All in all, I don't think there's anything to complain about. Everything else is weak. London is expensive, it's true, but when you pay £16 for carbonara, you should eat it. The portions are very small and the taste? Not the one that should be either. Nothing in the entire family knocked anyone down. The worst money spent on a trip to London.

Fantastic small real Italian restaurant. Freshly made al dente pasta which was delicious. Add to that great service makes this a recommendation if you are in the area.

When I came to Emilia’s crafted pasta , I tried the carbonara with pancetta, truffled cacio e pepe and the pesto pasta. All the pastas were super delicious , I highly recommend the truffled cacio e pepe and the carbonara, both had a delicious creamy, cheesy flavour and the actual pasta itself is perfect. I love that you can choose whatever pasta shape you’d like, I loved the bucatini. The truffled cacio e pepe could have a stronger truffle flavour in my opinion, but it was still delicious. For dessert I ordered the panna cotta, it was nice but nothing particularly amazing. Unfortunately I do have to mention how disgusting the bathroom was. There were dead flies all over the sink, all over the floor and also loads of alive flies flying around, I was shocked at how many there were. There were also flies flying around the restaurant so I really suggest you do something about that.

Look, this is in the financial area of London. It won’t be cheap. It won’t be great ambience or service. It will all be quite simple and functional. But therefore I prefer to judge based on food quality predominantly. This is not an Italian restaurant to be clear. Don’t come here for scaloppine or Vitello or a nice pizza. This is an easy concept of fresh pasta and that’s about it aside from desserts. The menu is also fairly limited so don’t expect endless choices of pasta types or sauces, but what they do have includes a lot of crowd pleasers, variation in styles and a whole lot of flavour. My lamb ravioli were very good and prepared quickly and efficiently. It was a nice, if not large, portion size, especially with a £16 price tag, but heh it’s London. Lovely fancy brand of sparkling Italian orange drink, albeit bonkers at £4.50! I was sat at the bar overlooking where all the chefs cook the pasta…the 12.5% service charge was comical really. The waiter took my order and then the chef passed me my plate of food as he cooked it right in front of me. That cost me £2.56 for that lack of interaction! And then it took me about 10 minutes in a tiny restaurant to pay the bill! So, a 4/5 rating is solely for the food. And maybe for the concept. But service (indifferent,used to dealing with London city people who are nasty and don’t even care), ambience (cramped), and very high price = 2/5. Doubt this mini chain will last long, even in London. Would not recommend and would not return. Overall gets a 3/5.

Excellent pasta and tiramisu to die for!

The homemade pasta was delicous (we had the 4-hour slow cooked Bolognese and the carbonara, both dishes are highly recommended by us) and had the perfect size. For dessert we choosed the Tiramisu and the pistachio cheesecake, both Desserts were very delicous aswell and they are a must try in our opinion. The server was very friendly and attentive. Overall we had an amazing evening at Emilia's Crafted Pasta in our vacation.

With my family i had dinner in this restaurant. Ee are italian and our doubt about restautant is very high…but we had a dinner as in our house. We have appreciated main course and dessert. Congratulation to the staff and owners.

We had a lovely evening! The pasta was delicious and the server very attentive and quick. We had the 4-hour slow cooked bolognese (which I highly recommend) and the carbonara. Both tasted amazing and the portion size was just right in our opinion. For dessert we tried the tiramisu and pistachio cheesecake. My partner was skeptical of the cheesecake at first, because things with pistachios can be very hit or miss but he ended up liking it even more than the tiramisu! The tiramisu was also great but between the two, I would recommend the cheesecake. The quality of the food, service and overall ambiance make it the perfect place for a tasty meal!

Français fuyez ! Alors c'est tout à fait mangeable mais cela n'a vraiment rien d'exceptionnel !! Les quantités sont toutes petites ! On a payé 50 £ pour 2 plat de pâte ( pas copieux !) et une bouteille d'eau !! C'est scandaleux ! 12% de pourboire faut pas déconner ! En France ça serait juste inacceptable.

Per noi è stato un piacere essere ospiti in questi Ristorante. Chi è in zona deve assolutamente venire qui. Rimarrà soddisfatto!

A very nice Italian restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I got the sourdough bruschetta to start and the homemade tomato and basil pasta as a main, both tasted incredible, especially the pasta.

Basically, for the price I would of hoped for a bigger portion, for two of us 1 starter, two glasses of wine and a pasta dish came up to £61 The food wasn’t very seasoned had to utilise the tables condiments. Probably would of been better off in vaps

Some of the best pasta we have ever tasted ( and we've eaten plenty of pasta); the sauces were right on the nail and pasta al dente as promised. The mixed salad was an inspiring mixture of delicious flavours and textures and could be eaten as a great meal in its own right. Service was great and the wine just right. No hesitation in coming back.

Quality homemade pasta. There were 5 of us and we all chose different dishes and we were won over by the plates. I took the truffle pasta, the dosage was good so as not to overwhelm the whole dish. Dose of pepper too so avoid as it is if you don't like spicy dishes. Prices are not given (but it’s London). Normal portion for a restaurant, don't expect large dishes of Italian pasta. Super good tiramisu and cheese cake. Raspberry ice cream is really great for children. A little noisy because of a lot of tables. I was in London on business and wanted to eat somewhere with a cozy atmosphere that served Italian food. Normally I don't order pasta at restaurants, but I wanted to give Emilia's a try - and I am very glad that I did! The food was exceptional and smashed expectations and reasonably priced too. I had the 4 hour slow cooked Ragu, and the food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely return in future!

Bruschetta was amazing; Carbonara over-salted. Drinks refreshing! Would return for dessert. We started with Sourdough Bruschetta. With perfect seasoning, garlic & freshly chopped basil the evening started off with a bang! It was taking me back to a hearty village in Italy I never knew I visited. FRESH and Top Tier! Next came the main, Pistachio & Basil Pesto sounded tempting but I kept it safe with a classic Carbonara. They had a smoked salmon variant but I opted for pancetta of course. Despite its creamy surface, the seasoning wasn’t cooperating. It tasted like the cook dropped a whole bowl of salt on it. That teamed up with some what rubbery pancetta made the main a big miss! - The Bruschetta was definitely the MVP of the match!🏆 For drinks I grabbed something new on their menu, the Organic Italian peach ice tea. It was surprisingly refreshing, think Lipton in First Class. I think it was the fact they used raw bucatini as straws, maybe it’s a secret flavour enhancer. The coat hangers on concrete pillars were a cool addition. We didn’t have dessert this time but I saw they had a Homemade Amaretto Tiramisù which sounds great an I would defo try next time. Despite the subpar main, I’ll be back for sure. The Pistachio Sicilian twist is calling my name!”

My pasta tasted fine but this is the first time I ever sat googling alternative restaurants to go to as soon as I finished. I would not recommend this place for dinner....portions are small for the price and very little protein (just a few specs in the sauce). Maybe this is the traditional Italian way? I've never been to Italy but I expected at least one meat item to balance the carbs.

Amazing pasta! Very fresh and flavorful. I think that might have been the best pasta me and my boyfriend both ever had. We will come back 100%! (Honestly not kidding the best pasta, we had the homemade tomato sauce one and the bolognese)

The pasta was really fresh & delicious 😋.I was on the bar. Staff are very friendly ,Specially the kitchen people.👨‍🍳 As they have front kitchen so everyone can look how they are doing. Environment and kitchen was clean. Overall I’m very much satisfied about their service.

The taste is really great, but the portions could be larger. If you don't order dessert or any other drinks after your meal, you'll immediately get the bill on the table and be asked to leave.

Food was great but we were seated on the right side of the restaurant as you go in and the servers tended to stand with the back to us the whole time so it was difficult to get their attention for anything! We had to walk up to them a couple of times. Otherwise very accommodating.

Been there last Tuesday, food is amazing, service is good, staff are friendly. They serve good pasta! I had the pesto pasta and it's delicious.

Love the pasta, very al dente. Pistachio cheesecake is delicious, tiramisu has a quite strong taste of alcohol but not bad. Good place to go if you want some authentic Italian pasta I think.

Over hyped but its very good quality

The food at the restaurant was great, but the service was a bit disappointing. One waitress, wearing glasses, seemed to ignore us despite calling her twice. While other staff were attentive and active, she stood in the corner not helping out. Overall, good food but the service could use improvement. Three stars for the food and other staffs.

Home made pasta is delicious, albeit very filling. Place had a quite off-putting smell of the sewer when we entered, but the aroma of food seemed to overcome that quite quickly.

The pasta is great but the service is terrible. We ordered olives to snack on & they arrived just before the main course & only after we had chased them! We also ordered a side of green beans which the waiter forgot to add to the order & we chased them too … it was too late to enjoy as a side! The whole place stank of sewerage .. very unpleasant. It is a problem in that area but businesses need to address that with their council. I like the pasta but wouldn’t go back.

I've been meaning to try this place. At the beginning, the servers kept rushing us to order even though not everyone has arrived yet. They did let us stay for quite long so that was appreciated. The pasta was really nice overall. You are also allowed to change the pasta type for each dish which was nice. The pistachio and basil pesto received high praise from my table.

Really excellent, 5 stars on everything! Even slightly particular dishes, not the usual ones you find in Italian restaurants abroad. Prices in line with London, for 30 pounds each you can have dinner

I recently dined here and it was a delightful experience. The Italian dishes were authentic and flavorful, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special mention goes to our waitress, who was Indian. She was incredibly accommodating and had an impressive knowledge of the menu, guiding us to some excellent choices.I’ll definitely be returning!

The best pasta in England! Great and friendly staff, great and friendly service, very grateful for helping us charge our phones too. The food is very tasty, the atmosphere is cool! I am very glad that I came across this establishment by chance and if I am ever in this area again, I will definitely visit them!

Probably the best carbonara I've had outside of Italy.

After a long full-on day out and about London, we really wanted a fresh and tasty pasta. We'd been to Emilia's at St Katherine's Dock as it was near our hotel and were craving their food. I checked on Google where the nearest was from the underground we were on and headed for it. It took a few moments to find from the tube as it was late on a Sunday night. They wre busy inside with diners and the kitchen was busy dispatching deliveries, but with a smile we were greeted and seated. We ordered carbonara, truffled cacio e pepe, salad, garlic bread, and house wine. It was all delicious except for the missing bread! When they realised, they gave us a slice of their delicious cheesecake as compensation. Such a great non fussy restaurant, with such friendly helpful staff serving the best plates of pasta. I plan to visit all branches and stock up on their products for home.

Managed to seat 6 of us at short notice. Service was good and quick. Ordered the salmon carbonara. It was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like a pot of salt had been poured over it. Had the bruschetta as a starter and couldn’t recommend it enough was so nice but stay clear of the carbonara. For the price it was not worth it

Pasta was good but not great! Service wasn't very attentive despite not being very busy. We had to ask for the bill twice. Ambiance staff in the kitchen very loud.

Very good meal which deserves a kinder waitress... who could avoid wiping the plate she is going to serve with her fingers for a sauce which was undoubtedly overflowing. Relieved that it's not one of our plates Despite this, a real moment where we enjoyed ourselves

According to google, this restaurant closes on 10:00 PM. We arrived 9:50PM and unfortunately they told us that the kitchen had already closed. We have became so disappointed just because we had been eating there for 4 times before today, and we really expected to get the same for today. Specially because it is our last day in London and we had decided to have our last dinner there…😞😞😞

Best Pesto and bruschetta ever and i nearly cam when i drank the Ice tea

First off, the pasta we had tasted very good. They make fresh pasta daily and their recipes are well refined, but good pasta is fairly easy to find. The issue is more that the service was not really good, I asked for some parmesan and I never got it, it is a little strange since they mentioned it many times on the menu, on their t-shirts and I asked for it, but no one really comes by with any parmesan or brings you any even when you ask for it. I do like that their straws are sticks of pasta and the decor and atmosphere is nice. But the biggest issue is the price and the serving size. This is one of the more expensive meals we had in London which is kind of strange for pasta, we even had to order more since the servings are small (there is also no kids menu). Too expensive for what you get and add to that the lackluster service versus other places, and I cannot say that I recommend it.

I just came to London for the first time. Want to find something to eat that is pasta and cheese? Then I found this restaurant by looking at pictures and other people's reviews and had to come eat at it. And as expected, everything was good: pasta, ravioli, cheese, dessert, and service. The employee gave me extra cheese to add.

Truly an amazing restaurant! Delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff, and correct pricing. We were lucky to walk in without a reservation, definitely make one if you plan on eating here, just to be safe.

Salse liquide e non mantecate con la pasta con forti sapori di spezie. Poi quando sono stato non funzionava aria condizionata per cui locale caldo e poco areato. Personale cortese ma che non sopperisce al basso punteggio. NON CONSIGLIATO

Service was quick and decent. However, the food was just average, and we expected it to be much better. It was a really hot day, and the AC wasn't working, so we couldn't enjoy our stay longer.

It’s like a gentrified version of an Italian restaurant. Very pretentious in its marketing in the walls, menu, and pricing.. all for a very average food experience. I expected better.

Best pasta I've ever tasted! Charming little place.

Apart from a slightly long delay in ordering on the first day, I have no criticism to give. The service is excellent with friendly waiters, the best legs I've ever eaten in my life and a lovely atmosphere.
