Excellent staff, really friendly

Please please please get more staff on in the morning! There is always one person who understandably looks miserable because they can feel the looks they're getting from the u happy customers that are queuing out the door! Practically everytime I queue for a hot drink in the morning I have to leave as my train is here even though I consider I have given enough time to get a coffe first. Please put more staff on, everyone in the queue says it every morning. Its really not fair on the poor person on theyre own too.

Disgusted to find one poor lady is serving alone at peak time on a railway station branch (9.30am) with a queue in double figures. Updated - my second visit at 9:30 a.m. and she is still all by herself! I feel really sorry for her. My review is largely to do with the length of the queue and how understaffed it is not with her service and not the coffee she made which was about average. Though I'm not sure it's worth the £4.05 currently being charged for a single shot decaf latte!!!

Awful this morning - 6 people waiting and a total of 12 minutes before I got served. The server was miserable and looked like she'd rather be anywhere else - no hint of apology for being kept waiting

Person with long black hair was friendly to everyone before me amd when I got served she had an awful attitude towards me and I'm not sure why. Got the chicken wrap and it was only half full so was disappointed with this also, won't be back.

Great little coffee shop with friendly staff, to grab a quick pick me up before a long train trip....I recommend the muffins.

Lovely staff, quick service and great food and drink, would recommend the ham and cheese croissant highly.

Barista Jon was friendly and super efficient, as were the other staff. Will be visiting again on my morning commute.

The only thing that is consistent in this store is its irregular opening hours! A lot of times the lights are on inside but the door is closed. After trains delayed or cancelled, the Starburcks being closed adds only another disappointment to your day.

Coffee grossly overpriced, no seats inside so had to sit on drafty platform. Assistant not very friendly when I pointed out the drawbacks.Will avoid this cafe in future.

If the smiling muscles of the staff are working, please teach them how to smile. Miserable service.

never open when they say they should be

Turned up early for my train Saturday at 8:25am and apparently not open till 9am! Joke..

Not open this morning at 08:45. Platform full of disappointed travellers.

Supposed to be open 10am to 4pm on a Sunday, standing outside at 14:26, lights on but no one there. Total lack of service.

Unfortunately this place just doesn’t follow its advertised opening hours. Either not open in the morning or in the evening. It really needs to work on its consistency! Often staff are in there but just won’t open the door. Really odd!

Why have you changed your opening time ? When you used to open at 6.30, there were a lot of passengers waiting for the 6.48 London train who could get a coffee. Now you open at 7, we can’t do that !!!

Lots of disappointed people on the platform this morning as it wasn’t open yet (08:50) when advertised as opening at 07:00. Normally a lovely start to a long train journey and the servers are normally very quick.

Everything was really visible food wise which was super handy being in a rush! Mylee, The barista that served me was very friendly and even though my order is complicated she made me feel like not an inconvenience at all! Genuine conversation too, and a friendly smile! Will be baaaaack!

Mylee and the team are always really friendly, lovely and chatty. Never had an issue with any of the food/drink I’ve had. It can sometimes get a little busy but the staff are really efficient and you’re in and out within 10 minutes.

Walk across the road to Green Coffee and get a great coffee with locally roasted beans from an independent business.

Nothing I can fault these guys on. Went in this morning looking for a similar drink to costas salted caramel frostino and was told that despite them not actually having one in the menu that they would make one for me. Excellent service and brilliant staff. A big thanks to Alicja for offering to make a salted caramel drink as a pose to the caramel one despite it not being on the menu.

Needed a quick drink before catching my train and the service was good, quick and created a really nice atmosphere. I was served by Linda and she was really nice and helpful.

Miley and her team are simply amazing- dealt very professionally with a rude and obnoxious customer maintains her manners and grace, which this particular customer was lacking!!

They advertise that they have certain products like filter and copy but yet they refuse to serve it

Haven't tried the food but had a decaf flat white. Prices are usual for Starbucks in a train station. Service was fast and efficient! 🤗 The lady was knowledgeable around blonde roast etc 👍🏻

Attempted to use on two occasions but the staff failed to make a drink in under 20 mins so I had to leave for my train. I emailed HQ 6 weeks ago and have heard nothing from the franchise and just a generic holding email from a bot. Can’t order on the app, due to it being a franchise, which is crazy in 2023. A waste of time for regular commuters and such terrible, incompetent staff. Would have rated it zero if i could.

No seating available, cost £9.95 for a tall hot chocolate, which wasn't that hot and a bland tasting sandwich. I paid as was in rush to get train, but I will avoid next time. With cost of living crisis you'd have thought big companies would lower prices!!!
