Flat pizza, doner meat burnt and dry couldnt eat

excellent food and polite courier

Not much in the way of salad other than lettuce and coleslaw. Could have done with some tomatoes, cabbage etc.

Great friendly prompt service, food arrived warm and Kebab was great, love the Chilli Sauce, very tasty

Tasty, when they get your order right. They sent me the wrong one which I rejected as realised straight away. Called and was told the driver did have my deliver and would deliver it. Been trying to call for 20 mins line engaged and no idea where my food is. Hungry and fed up!

Just terrible. Admittedly it was after midnight but the quality of the three kebabs was severley lacking. Both Donners meat was very very dry and the Shish lamb was again dry with meat reminiscent of the contents of a fray Bentos pie. All three went in the bin, hardly touched.

Our chips were cold which made them go all hard. Our kebabs got mixed up with the wrong salad, the lamb doner was suppose to have all the salad but that only had the lettuce and tomatoes where as the chicken kebab meal had all the salad so that didn’t get eaten as they didn’t like onions. I tried abit of the chicken also and it was all slimy. Not impressed at all

My order was not complete, missing items when u spend over £45 it should be right. Tried calling the shop no one would answer the phone we often use this take away and I’d like to hope this gets resolved if not we will find somewhere else

The food was really cold , I called the driver back because he was still outside but he didn’t want to know said he was only the driver , no one could eat there food not even to my grandchild , I’d like a full refund to be quite honest

Beautiful fresh food, havent tasted better kebab meat, dessings were lovely and creamy and the fries were golden and crunchy. Excellent all round.🥰

Brothers is absolutely shocking. As much as their food is half decent, their customer service is non existent. 1) the food is always late, you can guarantee that 2) 70% of the time it will arrive cold 3) Several times they have withheld our delivery because they have deemed it okay to wait for other deliveries in our area to come through first, “to make it worth it”. Don’t tell me you can deliver to my house, charge me the same as everyone else, if you’re going to make me wait over an hour for it to arrive. 4) To top of this review, tonight, we placed and order at 20:15 which was due to arrive at 21:00-21:30. We called at 21:35( leaving ample time for delivery) and were told that the driver was on his way. We called again 10 minutes later and was told that they would contact the driver and would call us back for an update. We call again at 22:10(almost 2 hours after ordering) to find that they aren’t answering the phone, despite saying online that they are open until midnight. We’ve called from two numbers, incase they’d clocked on to my partners number from the other calls but still no answer, appearing to be closed. Absolutely appalling, sort yourselves out *edit* Driver has arrived at 22:28 and the driver explained that he only brings an order when he gets it. My partner explained that we’d been waiting over 2 hours and asked what the driver meant. The driver explained that he’d only left the shop 10-15 minutes ago and came straight here. OUR FOOD WASNT EVEN COOKED WHEN WE WERE TOLD IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY. It’s also arrived in a shocking state and doesn’t look at all appetising. We’ve requested a full refund from JustEat because this is beyond disgusting behaviour. Never again will we be ordering mediocre food from this dive

I usually order from here and it’s usually really good. Today/tonight was the worst! I ordered my usual and I called them to say ( which I do every time) and ask for the doner meat kids meal to be changed to Chicken meat. Usually not a problem. I ordered that and doner meat and chips..which was also WRONG. I called and explained politely. They said ok we will send another. I call back and ask for no sauce to be put on there politely for them to say sarcastically “ yes. We shall make it perfect for you” followed by “ do not ever call us again” 50 minutes go by and still waiting I call back to ask nicely where my order is. To then be greeted with him shouting down the phone telling me he doesn’t wanna hear it and ends the call then when I try call back twice. He declines. Will never order again got a full refund back.

do not order from here again, they got myborder wrong, promised to resend and git tild nit to ring again , 45 minutes later still nothing, rang again got told they did not get it wrong shouted in the phone and hung up, bad customer service all round

Asked for salad and sauce on side. Never happened. Arrived late and very cold.

Food cold, soggy lettuce, soggy chips. poor service told it would be ten minutes and 20 minutes later it showed up.

ordered meal day chips were cold and no drink and the salad box was a bit of lettuce, onion and chilli's not as advertised really disappointing.

i ordered at 9:30 didn’t recieve the order and then re ordered and now haven’t recieved this order either i’m not happy at all and i will be taking this further

The chicken shish was marinated but was far too spicy, to eat and it dried it out far too much

Placed an order due to be delivered latest 9.30pm. Hadn't arrived yet showed it had been delivered. Called and was told there was an issue and they would recook food and send it in 10 minutes. This was at 9.45. Food arrived at 10.20 not hot and driver beeping car horn not calling as specified. Normally good delivery. This time was shocking!

Doner kebab meat was not made up inside pitta bread, and the two meals were cold when we got them. Restaurant needs to do better.

We waited 2 hours for our food , said it was on its way and took an hour after that, the food was barely warm not good enough

Overcooked & inedible shish kebab also doner kebab meat was not good either. Called to complain and was told I could have a full refund but had to call back in 30 mins when the boss was back. Called back & spoke to the same guy who said he’d spoken to the boss and that he wouldn’t refund the meal. Quote ( Just because I didn’t like the food ) The Lamb shish was so overcooked it was inedible. I said I’d be leaving a review as the customer service was so bad . He called back 10 minutes later and said the boss was going to call me. Still waiting for the call & a refund. Needless to say they’ve now lost any future business.

If you want your kebab flown in from turkey and take ages to make and leave you starving! Order here! Asked for cheesy chips and didn’t get them! Just normal. Food was cold

By the time the food arrived to us it was stone cold, barely edible as the kebab meat was dry and hard as it been left in the boxes for a considerable amount of time this was not sent freshly cooked

SHOCKING!! Arrived to collect my order to be told they had no chicken kebab and have gone elsewhere to get some. We ordered doner meat & chip tray, chicken doner & chips and nuggets. It was all cold. The chicken and chip meal was just meat with a handful of chips and the doner meat was so thin it was see through and very dry. We ended up leaving it as it wasn’t enjoyable and the service we received was awful, we ended up having only one of our meals and someone else’s so we took it back to get w

Great Lamb Shish kebab, tender, tasty and on time. Garlic Sauce & Chilli Sauce both great, loads of Salad and a nice soft pitta. Arrived hot and on time, tried a different place last time as it had a better score on here, but this is definitely the best Kebab available to deliver to us. 😁 👍 Will not be ordering from anywhere else again.

Food arrived late and cold, pizza was soggy, chips were stale

Ordered on a Tuesday at 1730 food didn't arrive until 7pm when it did arrive it was cold and the wrong order couldnt eat it as they put coleslaw on and i have an egg allergy. Chicken meat was just fat. Requested for a refund and only received £2 back which is an absolute insult. Definitely won't be ordering again and I advise other people to use other establishments.

Sorry, I don't like posting negative reviews, but this was simply the worst kebab I've ever had. I expected fresh hot kebab meat with salads (what I ordered) what I got was cold meat covered in coleslaw, onions, a tiny sliver of tomato and 2 tiny strips of lettuce. The result was a cold gooy mess and sadly ended up in the bin. We also ordered a chicken sisch. This arrived in the same state, the meat was cold and tough. Sorry, a heap of what looks like shop-bought coleslaw isn't a salad. It too ended up in the bin.

Ordered at 21:36 and it arrived at 11:50! So so slow. Only ordered because it said on the app around 35mins, don’t mind a bit of a delay but over 2 hours wait is crazy. Rang to chase it up and the response was they weren’t going to send a driver to our post code with only one order (as if that’s my fault/problem), they are only a 10 min drive away, hardly that far! Food was ok when it finally arrived, just took so long we weren’t hungry anymore. Wouldn’t recommend.

Food was not baked properlly. There was a loot of nit melted skin and fat on the meat. We needed to throw it away to not womit. Chips and salad very good.

It was late enough for all of the food to be cold by the time it reached us. Won’t be ordering from here again.

We usually always go with brothers as they usually provide good quality food however tonight they were 20 minutes late and the delivery guy didn't even apologies for being late. We ordered a lamb kebab, onion rings and 12inch pizza my partner said that his kebab and onion rings were nice so thumbs up for that however the pizza if left any longer In the oven looked as though it would have been burnt and was near enough stone cold not really a great night after spending near on £30 :(

Don't mind it being delayed as it was to be eaten later when I got in but it wasn't correct, one pizza was meant to be margherita but was some sort of mystery meat which tasted rubbish

I cancelled the order after 2 hours of waiting and one phone call to the restaurant which in turn ruined my birthday plans and left myself and my children finding alternative food at 9:30pm when I ordered at 7:15pm…I haven’t received any contact from brothers to state when I will receive my refund.

Food was an hour late in deliver! Kept calling testy to be told driver on way! When arrived food was warmed but had obviously been heated in a microwave as the packaging was warm and the chips were warm but stale as if they’ve been cooked for a while and reheated. Never using again terrible service!!!
