Kilikya’s Gastro, Cocktails, Lounge in Tower Hamlets

A very nice place where we ordered two drinks, one of them a white wine, and it wasn't cold enough, so we asked for ice. They told us they didn't have any ice!!! I can't believe it!!! When it came time to pay, we had to wait too long. I think since we didn't dine there, they're not interested in providing good service. I definitely won't be back.

One of the rare places in London that serves Mediterranean cuisine with such care and flavor. The mezes were incredibly fresh and well-balanced — especially the hummus and falafel, which were truly outstanding. The main courses were top-tier in both presentation and taste. The cocktails exceeded my expectations — creative recipes and well-balanced flavors offered a true bar experience. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxing, and the service was both professional and genuinely warm. Moreover, the founder of the place was exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and attentive. We truly felt special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality food, great drinks, a pleasant atmosphere, and a warm welcome. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I have been living in London about 3 years.I really love this city.However ,The most LI live about this city is that There are plenty of hidden gems.Anytime when I go out,I discover new places and fall in love with this city more and more.I was visiting tower bridge today and just wanted to go a bit deep somewhere behind tower bridge.Then I again found such a lovely place called st.katharine docks.While I was passing by st.katharine docks,I stumbled upon Kilikya’s Gastro by coincidence.Thats was just perfect find.air is because,I love Turkish food.It is always variety of choices in that cuisine.I had hallumi cheese and some Turkish sausage.Thatwas so tasty and delicious.They know what they are doing. It is highly recommended. I will definitely be back

Very very average food at extremely inflated prices (based on location I assume). Seating is cramped, it was very noisy and the service was patchy. The green olives were particularly unpleasant, but everything else was just OK. Shame, as my friend lives nearby, but we won't come back.

A pleasant place and great tastes in the Marina! We loved Cilicia's! Sitting right next to Tower Bridge, facing the hidden beauty of the marina was enjoyable in itself. The food was truly delicious, there was care and taste in every bite. Especially the appetizers and main courses were perfect and their taste remained on our palate. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, it is both comfortable and stylish. The environment is calm, pleasant and the view is magnificent. The employees were very friendly and hosted us very nicely. When I arrived near Tower Bridge, there was no need to look for a venue anymore!

Amazing little gem by St Katherine’s Dock… just stumbled on this amazing restaurant. Food was just great. My kids loved there burgers and I had the tapas Chicken… would really recommend it. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we all had a wonderful experience!!

Our group was suddenly told at the end of our meal that their credit card machines don’t work for tourist, that they had an “issue” last year with tourists seeing their charges go through but they never received the money, that the machines in tourist areas wouldn’t run over 100 pounds (we spent far more than this at many other locations in this immediate area), also that they also wouldn’t work breaking the amounts down and that we had to go to an ATM at Tesco. I suspect they had the internet turned off because the transaction “failed”. The card was not declined. One server actually ran after us to make sure we “found the atm” which makes us suspicious that they really wanted us to use a specific machine far from the restaurant. We immediately alerted our bank and shut off our card in case of a skimmer on the machine. We didn’t realize that we should check the amounts charged but it was more than expected so I’m guessing we got scammed that way too. Food was average. Good but nothing special and overpriced, even compared to other restaurants we went to within walking distance. We ended up at this place due to our first two choices (also on the dock) being fully booked and this place being empty. Makes sense now. Best case, they are trying to avoid recording their sales with cash transactions. Worst case, they get a kickback on atm transactions at Tesco by the Tower Bridge or this is a scam. We were with a tour bus of over 100 people and made sure no one else goes here. The added service charge is an extra annoyance being that we had to walk to an atm after hearing every excuse in the book about why they can’t take cards but don’t have that publicized until it’s time to pay. We spent around 30 pounds a person for 2 adults and two kids.

We had a good night, and very good service from Tarkan. Food was under average. Specially starters. Mücver was over the top but köfte was ok. Salmon was not worthy. For the turkish restaurant only yeni rakı was aveliable. There is not much rakı options.
