Came in, they pointed at a table wedged between two families in a completely empty, huge restaurant. Waited 30 minutes for menus and water, but they forgot about us. Got up to leave and they didn't care. So, food zero stars, because we never got offered any. Atmosphere zero stars, because it was agony being there. Service zero stars because we didn't even experience any. Ate next door at the Goodman's free house and it was super fast and friendly. Good food and cheap. Cocktails and beer is cheaper too and only a few steps away from the hotel. For breakfast I highly recommend Senzo Cafe only a 5 minute walk. Crazy friendly, fast, affordable and tasty.

I LOVE Arnel, he was so so lovely & looked after us after the spa had messed that up. He was so friendly and made the experience worth it. He deserves a promotion!!

Ordered the steak to be cooked medium with a blue cheese sauce. The sauce was freezing cold and the steak was over cooked. I sent the steak back and it came back out to me stating the chef said it is medium and not weak done, which it absolutely wasn’t. There a tiny bit of pinkness in the middle. It was most embarrassing and not something I’ve ever experienced before. The waiting on staff were lovely and I think they were also embarrassed and they did provide a discount to make up for it. At the prices they charge you’d expect it to be cooked correctly. It’s a shame I can’t post the picture I had taken.

I had bought a package for the spa and dinner as a gift for my mum and both were great. The restaurant was quiet and we got seated quickly even when we came earlier than our reservation. Drinks and food were served very quickly and we both enjoyed the meals - we had a three course meal and the portion sizes were perfect. The staff overall and especially the waiter that served us seemed lovely and were very attentive :)

I booked a spa day with a lunch extra. Arnel provided an exceptional lunch service. A friend had dietary requirements and Arnel went above and beyond to provide suitable alternatives to make sure she was catered for. He made sure she was included and was incredibly hospitable. He's also very witty and funny! Exemplary service - thank you!

I thought this was a great restaurant, especially for a hotel. Sitting outside had a great ambiance with chill music. Relaxing, not too rushed, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The manager turned away parties of 4 and another party of 7 but happily seated two that came just after. The manager mistreats his workers and is very snobby and rude to them.

Just a shame. Service, dishes… 216 pounds for 4 persons. For tiny tasteless starters, dry turkey, industrial desserts, poor wines. Disgusting. This is 248€ for us! Inacceptable. And I don’t even mention the waiting delays and waiters who simply forget you.

This is part of the hotel and we were the only people in there at lunchtime which made the atmosphere a bit flat. I was there through a company event and I guess this reataurant mainly caters for businesses. The food was generaly a good standard for a buffet but not somewhere i would choose to go on a lunchtime due to price and lack of atmosphere. Staff were polite but didn't seem partculary ntested in our small group.

The staff are great. They made sure my wife and I had enjoyable meals. Abdul was very helpful at breakfast by taking my getting my plates and drinks at the buffet for me. The food at lunch was very good. I recommend the fish and chips or the club sandwich.

The treatment received was fantastic but lunch was disorganised noone knew we were having a spa day abd the meal was bought out wrongly despite pre ordering. They then let my mum finish her lunch before bringing my correct meal and we ordered fries which were bought out with the starter and luke warm. There were only 5 sunbeds and one was broken so one of us couldnt sit by the pool could have done with even a few chairs. In a positive note the therapist was brilliant and the treatment very nice. Just missing the finishing touches

I had dinner here this evening. The service was excellent. The server was so welcoming and was delighted to make me an aperol spritz cocktail. Would recommend based on the great welcoming service.

Leo's, located inside the Leonardo Royal Hotel offers a large space with bar and table sitting and an overpriced Mediterranean food menu. The food menu is fairly basic - meat, fish and salads. The salad I ordered was average with the dressing too overpowering. The prices are on the high end - £14 to £22 for a main dish. The space was recently refurnished giving is a warm and cozy feel. The service is attentive and friendly. If you are after convinience and do not mind paying for it, Leo's is your spot. If you after good food Leo's is not for you.

Terrible experience by all means To be seated, takes more than 5 minutes waiting, considering that the restaurant is almost empty 4 waiters dealt with / served the table: One is arrogant 2 lacking friendliness and hospitality One is welcoming and normal Fired chicken sandwich is less in quality than KFC and tasteless Fries have been cooked in a used oil - smelled awful Fork and knife served 5 minutes after serving the main dish Above is a sad statement of fact!

I arrived and the waiter took my order and returned to my table and told me my food would be out soon. The waiter delivered my food after waiting for 40 minutes and seeing 3 couples that arrived after me get their meals first. No one returned to my table until I stopped the waitress and told he to bring my ticket. No one checked on me to see if I needed anything, not once during that time. The food was good, but the service was real poor. The managers walked around and visited all the tables, but not mine. I guess I didn’t fit the profile of anyone they would have given a care about.

I know this is going to be a bit harsh, and I think they were having a bad day. Came here with my wife while visiting London to grab a quick dinner. The bartender was apparently not around so a couple of other people took our drink order and promptly poured two full glasses of the wrong beer - but weren't totally sure what to do about it. 2-stars because they did eventually solve that problem. But then they never brought menus and we're so distracted by new people walking in that we finally decided to just leave and go somewhere else. The food might be great so give it a chance if you're staying here... But otherwise... ya know.

When I travel solo on business I love staying here, the high comfort & good quality rooms, friendly accommodating staff and great location. I normally hate eating alone but always feel so comfortable in the restaurant!

Ombra hosted our wedding reception at their bakery across the road. The setting was great for our 65 guests with indoor and outdoor space, the food was exceptional (four courses, including burrata, beans, pasta and tiramisu), and the atmosphere was wonderful. The team (especially Red) was great at making sure things went smoothly on the day and making adjustments as needed. We couldn't have picked a better venue for what we wanted. Thank you!

The food was delicious so many flavours from start to finish. The tiramisu was also insane, would highly recommend. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome (thank you Caitlin & Matt), it was overall a great experience. 10/10 would come again, especially for the sassy cat.

Terrible experience. Only 2 tables were occupied in the restaurant, and it took over 45 mins to get out one starter. The main courses (4) were all tasteless, and dire. We complained at the time when the waiter asked us "hows the food", we told him it was awful, but by then we had waited so long to receive food (over an hour for the main course), we were that hungry, we ate it. The chips were about the best thing we endured, we didn't moan about the chips being 6.50 pounds, but when we got them, it was less than a full potato! LOL We did laugh about this in the end.

Seems weird to risk a one star review because you wouldn't let someone use your toilet without buying something. The bar next door was very friendly and looked really nice. So I guess I should be thankful that you helped me find that place.
