awesome. We had a lovely time at Zizzi yesterday. The garden setting in the docks provides a wonderful view and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious and service wonderful. Will definitely be back soon.

We stopped in for a little snack in the late afternoon and were seated right away. Our table was against the window facing out over St Katherine Harbor. We only had starters but they were delicious. Arancini was delightfully juice and came with a tasty dipping sauce. The Kings Prawns were well presented and good as well. We would definitely go back! Urban Cowgill May 2024

We had a wonderful experience here this evening, mostly thanks to the brilliant service! Despite it being incredibly busy, Rue was so helpful and attentive and gave us great recommendations. Food was lovely- our compliments to the chef!

Great location of you like water and boats. Slightly less busy than Tower of London area. Nice outside spaces that you can book. Good menu especially set menu if you have the appetite.

Fantastic location, great food and service.

Doesn’t serve drinks only on the afternoon despite being half empty. Location would be superb for a nice coffee and to watch the boats a bit but so we had to leave without consuming anything.

You order meals that should come with oven-baked potatoes, you get disgusting chips that smell and taste of over fried oil. Not just chips but chicken too. For that price, you get better meal at a school diner. At least where I come from.

I had dinner at this restaurant around 8 p.m. The welcome was pleasant and the service too. I had a salami, raw ham and mozzarella pizza on a white base and truffle oil. The dough was thin. The pizza was very good. For dessert it was a semi-cooked chocolate with salted butter caramel. A bit like the bill but much better! We must not forget that we are in London. If you have the budget you can go there with your eyes closed. The location of the restaurant is in Saint Katherine Docks. A small marina which has its own charm and which is very pleasant in the evening. Close to London Tower and Tower bridge. I recommend.

The team exceeded our expectations by ensuring we were at ease throughout our entire experience. Moreover, the food was delicious and left us feeling fully satisfied.

This is the best Zizzi in London, great staff and atmosphere!

You are in a great location without too many people and you really get away from the hustle and bustle of London. By far the friendliest restaurant staff we encountered in town. We chose the menu which offers starter+main+dessert at 26.95 pounds per person. All the dishes are very tasty and certainly very filling! Don't miss to try crispy prosciutto carbonara!

Good food quite small portions very busy I would book

Service was awful. Party of 4, around 45mins between starters and mains with no apologies or explanations for wait. One person's food turned up missing half the ingredients, sent back and still had not had a replacement meal by the time everyone else had finished. Appreciate the kitchen can get busy but prioritise the problems at tables. Waitress had no idea what was happening, other tables also sending food back. Avoid and go to McDonalds, at least you'll get your food on time.

We ordered food for take-out as we were staying on a boat in St Katherine's but the quality was just as excellent as if we'd eaten in. The food was hot, bloody delicious, and surprisingly still well presented despite being take-out! It was particularly outstanding so had to leave a review!

Slow service and pricy tasteless food!

Great location. The food was hot, tasty and well portioned. We had spaghetti bolognese and ravioli. Previously garlic-rosemary pizza bread. The service was friendly, helpful and very good. The only thing that wasn't so nice was the background noise surrounded by at least five children when they weren't eating 😜 I can absolutely recommend this place.

Gluten free options that seem to be celiac safe. The pizza is cooked on a tray and not cut with the same cutter. Amazing pizza too.

Unfortunately no recommendation. The food wasn't tasty at all, but quite expensive. I specifically asked if the pizza had tomato sauce, but it came without it and it was so spicy that you could hardly eat it. There were two red chili peppers in the calzone, which was no longer spicy. The service wasn't courteous but rather businesslike. Therefore never again.

We ve just been kicked out because we wanted have drinks only. This could ve been said while we were being seated. Never going back
